上星期日和家人相約到泰國風情餐廳- 新泰東南亞餐廳短聚。除了因為爸爸愛吃泰國菜外,家中的大嫂也表示之前跟朋友也吃過,很是推薦。於是我們一行8人就出發去灣仔分店用餐用餐時間一個半小時,上菜速度超快,整頓飯都不停忙著吃個不停。店員態度友善,不時為我們收捨空碟。.那先分享一下點了什麼:燒豬頸肉($78),串燒($88),麵包焗咖哩軟殻蟹($208),泰式青咖哩($88),印度酥餅($32),越式燒春雞釀香茅黃飯($188),馬拉盞通菜($75),青檸蒸魚($168),泰式蝦炒金邊粉($108),椰青沙冰($58x4)。.1️⃣燒豬頸肉($78)豬頸肉,即是豬面頰附近,由於脂肪比例較高,所以口感特別軟滑爽彈,是泰國菜館必點的菜單之一。新泰東南亞餐廳的豬頸肉肉質雖不至格外細緻,未算肥美滑溜來形容,唯油脂均勻分布,不顯柴澀或過於油膩。2️⃣串燒($88)通常人多的飯局,都適合點一碟串燒併盤。我們先把肉類從竹籤中抽取出來,以便大家分享。印象較深刻的是雞肉串,鮮嫩多汁,濃香惹味!配搭泰式醬汁,吃得津津有味。3️⃣麵包焗咖哩軟殻蟹($208)巨型磚頭麵包的造型就是賣相吸引,尤其是被挖空的中央,還盛著椰香撲鼻的濃咖哩和萬眾期待的軟殻蟹,讓人食指大動。沾滿香濃咖哩汁的軟綿農夫包,伴著炸至脆口的軟殻蟹,果然是招牌菜,十分推薦。4️⃣泰式青咖哩($88),印度酥餅($32)對於吃辣級數只有bb辣水平的我而言,青咖哩達中辣程度,就是吃完馬上想飲沙冰的感覺。不過其他能吃辣的家庭成員就紛紛表示還可以更辣!另外酥餅也很好吃,有衝動想不沾青咖哩醬,單吃酥餅,哈哈。5️⃣越式燒春雞釀香茅黃飯($188)同是招牌菜的原隻燒春雞釀香茅黃薑飯,很合家人們的胃口,讚好不絕。不過我個人並不愛吃燒春雞物和其醬汁,所以僅作淺嚐。6️⃣馬拉盞通菜($75)馬拉盞通菜就是惹味又解油膩。在吃完串燒、咖喱等重味食物後,總愛吃一客蔬菜。我好像未曾在餐館吃過難吃的馬拉盞通菜呢。7️⃣青檸蒸魚($168)魚肉嫩滑,帶有酸辣的青檸香味,十分開胃。愛吃辣的家人甚至直接把湯底喝掉,一邊大讚滋味,一邊說著懷念泰國旅行的時光。8️⃣泰式蝦炒金邊粉($108)跟長輩吃飯,通常都會來一碟澱粉質主菜。用蛋網包着整個金邊粉,單是賣相,已經比很多快餐店來得吸引。炒至乾身的金邊粉,質感Q彈,甜中帶酸、讓人一口接一口。9️⃣椰青沙冰($98)原個椰青肉打成沙冰, 先用匙羹吃一口面層冰涼的椰香沙冰,再用飲管吸入面清甜的椰青水,很爽快!…Read More

經朋友極力推介,終於黎到灣仔嘅新泰食泰國菜果然,朋友真係冇介紹錯!新泰有兩層地方,我地4個人就被安排去到二樓一個小廳入面嘅圓形大枱。坐位都好寬敞,坐得好舒服我地4個人實在太肚餓,所以都嗌左幾多食物首先,就叫左每人一杯飲料。友人叫左椰青,我就叫左椰汁紅豆冰。味道幾好,椰汁味好濃,但又唔會太甜前菜我哋就叫咗泰式柚子蝦沙律。我本身對於柚子冇乜興趣,但係呢個沙律令我另眼相看,一食落去酸酸甜甜,味道層次好豐富,真心好好味 推薦大家食呢個沙律!跟住就係呢個燒西冷牛扒。我哋就叫咗七成熟,而廚師又真係將七成熟拿捏得好好喎。呢個西冷牛扒令到我好驚喜,佢啲肉質非常軟熟,而且因為佢係燒嘅,就會令到外皮脆脆地,仲有啲炭燒嘅香味,非常之吸引!我基本上都冇乜點過啲醬汁㗎,因為個西冷牛扒本身都已經醃得好入味侍應推薦我哋食呢個越式燒春雞釀香茅黃飯,我哋就一於試一試佢,結果都冇令我哋失望啊燒雞燒得好香,雞肉好嫩滑,咬落仲有汁添。黃飯亦煮得好好,一啲都唔油,但就有好惹味嘅泰式香料之後就食咗呢個泰式街邊豬肉串,肉質一啲都唔粗糙,而且串燒燒得好香,點埋個醬汁食就一流啦!想健康啲我哋仲嗌左馬拉盞通菜,食落味道非常豐富,知道廚師一定用咗好多配料同香料去炒食泰國嘢又點少得咖哩。我地就叫左泰式青咖哩配豬肉,味道好濃郁,辣味剛剛好,而且佢好足料,豬肉同蔬菜份量都好多。待應見我地食咖哩,仲介紹我地叫埋印度酥餅。酥餅煎得好鬆脆,用佢黎點咖哩一流我地最後差唔多食哂成碗咖哩汁啊雖然4個人食咁多嘢已經好飽,但係又點可以唔嗌甜品呢我地叫左呢個泰式甜品大拼盆,有5款甜品待應極力推薦當中嘅芋頭糯米糍,話係師傅自己由頭到尾人手做架我就最欣賞佢個糯米飯,啲飯由黑糯米同白糯米組成,而且芒果好甜,呢個配搭十分出色總括黎講,呢個晚餐我十分之滿意,好耐冇食過咁好味嘅泰國菜喇,而家又唔係好貴,都幾抵食…Read More

表妹轉咗新工後晚晚要開OT,想請佢食餐生日飯都要玩撞日,難得遇上三號風球終於唔洗加班,天未黑仲可以約XO仔去啤一啤佢,咁先有機會去試屋企附近新開間「新泰東南亞餐廳」。佔地三層高嘅新店門外有個大型嘅電子餐牌,路過嘅人都可以慢慢參閱,成功達到宣傳效益。餐店不單面積寬廣,樓底仲非常高,室內冷氣足,空氣夠流通,散座隔得好開,坐滿食客時都唔會覺得嘈雜。全店最好坐就係最入嘅卡位同圓枱。四周牆上掛有不少藝術品,最有特色相信都要數啲不同款式嘅燈飾,其中最盞鬼就係個酒樽牆燈。天口咁熱,埋位當然係要叫野飲啦!飲品餐牌共有七頁之多。表妹講得好有道理,既然食東南亞菜,咁就一於飲清爽嘅泰國生啤「Singha Draught」($68),襯托返個主題。厚本餐牌則有九頁,中英對照,並附有彩圖,簡單易明。兩口子隨意地點咗幾款香口菜式送酒。溫婉嘅服務生續一呈上食物,速度控制得好好,唔會擺到成枱餸之餘,食飯中途又會問及貴客是否滿意及有何意見,更細心地換碟及斟添酒水,態度友善專業且十分周到。餐桌上除咗有自用餐具之外,仲有個菂骰嘅牙籤座。越南絲網春卷($68):以生菜包住條絲網春卷,咬落即嚐到生菜嘅清新爽甜及春卷熱辣軟嫩嘅餡心,如果層絲網可以巧薄少少,效果應可更脆口。燒豬頸肉($78):預先切成薄片嘅豬頸肉毫不油膩,每片肥瘦均勻,肉質鬆爽有彈性,輕輕點上香辣秘汁已夠醒神醒胃。蒜茸越南牛油雞翼($78):牛油雞翼皮層香脆乾巧,雞肉軟嫩又夠肉汁,連同拌配嘅香蒜及洋蔥食落更可口,送酒一流!馬拉盞通菜($75):少辣嘅馬拉盞通菜爽脆鮮嫩、香濃惹味。「新泰東南亞餐廳」環境闊落,簡潔企理,服務生體貼好客,東南亞小食滋味香口,又可以飲到泰國生啤,大家不妨一試!…Read More
