現在流行多完化任點任食的大型打邊爐餐廳,多數$3xx一位,其實用料只是一般般,除了心理上,好似好抵食外,我通常試過一次就算。我始終鐘情於幫襯了多年的百利,散叫同專攻自己喜歡的食物才合我意。最终也只是$2xx一位。當然若叫埋肥牛, 象拔蚌,海鮮類…價錢會略高,但都是值得付的。百利湯底也有十三款選擇,食物質素非常生鲜,但本人因皮膚關係,近排戒牛,否則必選,唯有等下次再大戰肥牛。樓高三層,而裝修後又乾淨衛生,真的舒服了很多。沒有限時限刻的阻礙,一家人或同朋友們慢慢歎,傾吓計。百利一定是我打邊爐的首選。而百利的鲜制四寶丸,爽脆黑柏葉,新鲜魚卜,大大件口感非常粉的炸芋頭,肥美適中的鹅粉腸,特製魚腐……,很多餐廳也沒有這種好質素了。而且價錢非常合理。而且做了多年的侍應,招呼也很好。百利確是我的至愛。"…Read More

鄰近太子站的百利火鍋,每晚放工經過都大排人龍,今晚終於有機會試一試。餐廳有兩層,跟平時酒樓格局一樣。湯底有十多款選擇,海鮮種類眾多,火鍋配料除了牛肉較價外,其他全部都比外面便宜,約$50-60已經有一碟,份量十足。新張優惠,兩小時內埋單每人送一支啤酒。另外醬油每位$12,酸菜小食$12/碟,調料有蒜蓉、辣椒及葱。我們要了最簡單的芫荽皮蛋鍋,皮蛋份量都幾多,芫荽味香濃,不過食到最後皮蛋有點燶底。手切本地肥牛大牛肉紋理清晰,色澤鮮紅,肉道濃郁有肉汁,切得較厚身但肉質嫩滑腍身,油脂不多,所以不會太膩,但絕不鞋口。新鮮黑栢葉跟平時食開黃黃地色的牛栢葉不同,黑栢葉本身有點白邊,質感爽脆有咬口。招牌四寶丸有豬肉丸、墨魚丸、鯪魚丸及牛肉丸,全部都是鮮打而成,彈牙爽口。墨魚丸及豬肉丸是比較好味,墨魚夠彈牙,不會太腍身,豬肉丸肉味香濃,很有肉汁。豆腐是水豆腐,非常軟滑,豆味一般。枝竹本人對枝竹有情意結,每次打邊爐都要食過先安落,枝竹份量十足,有咬口,太大碟最後都食唔哂。豬頸肉切得夠薄,好快可以碌熟,油份不算多,肉質又腍又爽。魚腐打邊爐必點食物之一,魚腐完全吸收了湯底的精華,感覺似食豆卜但裏面有些魚肉,因為是由頭滾到落尾,所以魚腐有濃郁的皮蛋芫荽味,質感軟腍。竹庶水原來是鴻福堂的竹庶茅根,味道一般,飲品類別太少,只有啤酒和這個竹庶水,如果有鮮打西瓜汁等會更好。總括而言,食物味道中上,份量十足,外面任飲任食無質素打邊爐都要$150/位,這裏有質素有份量的都是$200/位,性價比高,最好約齊一大班人去就可以試更多不同款式食物。…Read More

二胡後的晚飯,我發覺差不多次次都係打甂爐,今晚都唔例外,一行四人去到太子百利開餐﹗之前來過兩次,味道還算不錯,作為麻甩佬最緊要就係book定樓上,可以自由活動,如果坐地下就無呢支歌仔唱﹗老友到先,先order一碟鮮魚皮食下,唔食魚的我破例一試,魚皮帶麻油香,入口爽脆,出奇地原來佢係唔腥的,幾特別﹗湯底要了這兒最出名的蝴蝶腩湯底,湯頭尚算鮮濃,蝶腩也不少,件件都半肥瘦連筋,膠質夠亦有嚼頭,肉質綿而軟,我就嫌肥左0的,不過愛吃筋的友人們都大快朵頤,未正式開始打甂爐已經差唔多食哂個湯底﹗手切牛睇個色水是不錯,入口尚算軟熟,但牛味及脂香均不足,亦帶一陣令人難以下嚥的牛羶味,同行的友人都覺得味道麻麻,睇番自己的食評,其實之前都有彈過佢地0的手切牛,但係唔知點解次次去到都係唔理三七廿一照叫可也,真係自己攞o黎衰﹗鮮粉腸同鴨腸兩樣我都唔岩,但友人們超欣賞,吃完一箸又一箸有如吃烏冬,腸壁是滿滿的肥膏,灼熟後又爽又香,不太韌但有嚼勁,幾口就俾佢地食哂﹗手打四寶丸,看得出是鮮打的,四隻中以墨丸味道最濃,其餘的則平平無奇,牛肉口感似生竹牛肉大家也覺得麻麻地,還是一片片的好吃﹗蠔$20碟有五六隻,未算大隻,但蠔味濃郁,咬落蠔汁豐腴,香口好食﹗魚腐$20碟口感有如大魚旦,帶豆香。手切牛吃過麻麻,四個牛魔當然唔會咁就算,要了美國西冷牛肉,色水呈殷紅,肥瘦勻稱,紋理亦恰當,不肥不瘦,入口軟糯中見油脂香,肉質細綿,片片雙飛,牛味香濃。一句到尾,好吃,以後來百利記住要點呢隻牛﹗大食之友食完咁多野仲未飽,再叫多個牛粒同埋雞子,牛粒牛味香濃,不過灼得耐就過韌,唔灼耐一點又怕佢唔熟,兩難式﹗雞子我睇見個樣都唔開胃,不過佢地三個就一粒一粒咁放入口,佢地話爆汁勁正,一粒起一粒清,真係當正係四寶丸咁食﹗我就真係唔識欣賞,不以置評﹗呢晚飲既係Asahi,$14支,入座如在兩小時內結帳就一人送一支,埋單岩岩好兩粒鐘,慳番幾十蚊啤酒錢﹗一人唔洗兩舊水,食咁多野又飲十幾廿支啤酒都算異常抵食﹗講真食物不算貴,不少簡單餸料都係$20,牛就大碟$100,多人吃必抵吃,係佢地個手切牛總是次次食也不太岩脾胃,其他食物質素也不錯,三五知已要大大聲暢所欲言,來這兒準不錯了﹗…Read More
