旺角美食出名多,又抵食。 我今次就去左旺角一間叫越興苑越南美食菜館度覓食。我地叫左原個海鮮菠蘿焗飯 (HKD 72),馬拉盞炒通菜 (HKD 56),秘製醬汁燒豬頸肉 (HKD 56),鮮椰青 (HKD 28)同埋椰汁三色冰 (HKD 19)。個原個海鮮菠蘿焗飯,用原個菠蘿送上炒飯,分量好大,用料都還可以,不過味道就太啖,沒有菠蘿既鮮甜,只係好似普通既炒飯一般。個豬頸肉就還可以,都唔算韌。個馬拉盞通菜就好好味,分量又大,係個唔錯既越式小菜。至於個椰青就正常,但杯三色冰就味道一般。…Read More

跟幾個朋友仔做完運動,就貪方便係樓吓食啲野就各自回家休息吧 ~ 十幾年依然係嗰位靚仔哥哥招乎,熱情有禮,良好服務態度,讚 ﹗魚露雞,一早賣晒喇 ﹗失望啊。馬拉盞炒通菜,非常搶手、好夠鑊氣、味道香辣、口感爽嫰,勁受歡迎,太美味 ﹗轉個頭已 KO 左咯。紅椒咕嚕鱔柳,比幅參考照片呃左添 ﹗張相係鱔柳做主角,依家變左係味菜做主角,無咩肉囉,得啲黃鱔肉丁,勁細粒。個汁淡淡辣味既咕嚕汁囉,都幾甜吓,唔會再有下次囉。牛油雞翼,都唔係想像中咁好食啫,每次提起越南野,好多朋友仔都好喜歡依味喎。雞翼裡面無咩味道,外層炸得卜卜脆熱辣辣,水既牛油味。我覺得炸完上台,再係上面打個牛油芡汁會更好,味道更搶更香濃。生牛肉湯河全走,清檸指天椒另上,我當然勁落啦,三份先夠酸夠辣,上次叫金邊粉散濕濕,今次點都叫河粉。雖然河粉未算棉,但夠滑溜又完整。牛骨湯底足料好味道,一滴不漏飲晒都唔會頸渴,真材實料。牛肉味濃,質地有趙口,雖則不是什麼上等貨色,倘算滿意。…Read More

來到旺角,女友提議去「越興園」吃生牛河,我當然樂於奉陪。當我們行到去位於豉油街的「越興園」門口,女友頓覺不妥,再上網查看紀錄,原來佢真正想去的是鄰近先達廣場的「越興苑」,兩店只得一字之別,卻相隔數個街口,差不多是旺角的一頭一尾,結果行到我身水身汗。女友要了生熟牛河 ($35),即是生牛肉加牛腩的配搭,生牛肉甫上檯已經六七成熟,看上去不太血紅,叫半熟牛肉應更為恰當,後者則肉質帶韌,需花上不少牙力,而湯底的色水比較混沌,呷了一口才發覺原來牛味十足,整體算是普普通通。我的香茅豬扒撈檬 ($34) 比較簡單,店方將一塊連骨豬扒放在大堆檬粉之上,壓底的還有花生碎、生菜絲、紅蘿蔔絲等配料。豬扒的肉質不算腍軟,而且配料實在下得不多,令檬粉吃得來感覺很寡,倒入適量的魚露後,味道才稍好一點。另外要了一碟馬拉盞炒通菜 ($32),炒得幾有鑊氣,一上檯已經香味四溢,菜夠爽脆,味道則不算太濃烈,幾醒胃的。埋單連加一 $111,價錢不貴之餘,這店的服務更極具效率,店內三位侍應都話頭醒尾,由落單、介紹菜式、上菜到執檯都完全自動波,沒有一刻是閒著的,這點實在值得一讚!…Read More
