名代宇奈係一間來自日本連鎖的燒鰻魚店,以炭火現烤鰻魚飯和CP值高來吸引不少食客人。今日(星期四)於晚餐時段到達餐廳門口,不用等待就能直接入座。入座後,店員先將QR code放下以方便客人以手機下單。來到主打燒鰻魚的餐廳,當然叫了其中一樣推薦的菜式「鰻魚飯三食」及加點了一份前菜「柚子蘿蔔」,價錢分別$88和$12。前菜「柚子蘿蔔」及麵豉湯首先奉上,主菜亦很快接連送到面前。「柚子蘿蔔」清新解膩,比一般的醃蘿蔔酸度較低,柚子亦為蘿蔔添上一份香氣。餐前的麵豉湯熱度足夠,簡單以昆布作搭不過不失。主菜「鰻魚飯三食」三種食法造出不同風味,先是原汁原味食出鰻魚油香、燒汁的甜美以及米飯香味,接着拌上山葵為鰻魚飯添上少少辛辣刺激的口味,最後以茶泡飯溫和的味道作結。總結1️⃣餐廳價錢合理:以$100的晚餐加上及免加一服務費的餐廳於港島的銅鑼灣地帶無可挑剔。2️⃣等候時間短:短暫的等候入座時間及快速的送餐速度,肚子餓時候亦能很快進食醫肚子。3️⃣下單方便易明:以QR code下單,網頁操作簡單易明。1️⃣餐牌圖片不清晰:下單網頁圖片更細小及朦朧,未必能清楚了解餐點。2️⃣進食方法欠缺解釋:鰻魚飯三食的方法沒有於餐廳中介紹,對於第一次進食的人或造成誤解。總捨來說以日本過江龍來說不過不失,CP值也不錯,可以一試,但如果想追求更好的風味可能要另你失望了。…Read More
