和朋友即興的去了大埔熟食中心食泰國菜我們二人點了泰式冬蔭公(細)﹑泰式菠蘿炒飯﹑生菜包﹑馬拉盞炒通菜及串燒沙嗲(半打)泰式冬蔭公(細)配料有蝦﹑青口﹑魷魚﹑魚及菇等~配料算是豐富~味道夠濃,酸度辣度都恰好!泰式菠蘿炒飯,用原隻菠蘿盛載配料同樣有青口﹑蝦仁及魷魚,還有菠蘿肉﹑肉鬆和提子乾炒飯略帶咖喱香,但不算好乾身!菠蘿肉和提子乾的微甜令炒飯的味道不會太單調~生菜包,可算豬牛或雞平時多吃豬肉,這次試試牛肉雖不乾身,可肉碎的辣度不太夠馬拉盞炒通菜,這基本上是穩陣之選通菜不會老馬拉盞的味道惹味而不過鹹!串燒沙嗲(半打),豬牛雞各要了2串肉的size夠大件,燒得不會太乾身沙嗲醬的味道與一般的有些不同,覺得有點不夠濃郁惹味~~不過配串燒吃的味道還是合得來的!總括來說,食物味道尚算合格像這次平日晚來不用等位的話,是可選擇光顧的啊~~…Read More
