Lian 尚蓮有泰式菜有越式菜,但今次只係叫咗泰國菜。一共叫咗三樣嘢:馬拉盞炒通菜炒得比較濕,不過味道還可以。蛋包海鮮炒金邊粉贏在presentation. 大頭蝦炸得夠脆,香脆嘅蝦頭好食過蝦肉。金邊粉比較淡口。最後上枱嘅係小食拼盤,亦係成餐最好食嘅菜。串燒用不鏽鋼串起,都算係環保。食得出係用grill 烤而不是炸,都算幾有誠意。蝦餅春卷新鮮炸起熱辣辣。柚子沙律比較甜。米紙卷用料新鮮。食得飽飽,可以繼續去shopping
