約左朋友去旺角唔食咩野好,見到雅蘭的大和豚,之前睇雜誌時都想試下佢地個美人鍋,同朋友講起佢地都話想試下,敢就拍板去馬。7點幾去到都不是太多人,不用等位都可以入坐了。係旺角區嚟計,依度的坐位可以話非常寛敞,沒有背脊頂背脊的感覺,值得一讚。24件壽司拼盆,真的是很長很長的盆足足有一張枱敢長,真的很誇張。壽司也很新鮮,比起某些的壽司連鎖店還好得多原條鯛魚刺身 - 全條鯛魚起肉上,師傅還弄了兩朵魚生花,賣相相當吸引。另外侍應還教我們試下用他們提供的辣蔔白和蔥花用鯛魚片夾在一起食。原來這樣食法比起點豉油更帶魚味,非常好吃黃金串串大和豚 – 你食之前你唔會知你食左咩野,因為每一串的食物size都差不多,有番茄有豚肉,想食好野就要睇你人品啦。另外,墊底的配菜會有紫菜汁和柚子汁點當沙律食,你會不其然吃掉所有菜。但是每串只有一粒炸物、份量又不多,吃了等於無食過般,就算真的好吃也吃不出味來。豚白肉麻辣沙沙 – 一點也不辣,對於愛吃辣的我有點失望:(。如果可以讓客人選擇辣度就好了。鐵人燒肉 – 我們叫了五品拼定食(即豬5個部位)。侍應一放低就介紹吃法,每個部位燒的時間,很好的服侍。雖然轉頭就唔記得佢講過咩野,全憑感覺燒。但豚肉味很出很惹味,而且每個部位也吃得出不同的質感,很ok。但如果好似某些食店有煮食guideline望住燒就更好。依度的主打骨膠原美人鍋,湯底很好飲。加上用淺鍋,唔怕搵唔返的塊肉。而且用豚肉包住菜,菜又吸收了湯的精華,整舊吃下去很鮮甜,比起鐵人燒又另一返風味。而且可以追加烏冬拉面,不怕吃不飽。甜品叫了菠蘿雪芭,蜜桃雪芭,燒鮮菠蘿雪糕 & 朱古力花盤。很喜歡雪芭的清新口感,當你吃完很多肉的時候,吃這個有很舒服的感覺。但我最喜歡的是燒鮮菠蘿雪糕,下面是熱的菠蘿加上凍的雪糕一起吃,非常好吃。…Read More
