十點半,剛剛充當完兼職裝修工人為大少姐於尖沙咀的小店做了些小裝修…其實就是換換電燈泡這種小事……離開鋪頭後,大少姐還沒有晚餐,而我肚子的晚餐早就消化得空空如也!大少姐說附近有一間烏冬店很不錯,想起我也好像好久沒有吃烏冬,這也是個不錯的提議。就走到厚福街附近的這間大門橫丁!門外人也不少,排了十多分鐘左右就有位置,還可以吧...這裡烏冬的款式本來就不算少,而且湯底都可以隨意轉換的,選擇之多令人難以下手。既然如此難選擇的話,我就點了這個放於 Menu 第一頁就可以看到的清酒湯大蜆手打烏冬,大少姐是衝著蕃茄湯而來的,就要一個蕃茄湯叉燒手打烏冬,另外還有些串燒小吃!清酒湯大蜆手打烏冬清酒湯的酒香不算太濃,賣相感覺很清,但絕對喝得出酒味!市面上好像有這種湯底的烏冬店沒有很多,要試的話這裡是一個不錯的選擇。寶物沉歸底,用湯匙羹翻開一看,蜆大大隻,而且份量一點都不少!味道來說不錯,蜆有蜆味,沒有沙、沒有異味、"痴" 殼的(應該是新鮮的…) ,烏冬也彈牙!最重要的是…看看這個溏心的蛋,是真的很溏心!水汪汪的會不會太可愛?一口剛剛好 <3蕃茄湯叉燒手打烏冬大小姐的蕃茄叉燒手打烏冬,蕃茄湯算是很濃,不過她之後說喝湯的話會有點口渴…烏冬的配料跟我的那個差不多,叉燒屬正常水平,算不錯。烏冬浸沒於蕃茄湯中,看起來也相當性感!炸墨魚咀咦?! 外脆內有嚼勁、彈牙、夠熱!這個好吃!串燒雞皮一整串雞皮都炸得脆脆的,沒有多餘的油份,大少姐的最愛…雞泡魚乾大小姐說這次比上次弄得退步了,沒有那麼香,沒有烤得那麼熱燙的關係嗎?串燒八爪魚鬚惹味!不過吃多了就有點咸的感覺…不喜歡濃味的話這個要考慮一下。大少姐介紹得不錯,烏冬、串燒、跟小吃都美味的!…Read More
