♨️富妹鐘意食雞煲火鍋,今日熊妹等佢收工後係佢公司附近揾到間《阿來客棧》就係食雞煲火鍋,岩佢口味。‪📌晚上7點‬幾黎到,店鋪唔算好大,但都人頭湧湧,個個上班族💼都想放工黎聚一聚,抖下氣💨,雞煲火鍋真係一個好選擇。📌店員好貼心💓,一坐低,已經遞上熱茶解解渴,除除塵,真係好客服務🕴🏻。📌然後送上火鍋調味料讓客人自己先弄一碟自己的調味醬。熊妹好驚訝的係竟然有齊熊妹火鍋必要及只要的指天椒🌶及炸蒜🧄,其他調味唔需要多,就呢兩款加豉油已經好足夠。馳名重慶辣雞煲,$168📌事不宜遲,即刻叫半隻雞煲🥘,食咗雞先講。📌其實熊妹同富妹都食得辣,不過怕雞煲食完後加湯打邊爐會愈煮湯汁愈辣,所以都係決定揀小辣🌶。食完雞煲仲會打邊爐,仲會叫火鍋配料,所以雞煲叫半隻就夠啦。半隻雞都有十幾嚿雞,有雞腳,有雞翼,有雞胸,有雞髀位。雞煲辣汁超惹味,用咗勁多蒜片同埋洋蔥,當然仲有辣椒煮埋一齊,小辣辣度真係啱啱好,雞肉入面都滲滿醬汁,唔係剩係得表面先有醬汁味道,係煮得好入味,而雞肉肉質好嫩滑,繼續喺煲入邊煲,煮咗好耐,都仲係好嫩滑,完全唔鞋口,呢個雞煲真係好掂。阿來牛肉卷, $68📌食完雞煲,例行公事梗係要連雞煲的湯汁再打邊爐啦。呢個阿來牛肉卷係《阿來客棧》的招牌菜,當然要試下。一份有兩串,每串有三卷,即係有六卷。牛肉卷就係雪花肥牛入邊包住芫荽同芹菜,本身熊妹唔係好好芫荽🌿,但係雪花肥牛同芫荽嘅組合又唔錯喎!牛肉肥牛好夠牛味,出奇地蓋過咗芫荽的重味,加埋芹菜嘅爽口,呢個阿來牛肉卷真係幾特別喎!鮮滑牛(半份), $48打邊爐又點可以唔叫牛呢?實不相瞞,其實熊妹係鍾意食新鮮牛肉多個食肥牛,因為肥牛都有啲肥肉位,新鮮牛肉🐮又有厚度,又冇肥肉位,仲要啖啖都係肉,咁樣食落口先有口感㗎嘛。:)半份都有五大片,厚切一片,洽兩洽,熟咗之後真係超嫩滑,啖啖都係肉又冇渣,湯汁滲哂喺牛肉入邊,唔點醬都好夠味。魚皮餃(半份), $25半份魚皮餃🥟都有五粒,魚皮烚耐咗都仲係保持煙韌度,食落唔腥,再點自製豉油辣椒汁,又夠滋味!芝士丸(半份), $25半份芝士丸🍢有四粒,芝士丸喺湯煲入邊煮左一陣,表面完全索晒啲湯汁,令本身包住芝士無咩味嘅白丸都充滿小辣湯汁嘅味道,咬一啖仲有芝士🧀流心澎湃地湧出,食落去的時候真係要小心啲,如果唔係會焫親嘴巴。所以話揀小辣做湯底真係好唔錯,唔會太辣,好夠味食得入口仲要唔使再額外點醬汁。翡翠豆苗(半份), $25(右)有熊妹在,一定要點蔬菜。出到嚟打邊爐,梗係點啲平時好少食的蔬菜啦。翡翠豆苗好新鮮好翠綠🌱,洗得好乾淨,無根無渣,係雞煲湯底入邊煮,煮走咗草青味,仲有好濃郁的辣味,原來辣湯蔬菜都幾好味喎!皇帝菜(半份), $28(左)皇帝菜🥬真係打邊爐恩物,因為皇帝菜有一種獨特嘅菜味,就算湯底幾濃味都好,皇帝菜嘅味道依然存在,仲會夾埋湯底嘅味道,所以打邊爐一定會點皇帝菜。鬼馬墨魚脆, $62又食完雞煲,又食完邊爐,再唔夠喉點多個小食-鬼馬墨魚脆,睇個名都幾特別。原來就係油炸鬼入邊再讓咗墨魚滑,油炸鬼炸得好脆,墨魚滑好彈牙,成個口感有脆又有咬口,真係相映成趣,點埋跟上嘅秘製醬汁,甜甜哋帶少少酸,炸物點醬就好滋味。📌整體來講,兩個人五百幾蚊,兩款蔬菜,四款火鍋配料,一款小食,又有雞煲,又有打邊爐,食物質素幾高,銅鑼灣地段,係幾唔錯,可以再來encore。…Read More
