假日跟媽媽去飲早茶,家在老馮茶居附近一直都想去試試,幸好今天不算太多人,並不需要等位,大概到了十時多門外才開始有人在外等位。店內面積比我想像小,能容納大概三十人,但跟老式點心店比較也尚算寬敞,而且環境很乾淨。由於小妹是個湯筲箕,一到有湯水的餐廳必定會叫一壺湯最終點了海底椰螺頭燉瘦肉這燉湯用了非常多瘦肉,很甜,但卻因為下了太多瘦肉而海底椰跟螺頭並不多,完全嘗不到這兩種材料的味道,一盅湯裡面大概有兩片海底椰跟一塊螺頭肉這馬拉糕密度較高,個人覺得不夠鬆化但媽媽很喜歡這個口感,她說比較實在。推薦的理由是能嚐到蔗糖的味道,其他很多茶樓的馬拉糕都只有甜味並沒有絲毫的蔗糖味。腸粉很滑,但腸粉跟叉燒比例不平均,叉燒很少一籠有兩個叉燒包,包子也不算大,我跟媽媽兩個人吃剛好餡少醬多,包的質感跟味道也一般,雖然是金牌叉燒包,但個人並不推薦,反而春卷做的不錯可以一試春卷夠熱夠脆,很新鮮,蝦肉也很多,跟紫菜的配搭挺好的,推薦在外面吃點心時如果餐單裡面有鵪鶉蛋燒賣的一定會點,很久都沒有看過這麼大一顆的鵪鶉蛋燒賣,因為其他茶樓的豬肉都給很少,而且很多都比較乾,感覺像是放了很久。這裏的鵪鶉蛋燒賣很新鮮也很好吃整體來說,很乾淨,茶水不錯,大多的點心也不錯,金牌點心卻讓我有點失望,推薦的點心是春卷跟鵪鶉蛋燒賣…Read More

「但願時光可倒流,流到...................」甫坐下,「老馮」的黑紅筷子隨即湧上心頭,講不出聲、講不出聲.....曾幾何時我也手執過同一模樣的筷子,要不是「老馮」把它從記憶堆填區裡挖掘出來,早已像沼氣般燃燒掉了!筷子依舊身輕如燕,還記得每當用舊了,黑紅的薄膜便會剝落。茶介每位 $3大元,所選的普洱茶有色也有味,質量算是不錯,莫非收費倒流到80年代嗎?那邊廂的鋅鐵,甚有寮屋的面貌,再由信箱、洗面盆和膠板襯托,令我想起粵語長片的屋漏偏逢連夜雨。抬頭一看,曾是屋邨仔的您、我可會有共鳴?從前供幾百萬人發奮向上游的安樂窩,現在境況就如晾衫竹上的濕衣衫,洗濕了頭,卻上落不得,停滯不前!小時候我住十六座,樓下就是親切的士多、藥材店、冰室、茶居,當然少不了一間糧油雜貨店。拿著幾塊錢跑到樓下,替在燒飯的媽媽購買豉油的情景,幾乎每家每戶也曾發生。屋邨樓下應有盡有,那時連鎖超市及大型商場還未誕生!一瞬間,景物帶來許多許多的回憶,事實上「老馮」裡裡外外都是故事與回憶。「老馮」背後帶出從前反叛的兒子,經過歲月的磨鍊,跟當點心大廚的老父攜手結成現在的父子檔,老父負責廚房,兒子則處理舖面的營運和管理等工作,開展出父與子、及一家人擁有共同回憶的生意。老馮鹹水角帶有嚼感的皮層,與一咬即透出蝦米和韮菜香的鹹香味兒,喚醒我第一次嚐鹹水角刻入味蕾的記憶。不知怎的,後來鹹水角再沒有這種風味!不過時代變遷,說不定大家或會嫌棄那古早風格的皮太厚、餡太薄!我不太喜愛腸粉,要吃的話,齋腸和蝦米腸會是我的選擇。可是老馮鮮蝦腸的滋味,非嚐過者也不會理解。腸粉皮滑溜,倒入甜豉後,溢出一點米香;所選的鮮蝦體型較大,一條腸粉只能容下兩尾,加上肉質自然,爽彈鮮香,相信不少知名酒家也望塵莫及。鵪鶉蛋燒賣皇及古法牛肉球同是精美懷舊點心的系列。鵪鶉蛋燒賣皇底層混合了豬肉與蝦肉,入口肉汁鮮甜、香氣怡人,與及豐富的嚼勁,大廚的功力可見一斑!我喜愛古法牛肉球的鬆彈質感,可是果皮香氣不夠清新,這是唯一的缺憾!蝦醬蒸腩仔飯採用缽仔蒸煮,飯粒乾爽,鬆緊有致,口感的確一流;蝦醬輕輕包裹著肥瘦均勻、爽彈的腩仔,輕放豉油,香而不鹹的惹味,足以掃光米飯。聽聞古法千層糕依足傳統方法炮製,頂層採用了叉燒包的皮層,繼而放於大蒸籠蒸製。不過質感則較為鬆散,一挾即碎開。至於千層糕的餡料,椰絲用量不少,入口「沙沙」作響,若然蛋黃再濃一點便完美了!如果時光機真的存在於世上,但願時光可倒流,流到您我屋邨仔那個安樂時候。那時沒有猙獰的政客,更沒有出賣良心和收受維穩費的國保神獸,導致香港本末倒置、是非不分、只能向左的倒退局面。「但是時光不倒流延長下去只加深苦痛更是難受可否還我自由...............」…Read More

今日難道茶意濃時,加上想起元朗家附近最近開了一間新的點心餐廳,就約了朋友去食晚飯,餐廳內裡環境裝修都是模仿六七年十年代,感覺都幾舒服。由於不太餓,所以大家只是點了4個點心,窩打牛肉飯 & 鵪鶉蛋燒賣皇味道不錯,但可惜就是鮮蝦腸的粉皮好硬;蝦一點都不新鮮導致口感不彈牙,其次最失望的就是千層糕,眼看有三層,頭第一層,白色麵包皮口感好硬;第二三層已經混合了成一層分不開, 餡料同麵包店的雞尾包沒分别,硬硬的,只食到椰絲味。價錢比一般酒樓點心貴少少,但水準卻比不起酒樓。…Read More
