午市嚟到都唔難搵位兩個人好快就入到去前菜就帶咗一個南小館四小拼就揀咗四喜烤麩 馬蘭豆乾 涼拌彩絲 同糖醋排骨食完之後其實我開始有啲懷疑究竟係咪所有上海菜都係咁樣😰除咗糖醋排骨之外其餘果三個涼菜其實我覺得都係大同小異都係啲豆乾或者豆製品切成絲然後撈埋一齊其實冇乜味道可言同埋有啲乾爭爭😐個糖醋排骨 佢同我認知嘅糖醋排骨有啲分別可能平時喺其他地方食到嘅嘅糖醋排骨有調教過嚟迎合香港人口味定係點🤷🏻‍♀️呢個糖醋排骨完全係冇甜味只有好重嘅醬油味而且偏咸 用來做前菜唔係咁適合🙅🏻‍♀️至於條風沙小黃魚我估應該係用煙燻或者焗嘅方法黎煮啦但係我覺得有啲苦澀味🤢招牌生煎包其實我覺得冇乜咁特別同出邊食到嘅上海生煎包其實冇咩分別不過面頭嘅芝麻同香蔥而且確可以帶到啲香味出嚟嘅鮮肉小籠包唔錯入邊啲餡好多肉汁咬落去就feel到好多汁甜品我哋叫咗南小館甜甜拼入邊包括茉莉花茶凍 芒果凍布甸 細沙南瓜糖同綠茶水晶糖不甩好老實其實冇咩特別講個綠茶水晶糖不甩其實有啲似灣仔碼頭綠茶水晶湯圓😂😂😂😂不過南瓜個個幾好食總括嚟講我覺得呢度嘅嘢食唔係特別好食但係可能因為喺圓方呢個商場價錢其實真係偏貴我自己覺得如果俾咁貴嘅價錢黎食嘅嘢食其實質素唔係咁好就真係唔抵食啦因為呢一餐飯 我對上海菜有一個幾差嘅印象😕…Read More

南小館位於九龍港鐵站的圓方,交通很方便。裝潢很現代化和舒服,侍應招待也不錯,只是桌子擺放比較密集。所以較為嘈吵。餐館提供的蕎麥茶很清香和特別,不禁令我們喝完一杯又一杯。冷盤拼盤 花雕白雞:雞不會太熟,肉質很嫩滑,花雕酒味濃郁,做得不錯。糖醋排骨:味道酸酸甜甜,排骨不會太硬,可以一試。四喜烤麩:軟硬度適中,味道偏向甜,正合我口味。馬蘭豆乾:很清新而不油膩,很重豆味而且鹹甜道適中,做得很好。鮮肉小籠包湯汁很好味而且也算多,鮮肉也很滑,但小籠包頂部的皮比較厚,略為美中不足。老重慶擔擔麵 湯底味道很濃很不錯,有些麻辣味頗為特別,但我覺得它的麵煮得太過軟身,吃起來口感不夠。酒醸小丸子 小丸子軟硬度適中,甜度也㓮剛好,而且桂花味很香,只可惜份量少了些。…Read More

不用等一行四人入座,第一次吃,招牌菜點鮮肉小籠包,肉質實咗少少,湯的味道適中,但不夠熱。花鵰白雞,睇落好細碗,但是花鵰酒味香濃,鷄的肉質嫩滑有鮮鷄味。😋薺菜肉絲炒年糕,夠熱,年糕煙煙靭靭,好有召口。手抓餅又脆又熱,不太油膩用來夾炒回鍋肉(雖然好鹹)連椰菜原來係咁好食,出乎似以料之外,我們也點了炸銀絲卷,金黃色外表熱辣辣放入回鍋肉都一樣咁好味,口感豐富。👍🏻😋鷄絲粉皮份量很少,味道淡而無味。風味春卷夠脆又夠熱金黃色好吸引,內有一粒鮮蝦爽口。😋👍🏻最後酸辣湯不夠酸和辣,味道不夠濃郁。環境乾淨企理,燈光色調柔和,冷氣空調適中,給我們覺得吃得好舒適。不過價錢就覺得貴咗少少。下次試吓另一間分店吃其他食物。…Read More

今日趁weekend梗係陪下屋企人,因為好多個鐘免費泊車優惠下,所以去左圓方食晏,其實圓方真係唔岩我地呢d普通打工仔,因為連超市都貴過人(好似叫360),仲要shopping到既真係冇幾多間(好似有h&m)同埋地方真係幾唔就腳,佐敦行過去又遠,地鐵都唔知點轉先去到,揸車由於係咁改道關係,永遠塞到痴線,所以有得揀都唔好去。佢餐廳有好多,但是價錢相對合理就冇邊幾間,間間都比較高檔,冇幾百蚊都落唔到樓,個到有間pizza都唔錯幾好食,但係同屋企人梗係佢地揀,最後揀左南小館。由於係周未下午,都要等位,不過等左十分鐘就有,一入到去映入眼簾就係呢部機,正正就係今日主題因地制宜!由於個到有大巴直接由九龍站去深圳機場,好似半個鐘一班,因為好多內地細d城市,深圳飛多機d又平d,所以好多人都揀深圳飛。咁個到有個board就話畀你知幾時有車,睇住時候食。清燉牛展面 55元一上枱個刻畀佢嚇親,有兩大支辣椒係個湯到,心諗應該會好辣,不過好彩都唔係好辣,係小辣only。牛肉就細細粒咁,都好淋好入味,但是略小。面就係平時外面粉面檔既面,冇咩特色,但是都唔會好un,湯就幾唔錯,好重牛肉味,都整到好淋,但是嫌貴d,同埋似紅燒多過清燉。招牌生煎包 38元話係佢地招牌之一,佢個用煲物體上台,只係得四個 有蔥花同芝麻係面,全部即叫即整,粒粒都真係熱辣辣,面包都唔會太厚。一咬落去,d汁都滋晒出黎,口感一流,肉汁咸配埋包既甜,但是嫌舊豬肉可以多料d。鮮肉小籠包 38元黎到食上海野,一定要試下小籠包,真係正小籠包有幾個重點:皮薄得黎唔會一夾就散 湯夠熱 肉好味。我覺得呢個小籠包個皮就差d 嫌佢有d厚同埋湯唔夠,但是以連鎖店既水平都算中上。水果茶真係唔好試,只係加左水果既芒果汁。我覺得係圓方呢個咁高級地方,想搵到又好味又抵既唔易,但是要揀既話,南小館都係唔錯選擇,雖然樣樣都細細份,但係勝在樣樣都幾有水準,所以都可以黎試下。…Read More
