大角咀一到夜晚,除咗酒吧,其他餐廳多數門可羅雀,但喺富多來偏偏有間馬拉餐廳仔誇張到,天黑都要等位好彩大胃早啲到,免受等位之苦呢間有好幾款湯底嘅摻摻選擇,其中呢款招牌椰爺秘傳叻沙湯底,自家製醬汁,真材實料熬製至少9粒鐘,唔需要味精,已經非常香濃,而且好暖胃軟殼蟹大大隻又夠實,唔會好空氣感,去咗蟹腮同蟹腸,放心食用,浸吓湯底食,更係好食到癲咗。食到一半,再唧啲青檸汁落湯底,頓時變咗另一種風味,更清新更有南洋feel另一碗就係三重香蝦叻沙湯底,混合咗叻沙香蝦、日本櫻花蝦、爆炒辣香蝦同虎蝦,哈哈哈哈咁熬成嘅湯麵,嗰種香辣,係史無前例嘅新境界,眼見連蝦花蝦都熬成不一樣嘅紅,就知個湯底幾耐人尋味摻摻唔係用一般嘅油麵嚟撈米粉,而係用類似意粉嘅麵,唔會變腍又更爽口馬拉嘅甜品點少點班蘭多士呢?呢款仲要係溝埋香蕉蓉,組合新奇,咖央醬屬於高難度製作,但竟然都係自家製作,令人欽佩。醬汁易溶,所以一上檯要即刻食,外脆內綿,又唔會太甜,真係五體投地除咗咖央,炸香蕉都係馬拉名物,其實香港好易炸爛,呢間炸完仲咁有質感,保持綿綿地嘅誘人口感,太神奇喇雖然好想飲熱拉茶試吓,不過真係需要凍飲解辣,服咗仲飲到熱飲嘅胃民凍拉茶都好ok,採用斯里蘭卡高山紅茶,有一種愜意舒暢嘅感覺…Read More
