九龍城有好多美食好多人都知,做礙於地點問題好多時大伙兒聚會都唔會黎呢度,呢位朋友咁岩係新蒲崗返工,所以就約左佢去九龍城食晚飯朋友同我一樣嗜辣,所以方向一致地選擇左呢間餐廳盡情嚐辣餐廳最出名係餐牌左邊既三款菜,包括麻辣雞煲,胡椒豬肚雞同埋烤魚,另外可再加埋打邊爐配料。我地二人好貪心咁點中其中兩樣-雞煲&烤魚明明點左半條,但一上菜個下同朋友都好詫異條魚既位量咁多,魚係烤到半熟先上菜,所以要加火再烤10-15分鐘先可進食。烤魚外層經薄薄油炸,一方面可令烤魚更香口,另一方面又可銷住魚肉鮮味,令到魚肉不會很散。烤魚精髓係魚肉會愈烤愈入味,所以食落會有漸入佳境既感覺。我地揀左少辣,因為唔想揀太辣蓋過魚既味道,滑嫰魚肉係口腔慢慢滲出點點麻辣,完全令人停唔到口愈烤得耐魚肉愈諗愈入味雞煲選擇左香辣,一上菜有別於其他餐廳雞煲,一開始洋蔥等配料已煲諗晒,食客可隨時起筷。香辣無麻辣咁辣,汁偏向甜辣雞肉好惹味,又唔會切到太大舊:)朋友話豬耳絲偏細條,但我反而欣賞豬耳絲同青瓜絲差不多一樣粗幼,咁樣混合食先會有青瓜清新既味道同埋豬耳絲既爽口,但最始料不及係呢道菜竟然係三道菜中最辣既埋單加埋飲品每人約230,食烤魚呢講價錢算合理…Read More

一向有上深圳食川菜的習慣,有位朋友近月想問想一吃川菜,就有了今次的飯聚。朋友介紹這家於九龍城的小店,一看餐牌,除川式涼點,水煮/酸菜魚,尚有流行的麻辣雞煲。菜式太多, 花多眼亂, 先點支啤酒點個麻辣豬肚絲($45)邊吃邊想. 這味作下酒小菜正好, 豬肚切絲彈性足之餘, 亦方便入口.最後點了半隻雞煲小辣, 水煮生魚, 清炒萵笋絲($68). (本想點胡椒豬肚雞, 但朋友話已有一碟豬肚. 不讓我點, 頂...)清炒萵笋絲先上, 青香爽脆. 價格不便宜, 但份量充足, 3-4人分享也足夠.接著上雞煲($158/半隻), 上枱後加熱至熟透. 煱內充滿葸, 洋蔥等香味蔬菜, 由於我不喜雞肉太老, 自行煮至剛熟便關火慢嚐. 朋友建議可點配菜作打邊爐用, 但本人認為, 雞煲之汁底較杰, 打邊爐食法較浪費新鮮食材. 若想打邊爐, 下次我會選"胡椒豬肚雞煲", 雖亦有辣味但不會過度較適宜作邊爐.最後上的水煮生魚($178) 配料有芽菜, 粉條(吸收辣汁後很正)魚肉滑嫩, 鮮香麻辣是此菜式精髓, 個人認為此菜式有75分, 伙計於點菜會詢問辣度, 這是基本, 但會問要不要麻才是重點, 若少了麻就失色許多. 此菜色失分處在於個人不喜生魚, 若下次光顧, 會選龍躉或其他少細骨的魚(因吃此中途喉中一小骨, 吃時意興稍減, 一片魚肉一口變至半分鐘一片, 味道略減.吃至終段, 伙計推薦“鮮炸響鈴”, 本對此物很愛好, 但飯意已至九分, 又缺清湯一煱, 只好下次再試.
