傳統老食店買少見少,確實要珍惜一下。今次特登相約屋企人嚟食情懷又食味道,有85年歷史嘅「龍華酒店」,舊時真係有套房出租,所以稱之為酒店。50年代明星、名人都係常客。我哋一行四人經過掛滿紅燈籠嘅長走廊,好似進入咗時光隧道,恍如穿越返去50年代嘅感覺。酒店裝修依然保留懷舊格調,牆上掛滿昔日嘅舊相,充滿情懷,唔少電影都喺呢度取景。酒店分兩個廚房,有戶外用餐位置,仲養有鸚鵡同孔雀,店員親切好傾,我哋就叫咗必食嘅龍華三寶:乳鴿、雞粥、山水豆腐花。✥ 龍華脆皮燒乳鴿 $98係龍華嘅皇牌菜式,每位食客嚟到都應該會試。自設養鴿場,揀選唔超過26日大嘅嫩鴿。一開四件都好大隻,係先滷水後炸,香噴噴,表面泛油光,入口皮脆肉嫩,肉厚入味有肉汁,滋味到要落手食,跟傳統一樣拼蝦片。太好味關係,決定外賣一隻返屋企,店員教我想食炸乳鴿,就應該要買滷水,原隻放氣炸鍋170度,面同底分別氣炸七分鐘,果然無失望。✥ 薪火相傳滷水乳鴿 $98乳鴿都有五款烹調方法,我哋就決定試埋滷水,滷水汁香濃,食到由多款香料秘製,滷煮得夠入味,皮緊緻肉嫩多汁。✥ 馳名沙田滑雞粥 (2-3位) $98份量好夠食,每人都有兩碗,粥底好綿夠味,食到雞嘅鮮味,雞件份量十足,好耐無試過食粥配搭油炸鬼同生菜絲,回憶返晒嚟。✥ 龍華煎釀手造豆腐 $148係傳統菜式,由老闆娘鍾太親手教當年大廚何伯。手造豆腐嘅豆味特別香濃,金黃表層結實,裡面滑嫩,咬一啖,肉同豆腐喺口裡融合,醬汁剛好滲到當中,醬汁味濃又唔會好鹹,伴有小棠菜。✥ 鄉村風味炸大腸 $128酒店皇牌推介菜式,一片片長方形嘅切法,炸得酥脆香口,夾雜油香,唔會炸到乾晒,無多餘肥膏黐住,有炸米粉墊底,蘸埋糖醋汁,食到傳統炸大腸嘅味道。✥ 特色乾炒牛河 $138酒店推介係李小龍最愛嘅菜式,夠鑊氣熱辣辣,牛肉大片,配料多,鍾意韭黃同芽菜夠多又爽口,面放蛋絲。河粉炒得條條分明,唔會黐埋一堆,醬油兜得勻,全碟上晒色,唔肥膩,食到最尾碟底都唔會有多餘嘅油凝住。✥ 原味手造豆腐花 (2-4位) $68豆味濃郁,鍾意佢嘅質感滑得嚟比較實在,食到手造嘅感覺,配桂花糖水特別清甜,口味更加芳香。#龍華酒店地址:沙田下禾輋22號地舖…Read More

沙田翠谷映流霞,西風人瘦過誰家,陶令風流鍾子意,黃花紅酒醉龍華。-龍華酒店建於1938年,已屹立在沙田84年,為香港僅有的園林酒店之一。在五六十年代,多齣大片都是在龍華取景,這裡簡直是不少香港人的集體回憶啊!今次就和母親大人特意來訪,一嚐沙田三寶「山水豆腐花」、「明火靚雞粥」和「龍華乳鴿」!-想不到平日一點左右到達,人流絡繹不絕🥳雖然相對比較多的是上了年紀的一群來重遊舊地,緬懷回憶,但仍不乏年輕一輩特意前來光顧~-🎈龍華脆皮燒乳鴿 $98/隻 龍華酒店的紅燒乳鴿為招牌菜,是馳譽國際的乳鴿皇,基本上是每枱來到必叫的喔!餐廳職員會在點菜時詢問究竟是原隻上還是切件上,可因應自己個人喜好作決定!這裏的乳鴿是即叫即燒,皮脆內嫩,完美地鎖住肉汁~而且吃起上來是完全沒有騷味,可見處理食材方面都做得挺好,因為外面其他餐廳的質素真的是太參差了~-🎈馳名沙田滑雞粥 $98/大碗真的想不到一大碗是這麼多😱份量應該夠三至四人吃了🤭🤭粥底綿密,滑雞好重雞味~-🎈新鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉 $168在外面比較少是由上新鮮菠蘿🍍這裡吃起上來甜甜酸酸般,非常開胃!而咕嚕肉炒得挺有鑊氣,醬汁調味亦相當好,不過略嫌炸得唔夠脆身~因為之前在屯門吃過一間非常好食,所以比較起來未算太突出🥹-🎈豬潤燒賣 $39說真的從未食過豬潤燒賣呢😳坊間甚少見,要一些很傳統舊式的茶室才品嘗到這個懷舊點心!所以一看到有豬潤燒賣即刻要叫!原來豬潤燒賣就是在手打的豬肉上放上一些黃沙豬潤,挺特別長知識了😆😆-🎈乾蒸牛肉 $39正常發揮,感覺沒甚麼特別呢~-🎈原味手造豆腐花 $68/桶 (2-3位)飯後當然要食甜品吧!山水豆腐花用迷你木桶上😌而這裡所有菜式的份量感覺都太多了吧~木桶裡面足足有四大碗的豆腐花呢🤣🤣如果就這樣吃豆腐花不加任何糖水,豆味香濃突出,挺健康的!當然亦可以選擇加上它們提供的桂花糖水,味道清香,還可以自行調較甜度!-🔸龍華酒店📍沙田下禾輋村22號…Read More
