中午差不多2點突然想午餐食點心,但附近點心鋪排隊的人太多,所以選了這間也是食中式點心的餐廳。我們去到時剛有人離開,所以基本上不需要等就能入座。點心紙的選擇不多很快就能下單。原先打算食一輪之後再追加點心,可惜上菜慢,因已落單唯有坐在餐廳內等,其他枱也有相同情況。叉燒包:大大個包夠熱,料足。外層鬆軟調味剛好,叉燒半肥瘦比例剛好,不會食落一口油。牛肉腸粉:份量較少,腸粉皮略厚,中間一層的內餡少,味道偏咸。鮮蝦腐皮卷:炸得鬆脆,但內裡的餡少之又少,蝦肉比例只有1/3,所以一直只食到外層的腐皮。而師傅調味時可能重手了,令到味道偏咸。整體評價:餐廳食物質素只是基本可以接受,但價錢太偏貴。加上餐廳內人手不足,店內只有2~3個侍應負責執枱,上菜,落單,出單,所以每枱客人落單後大多都要等一段時間。而衞生方面,不時見到有些烏蠅及小昆蟲在飛,所以有待改善。…Read More
