窩夫與蝦子餅星期日坐完叮噹主題輕鐵,便去元朗吃晚飯。想吃串燒,決定二訪芝加哥串燒酒場。點餐紙看來跟以前一樣,但細看下發現一些新產品。降火龜苓膏燒很有創意。飲品方面,點了一支蘋果酒($58)和一杯Chicago Logo Beer ($78),啤酒不苦帶甜味,很易入口。香蒜蔥花廣島蠔(半打$188)不會太細隻,脹卜卜很飽滿,美味得連蠔汁也要喝光。香蔥燒蟶子王($108)一份有兩大隻,火候控制得非常好,不韌也不太乾,味道鮮甜。極品即燒乳豬($68)皮脆肉嫩,醃料不會太重手而蓋過肉味。招牌無骨白鱔($58)非常厚肉,肉質爽彈。招牌紙鶴雞皮($19)薄如紙,燒得香脆,完全沒有油膩的感覺。鹽燒牛舌心($38)和煙燻和牛牛舌($38)是兩種截然不同的口感,各有特色,煙燻和牛牛舌較少機會吃到,值得一試。韭菜燒($16)水份足又惹味,纖維豐富但無渣。招牌茄子燒($42)上的香蒜帶脆,跟軟軟的茄子肉一起吃,口感有層次。燒羊架($43)的肉汁超多,非常高質。新鮮翠肉瓜($16)鎖得住水份,撒上適量的孜然粉調味,十分滋味。窩夫與蝦子蝦吃串燒必點鳳梨燒($26),上桌時熱得冒煙,超級多汁。…Read More

元朗站📍芝加哥串燒酒場-未到聖誕節之前已經打咗好多次邊爐,偶爾去吓酒吧,食吓串燒都係一個唔錯既選擇🍻串燒方面,要咗薄燒安格斯牛肉蔥串($32)、安格斯牛肉蘆筍串($38)、炭燒豬頸肉($22)、風味燒雞腎串($19)。當中最鍾意食就係牛肉蘆筍串,牛肉包住蘆筍,多汁之餘又唔油膩,清新得來又惹味。另外鍾意京蔥嘅朋友必點牛肉蔥串,小辛辣,幾滋味。雞腎串到好入味🙌🏻海鮮方面就要咗半打香蒜蔥花廣島蠔($188)、香蔥燒半殼扇貝兩隻($55)、香蔥燒蟶子王($108)。廣島蠔超多蔥花同埋蒜,完全唔吝嗇,雖然隻蠔唔算好大粒,但都幾飽滿😋閃杯同樣都係海量嘅香蔥同埋香蒜,燒得啱啱好,惹味!蟶子王超級大隻,而且洗得好乾淨完全冇沙,呢個海鮮拼盤真係超正!😻😻另外要咗吞拿魚玉子燒($38)、原條茄子燒($39)、燒芝士年糕($32)。玉子燒面頭有焦糖脆脆,甜而不膩,不過相對上吞拿魚就唔算好突出。茄子燒佈滿香蒜,食串燒必點!另外芝士年糕夠煙靭,而且芝士仲係流心!最後要咗個蒜香牛油油龍蝦尾珍珠飯($248)。識咗咁多串燒同埋燒海鮮都覺得要食返個飯先夠滿足,龍蝦尾上面仲有一層口口嘅牛油芝士🧀,極度邪惡!龍蝦質地幾爽口,唔會好死實,如果再大條啲就更加正👻😎雖然碗飯睇落唔算好大,但係食完上面一大堆嘢再兩個人share一碗飯都真係食唔晒😂😂嘢飲方面,要咗兩支啤酒,分別係Magnets Original Apple Cider($58)同埋Little Creatures IPA($49)。前者比較適合女仔飲,Apple Cider比較甜,而且酒味唔會太重;後者就比較甘苦味重啲,淡淡嘅百香果同西柚香。環境方面,餐廳都幾闊落,而且裝修幾新淨,夜晚嚟睇波一定勁有feel!餐廳勁大個螢幕!成個環境都幾闊落,同朋友嚟飲下酒吹吓水都係一個唔錯嘅選擇。…Read More

世界盃當然與朋友到酒吧一同觀看,兼感受世界盃的氣氛與威力!選擇了新開且門面耀目的酒吧,外牆設有橫額般大小的電子螢幕,火光熊熊配上大魔王的畫面,不知何解會對餐廳食物份外期望,一於探個究竟。場內燈光昏暗,大電視放於全場中央多眼處,十分方便眾人觀賞世界盃盛事,大約可容納25-30人的小小空間起哄時更熱鬧更有氣氛!非常佩服餐牌上每項串燒均附有圖片,增加對每項串燒的吸引力!款款也想品嘗一試,除串燒外更有前菜及主食,而酒品的種類和款式也十分充足,平時淡酌酒精,還是點杯雞尾酒比較適合。🍢薄燒安格斯牛肉蔥串 $32正所謂紙包唔住火,薄牛肉點會包得住大京蔥,牛肉略薄,所以較突出多汁京蔥微辛味。🍢大蔥雞脾肉串 $25反而嫩滑大粒雞脾肉與京蔥好夾,淡然雞肉不會覆過京蔥味,而肉量又可以與微辛京蔥中和。🍢煙燻和牛牛舌 $38是軟腍質感牛舌,個人較喜愛厚爽脆口感,而且切粒比塊狀口感較遜色🍢炭燒豬頸肉 $22豬頸肉尚算爽口,厚啲爽口感更突出。🍢招牌燒牛骨髓 $29如豆腐般腍🫢,有趣從未試過的口感😮🍢水牛城燒雞翼 $25香香辣辣好惹味,醬汁沒有影響炸粉脆度,仍然保留到香脆,再juicy啲更正。🍢Impossible 流心豆腐燒 $48唔講都唔知係素肉&豆腐😳,漢堡扒有豬肉味與質感,流心豆腐如淡淡的芝士。🍢燒新疆羊面肉串 $24帶香草味的羊肉串,味道突出而不羶。🍢孜然燒羊腩串 $26羊腩較厚肉,羊味較重,添加孜然粉更惹味。生蝦爽口溫度剛好,與蒜頭辣椒的辛辣刺激十分合適,再飲啖啤酒剛好得到中和~大大塊茄子味調量剛好,足夠吊味又不覆蓋茄子原味道,炸蒜粒配茄子更香口惹味,茄子肉帶略爽,有咀嚼度所以汁水較相較少蠔肉size適中,蠔殼盛載著清新蠔汁好juicy~不過蠔味與味粉好像不太匹配。A5和牛入口即溶,牛肉味香濃,珍珠飯與燒汁、飯素、粟米、蔥花及牛肉十分合適,之餘令珍珠飯無咁單調,而飯亦可以減低牛肉油膩感,略嫌牛扒較薄,令整體感覺性價比下降。Dubble mint: 薄荷為主的雞尾酒份外清新,甜度亦適中San Miguel Cerveza Negra:香濃麥味的黑啤…Read More
