又到年底,同屋企人去完文武廟還神,即刻搵地方醫肚,上環真係唔太熟路,好在行過見到間點心店,雖然點都唔會好似傳統酒樓咁好坐,但有大家鐘意食既點心,加上一早出黎都無食野,所以二話不說就決定呢間啦。人真係好多,我地拎佐飛等佐約10分鐘有位都算快。入面真係超級熱鬧,不過服務員態度都好好。我地4個人一共點佐8様野春風得意腸,其實者係炸兩,油炸鬼仲脆,個皮又夠滑,幾好雪山叉燒包,面層脆卜卜,入面都幾多叉燒肉鳳爪排骨飯,份量都唔細啊,絕對夠2個人分再黎我最鐘意的蒸排骨,蒜味好夠,同埋唔會太多肥肉,算幾好鮮菌豆苗餃,呢個個皮都好滑,又唔易散,入面個菜同菌比例幾好,加小小豆辦醬食一流蒜香炸春卷,呢個真係正,個皮好薄,入面D 料又唔會質得太實,好香脆,而最緊要係唔會油淋淋好爽呢個X味糯米飯係見隔離枱食得好個隱而叫的,好重料好大份,冬天點都要整返個最後黎埋個鼓汁蒸鳳爪,已經好飽了呢度上菜都上得幾快,雖然人多,但服務員做野有條野, 用既野都好乾淨,仲要野食都好好味,難怪咁多人幫襯,講真,食物質素真係好過好多酒樓,我諗傳統酒樓唯一可取既只有剩返闊落D ,同埋可以坐幾耐都無人理。呢度食咁多野,4個人埋單都係250,每人幾十蚊,真係好抵﹗…Read More

近來似乎比較常去上環一帶,是日一早要過來看牙醫,在這之前,先醫肚再說。在上環站附近轉了一圈,來到蘇杭街一間叫「聚點坊」的點心專門店,之前有時候傍晚經過,總是排滿長長的人龍。今日難得不用排隊,就試試吧。店內的牆身有些黑白的舊照片,裝潢有種圍村石屋的古色古香。這裡的座位,不如酒店中菜廳的寬敞舒適,是典型舊式茶樓那種擠迫,不過環境卻不會很嘈吵。 店員做事的節奏很快,下單上菜都是匆匆忙忙,不會對你笑容可掬,但幫忙斟茶卻殷勤,有種上一代人不苛言笑的氣質。這兒的點心有大約40款,其中有些是今年新推的款式,由最平的$18點心,到最貴的燉湯,都不過$58,茶錢每位$3,價錢比大型中菜廳平一半有多。亦因此,小店1130左右便有人等位,當中亦不乏外籍遊客。我們例牌先來一籠蝦餃,在香港近60年來最冷的冬天下,我們無法等待煙霧退去,便急不及待的用筷子夾下去,由於這看是即叫即蒸,結果筷子把餃皮黏得死死的,似乎還是乖乖的待水氣退一點,餃皮才不會軟叭叭的。蝦餃的形態很飽滿,內裡撐滿了蝦仁,餡料比坊間的多了一種獨特的上湯香氣。$16三顆流沙奶皇包,在現時真的不知可在哪裡找。這兒出品的,約兩寸半大小,不需刻意用力,輕輕用手掰開便已經爆漿,令人嚇一跳。最喜歡包身不會黏牙,餡料奶味頗重,但不會過鹹或太甜。四寶滑雞扎是今日很喜歡的一道,它的芡汁比平時清淡,但又不至於失去薑汁獨有的香味。腐皮下,沒有加芋頭等毫不搭調的多餘物,除了雞件、北菇、魚肚,改添了螺片,北菇片足足1.5cm厚,用腐皮卷起來成為一大件,份量令人滿足。鳳爪排骨飯是令人懷念的鋼盅,比小時候的飯盅感覺還要大,不過在只有幾度的低溫下,米飯會極速冷掉。盅頭飯沒有預先加醬油調味,嫌淡就要自己動手添加,米飯有點硬硬的,但卻似乎是特色之一,慶幸排骨份量還好,應該可以夠吃完整碗飯吧。最後一道的牛腸,內外感覺相差甚遠,外皮香軟,滑不溜口,用筷子夾也滑來滑去的夾不好。內餡的牛肉份量單薄,吃下去沒什麼質感,馬蹄粒下了很多,芫荽味卻幾近全無。是日結賬$123,不用加一,印象中也很久沒有嚐過一餐$150樓下的茶。想再歎個靚燉湯,或者可以考慮聚點坊對街的「球哥燉湯」,可以慢坐慢喝補一下。…Read More

這間擴充及搬遷後的點心店,每次午飯時經過總有一條長長的人龍,以慣常香港人的想法,令人感到此店必定好食,才會出現如此人龍。這天趁假期約了粉絲去試,差不多12時到達,沒有人龍,感恩不用在接近30度的氣溫下等位。店內以簡單的中式花梨木枱椅作裝飾,枱面上都放了該店推介的食物相片,看看點心紙,選擇也算多,以傳統點心為主。粉絲第一時間點了个鳳爪排骨飯,另加一些點心。他常説排骨及燒賣做得好不好,就殿下該店的點心水準云云,因爲愈是看似簡單易做的食物,反而愈難拿揑得好。排骨飯的飯略微水份過多,飯太腍,排骨太多肥肉,咬下去時感到肉被一層調味的醬料包著,糊在一起,更覺肥膩。另加的一份排骨同樣,使得我倆頓然失去興趣。燒賣看上去賣相不錯,體積頗大,怎知咬下去,只吃到豬肉大部分是肥肉,亦沒甚味道,再失望。蝦餃相應地體積較細小,雖然餡料主要是蝦肉,但餃皮比例上較厚。春風得意腸,是腸粉包著剛炸好的春卷,是這店其中一個推介點心,粉皮包著炸至金黃香脆的春卷,確是不錯,只是春卷內的餡料未算豐富。上海窩貼,送來時已經冷了,可能是師傅一次過弄很多的原因吧,放冷後的窩貼皮有點硬化,底部亦已不香脆,豬肉餡料很一般。欖菜肉鬆四季豆餃...是新推出的點心, 薄薄透明的粉皮包著很豐富的四季豆及肉碎, 粉皮黏黏的, 不錯!!最後在有點意猶未盡的情況下,再點了個香芒布甸,很明顯布甸是由別的工埸交來的,連花奶也欠奉,布甸完全沒有芒果味,感覺膠實。我們就坐在近門口的落地玻璃旁,能看到門口的情況,很多外國遊客慕名而來,使得門口常聚了一條小人龍,只是客人不會久座,流動很快,門外的客人不用等太久。只是不明白,這樣的點心質素,為什麼常有人龍呢?…Read More
