同先生行完Ikea諗住食Outback,見到門口人頭湧湧,直接放棄,行咗一輪揀咗唔洗點等嘅南小館。餐廳食物選擇唔少,特別係甜品,選擇零舍多,整體價錢亦算合理。一入座侍應為我哋送上前菜,花生脆卜卜幾香口,但旁邊嘅菜脯味道麻麻。清燉牛𦟌湯入口好重味精味,感覺唔似係清燉。還好牛𦟌口感非常軟腍,而且有四、五塊,當佢係一味餸嘅話感覺上會好啲,湯頭就真係麻麻哋。鮮肉小籠包算係成餐最正路嘅一道,一籠五個,價錢亦合理。小籠包摺數雖然唔係好多,而且外皮偏厚,但肉汁尚算豐富,味道亦鮮甜。老重慶擔擔麵湯底味道一般,份量唔多,青蔥同肉碎亦好少,雖然價錢唔貴,但性價比亦唔高。還好麵質軟硬適中,爽口彈牙,挽回少少分數。咕嚕肉係最令我哋失望嘅一道,粉漿好厚,入口偏硬,肉質比較乾,醬汁味道亦偏酸,伴碟嘅蕃茄仔更加係「玩味」十足⋯⋯食完主菜已經好失望,本來仲想試下佢嘅甜品,為免再中伏都係放棄。第一次食南小館,以佢嘅價錢定位起碼都以為係食巧手上海小菜同服務唔錯,但食物質素強差人意不特止,收加一服務費之餘仲要收茶水費每位6蚊,而且唔係一枱一壺茶,而係普通茶記咁一人一杯好淡嘅茶水,另外優質服務亦係欠奉,點菜舉手等咗好耐都冇人理,令人失望⋯⋯…Read More

近年荃灣區有一些我常幫襯的上海菜館都結業了,在開飯喇搜尋這區還有什麼上海菜館,選了這間位於愉景新城的南小館。由荃灣地鐵站行去都幾遠,不過有天橋直達就不怕風吹雨打。坐低睇住一大張點菜紙,有好多嘢想食。菜式選擇多,點完餸就食住前菜先。有花生和菜莆,味道唔錯,好快就俾我哋食左一半。為了滿足食小籠包心願,叫左兩款小籠包大吃一餐。鮮肉小籠包,上檯時熱辣辣,一籠有5隻,肉汁豐滿充塞在包內,吃時不可心急,否則會淥親條脷。雖然包皮不是很薄,但厚度適中,好吃。帶子鮮肉小籠包,小籠包皮是翠綠色的,有小帶子混和在鮮肉內,味道鮮甜,同鮮肉小籠包一樣,肉汁豐富好吃。南小館四小拼,在七款小吃內選四款。我哋選了四喜烤麩、糖醋排骨、羅漢素鵝、花雕白雞。四款食材分別放在四格位的碟內,小巧精緻。四喜烤麩,軟軟綿綿。糖醋排骨,酸甜好吃。花雕白雞,酒香雞肉滑。羅漢素鵝,腐皮有豆香。京蔥肉絲配薄餅,這個放上檯時我以為是上海粗炒,肉絲較粗,肉絲下舖滿了京蔥絲,炒肉絲的醬汁帶甜味,用薄餅皮包住吃另有風味。肉絲份量很多,薄餅皮只有四片不夠吃,多加兩片就差不多。上海粗炒,粗身麵條掛滿醬汁,另外有肉絲,冬菇絲,椰菜絲,醬汁不鹹,口感可以。老上海酸辣湯麵,湯底酸辣味濃,但麵上放的幾隻白蝦仁卻沒有什麼味道,麵身幼長彈牙,這個湯麵也要快點吃,否則麵會變得越來越糊就不好吃了。紅燒乳鴿做特價,29元一隻,叫了一隻試下。乳鴿體積都不少,肉多又嫩滑,一口咬下去,即時漏油,燒得夠火喉,色澤鮮明。今餐叫左好多嘢食,吃得飽飽,上海粗炒食唔曬要打包帶回家。…Read More

老媽子有滿$150減$50 coupon,好就試試佢一打開個menu,奇怪啦,個menu上有好多傳統嘅上海野食都無,有嘅反而係好多時尚fusion 但根本唔係上海菜嘅疑似上海野..... 已經覺得大打折扣。第一味 四小拼:烤麩 + 口水雞 + 花雕雞 + 糖醋骨烤麩重點係醬油香,但呢個烤麩,唔好意思,係無嘅!只有覺得係求其撈左一堆糖同小小豉油,甜,只有甜味。口水雞第一眼望到個醬嘅顏色已經知有啲唔同啦.... 第一下入口,味道好矛盾,真係唔同呢!呢種味,同我喺四川店買到嘅麻辣辣椒油完全一樣,重點,好似加左d 是拉差辣椒醬,呢個係fusion 定係咩食法?我一路同自己講,新派餐廳,要接受,要接受,要接受!順帶一提,雞有啲“梅”,有啲羶味,有啲雪味。花雕雞一樣地,雞唔入味,酒底好咸,用左類似玫瑰酒嘅味道,總之唔係傳統嘅花雕酒,有啲羶味,有啲雪味,但偏偏無乜酒味.....:(繼續講...... 新派餐廳,要接受,要接受,要接受鎮江骨味道還可以,但都係一樣,醋味未夠入,未夠濃,肉質好“鞋”。頭盤後,已經知道,好多求其製作,求其撈一堆野,其實呢啲菜係要用時間去蚊同醃架......第二味:乳鴿半價$29,任叫,只係唔可以帶走,賣相好好,但唔敢期望,第一口咬落,簡直要搵搵容祖兒唱唱“大概也夠我 送我來回地獄又折返人間”,得喎! 肉鮮嫩多汁,調味好好,咩都唔需要落,就咁食已經好味道 (其實我寧願全晚食兩隻乳鴿算)第三味:蝦肉紅油抄手一夾,好幾舊雲吞已經痴埋一齊! 個汁無咗原本應該有嘅醋同辣香味(簡單講,無咩味!), 第一舊雲吞個餡整得好好, 肉好嫩,皮好薄,第二舊,一咬,好腥!第四味:鮮肉小籠包 小籠包皮薄餡靚多汁,肉餡鮮調味剛剛好,呢個要俾返分!第五味:生煎包嗰底煎得唔夠,不過同小籠包一樣,肉餡鮮,做得唔錯最後:擔擔麵第一眼望,又覺得係一個伏,一夾起啲麵,已經聞到一陣唔係擔擔麵嘅味道,再食落去,幻覺黎嘅!完全係唔使擔擔麵!湯底香料味太重,好重嘅麻辣+孜然粉嘅味道(其實我係咪食緊X哥麻辣麵?),香料重到第一下飲嘅湯有陣苦澀味 ,蝦米味呢?花生味呢?麻油味呢?無!自問本人都好食得辣,但呢碗野令我食左幾啖已經辣到出汗,感覺只係好似好似就咁放咗一大堆辣椒醬同麻辣辣椒醬落去,個麵,好得意,其實好似意粉.... 我食完有啲奔潰,其實係咪大台喺裡面拍緊美女廚房???食後感:我只係想簡單咁食餐傳統嘅上海菜,其實嗰啲咩翡X,XX姥姥等,我都覺得麻麻地,呢間,真係但如果你去係食乳鴿,鮮肉小籠包,都可以嘅,不過其它就真係....... you 諗 you啦…Read More
