一行十人去了旺角這間泰菜餐廳吃晚餐,叫了十樣食品,吃到飽飽,埋單每人都不過140元。抵食。價格可以都要睇埋食物質素,等我又每樣品評下先。泰式珍寶拼盆,用長形碟上檯,四個款式,每款六件。雞翼,燒得香脆肉嫩,酒幾粒芝麻又幾香。春卷,都係脆卜卜。魚餅,蝦餅,煎得金黃,厚度適中,啖啖惹味。泰式豬頸肉炒飯,飯炒得爽,油份可接受,豬頸肉切粒混在飯內,味道不錯。農夫包咖哩軟殼蟹,呢個一上檯真是驚人,一大個農夫包上面有隻具大的軟殼蟹,我都唔知點落人切開佢。軟殼蟹已蓋上咖哩汁液。要先擺開隻蟹再切個包,包內的咖哩就好似洪水爆發,全部瀉出來。把面包分切為細小片點上咖哩汁一齊食夠滋味。軟殼蟹炸得乾身脆口,也好好食。串燒沙嗲(豬及雞各3枝),豬肉及雞肉都燒得剛好,唔會乾乾的。沙嗲醬增加左風味,惹味好食。馬拉盞炒通菜,鑊氣夠,馬拉盞唔太鹹,菜青嫩。椒鹽魷魚鬚,呢個魷魚份量略為少左D,椒鹽就超多,不過味道唔錯,魷魚鬚炸得香鬆。乾炒泰式蛋包金邊粉,賣相好靚,一個網狀嘅大蛋皮蓋住金邊粉,旁邊放左少少花生碎,半個青檸俾你加D汁落粉內調下味,酸酸甜甜,金邊粉炒得乾爽,口感唔錯。冬蔭公鮮蝦湯,湯底好濃郁,配料又入味,蝦好爽,飲完一啖就停唔到口,湯唔係好辣反而偏向酸味多D,所以好開胃。特式鹵水豬手,豬手的肉質淋滑,唔韌,又唔係好肥膩,伴碟有流心蛋和沙律菜。泰式雞肉炒粉絲,雞肉大大件,淋滑。粉絲炒得乾身,混和少少咖哩粉的味道,充滿泰式口味。泰國菜始終都係惹味好食嘅,我哋都唔捨得剩番嘅咖哩汁,叫左兩個白飯撈埋佢。餐廳D嘢食唔係話好食到不得了,但係唔會話難食,我覺得中規中矩,得閒同班朋友食下嘢傾下計,唔駛駛太多錢就最化算喇。…Read More
