提早為母親大人慶祝生日,所以想同佢食D特別嘅菜式,見到佢價錢唔係好貴,已經包晒前菜,燉湯,主菜同甜品。所以一早book定間私房菜。一入門口就見到餐廳自家栽種嘅水耕菜,夠晒新鮮,第一碟前菜就係佢哋自家栽種本地嘅有機水耕菜配芝麻醬,好爽脆鮮甜。涼拌黑木耳好爽脆,岩鹽花枝豆熟到啱啱好唔會過淋。茶燻流心蛋伴黑魚子醬配厚切茄子嘅外型好吸引,流心蛋嘅就心效果極佳,蛋味好濃蛋香好Creamy,厚切茄子有D似天婦羅,炸粉唔會好厚,好鬆脆同軟淋嘅茄子好夾。當晚有兩款燉湯分別係原盅燉哈密瓜螺頭黑毛豚肉湯同原盅燉川貝陳皮海底椰鱷魚肉湯。兩款肉湯都係原盅燉夠晒清甜滋潤,原汁原味。蝦球水芙蓉算係比較清淡嘅菜式,蝦球爽脆,蒸蛋非常之嫩滑,同清淡嘅芡汁好夾。蒜香芝士焗老外蠔王,隻蠔王真係巨型,有成隻手掌咁大。一啖完全食唔晒成隻,芝士同蒜味都唔算太濃,所以唔會掩蓋到蠔嘅鮮味。士多啤梨豚肉伴草莓味道幾特別,好香士多啤梨味,甜甜嘅果香味道令人越食越開胃,不過略嫌豚肉有少少靭。魚湯有機時令蔬菜,魚湯煮到奶白色,魚味超濃厚,令到本身冇味嘅小棠菜都變得更好味,更鮮甜。荷香蒜蓉海班片原籠蒸紅白米飯,雖然只有兩片海班片,不過蒜香同海班魚嘅味道已經滲入紅白米飯裏面。當晚嘅事令甜品係椰汁桂花糕,造型好精緻,唔會太甜味道好清新。…Read More

友人在觀塘上班,特地選了觀塘的餐廳吃晚飯,卻被臨時甩底。來過一次的她,堅持把榮哥的訂座改期,下次再約亦不想改地方,讓我對餐廳更加好奇,而且私房菜一早訂好了,即日改期不是太好吧,改以老媽上陣。涼伴黑木耳/岩鹽花枝豆先來兩款前菜。黑木耳只以麻油調味,幾爽,個人喜歡少少辣,更惹味,略嫌它太單調。枝豆撒上適量的鹽,味道剛好。有機沙律菜伴芝麻醬平時吃沙律最討厭沾了醬汁的沙律菜不能原塊放入口中,醬汁沾到嘴邊又或是在過程中濺到衣服。這裡把大塊的菜捲起,用青瓜包著,吃起來十分方便,青瓜跟菜葉不同口感,也同時做成層次。茶燻流心蛋伴黑魚子醬配厚切茄子黑魚子太少,存在感低。厚稠的流心蛋蛋黃,口感尤其豐富。茶燻味特別明顥,香得久久不散,可是氣味始終不是味道,略嫌調味不足。稍為炸過的茄子,沾甜甜鹹鹹的醬,比起台灣菜涼伴茄子經常過甜或過鹹的出品好吃。原盅燉川貝陳皮海底椰鱷魚肉湯燉湯十分入味,濃郁的同時吃得出沒有味精,而且湯餡很多,可見十分足料。肉全部燉腍,肉嫩又連著脂肪,肉香加點油香,是不能錯過的湯渣。原盅燉鮮土茯苓鑽地老鼠黑毛豚肉湯湯很清甜,不過媽說地老鼠很涼,不適合我的體質,只淺嚐一口就算了。蝦球水芙蓉很大件蝦球,入口極爽,鮮味十足,上面加了幾條炸乾的瑤柱絲以其少少鹹鮮作調味。蒸蛋很薄,茨汁太多,感覺似吃羹多於吃蛋。遠年新會陳皮骨帶少少油脂的排骨軟嫩,炸得微脆。還以為像糖醋骨般有醬,看著乾身的排骨,吃著甜甜的醃製陳皮味,又幾特別,同時平衡了油炸和脂肪的微微膩。香煎北海道子海中寶以為是蝦餅,原來是把蝦膽釀在帶子上再煎。全熟的帶子爽口,沒有吃到一絲絲的,蝦膠則彈牙,不過鮮味不明顥,反而是煎得可口。用乾蔥盛著意大利黑醋的做法第一次見,又幾搞笑。吃慣大排檔蝦餅配泰式辣醬,改成黑醋多了一點生活品味,微酸有中和油膩之效。魚湯有機時令蔬菜菜爽口,不過重點是鮮甜的魚湯。米白色的魚湯真是是熬出來的,比起一般的上湯時菜有心思。荷香蒜蓉海斑片原籠蒸鴛鴦飯鴛鴦飯原來是紅米和白米,蒸得偏濕,幸好未至於腍,都算可以。喜歡它清清的荷葉香。海斑片嫩滑,鋪了蒜蓉雖香,但蓋過了魚的鮮味。時令甜品最後的甜品是西瓜,火龍果和菠蘿。雖然每款份量不多,但吃完都幾飽,水果正好幫助消化。每人大概$400吃得飽飽的,質素不錯。平日的晚上都有幾枱訂座,靜靜的,吃得舒適。…Read More

又係觀塘食好西時間!今次試下食「榮哥廚房私房菜」,慰勞下自己!地點好方便,地鐵站天橋位一落,幾步就到。當日落大雨,因而無濕曬對腳。裝修唔算華麗奢侈,不過整潔舒適,空間感足夠,唔會太嘈太迫。叫左個二人餐,人頭$348,另有加一。坐低好快就有店員送上頭盤,祭祭五臟廟先!花枝豆唔係好識欣賞,唔腥,略帶甜味。木耳就非本人所喜,不過依碟木耳夠冰涼、又有麻香同微微酒味,爽口清脆,令我改觀。沙律就非常出色,極級鮮嫩爽口,完全無苦澀味,用青瓜綑住成為一口沙律既設計亦非常有創意同方便!黑魚子醬味道似燒汁,但味道更加提鮮,流心蛋同茄子點住醬食,非常醒胃。到盅湯上檯,燉湯可謂水準之上,湯水清澈,但鮮味十足,啖啖湯都有肉汁精華,做得好過好多高級酒家酒樓!十個讚!蝦球水芙蓉都係招牌菜,黃色芡汁味道偏淡,食唔到咩味。汁下有蒸蛋,滑溜香口。蝦球不用說,爽口彈口,非常新鮮!焗蠔都係必食!芝士唔係西式濃厚膩溜款式,但仍然香氣撲鼻,而且加左孜然粉,超級邪惡!火喉焗得剛剛好,蠔身仍有好多肉汁,口感類似桶蠔。陳皮骨都幾有驚喜,食落有濃厚香甜味,微微帶酸,同豬肉味道非常相襯。碟菜就新鮮翠綠,此外無咩特別之處,不過魚湯好鮮甜,想成碟飲曬佢!蒸飯就有驚喜,一上檯已經超香荷葉味,清香醒神,班片雖然得兩塊,但好香滑鮮甜,配埋豉油食真係多多飯都食得落!最後食埋水果就完啦,值得一讚係西瓜以粒粒咁上,容易食用又美觀。整體而言,食物色香味俱全,心思創意無懈可擊,所有食材都明顯經過挑選、新鮮可口;環境亦安靜舒適,店員都主動有禮。價錢雖然唔係廉價,但水平遠超好多酒席菜單,我就寧願咁樣食得更加精心細緻嘞!…Read More
