是夜和老公及朋友到太子晚飯及睇戲,朋友們說有間隱世小店主打碳燒,聽到隱世二字已經好開心,食指大動!在朋友們的帶領下左穿右插到了一條寧靜的小街,看到一道重重的大門,心想是入口嗎?如何進內呢。。。原來入口在則邊😂店內面積不大,從窗外都可以看到店內的情況。餐牌分有:串燒、意粉、飯、主菜、甜品朱古力LATTE朱古力味香而不會太甜軟殼蟹白汁扁意粉軟殼蟹炸得脆卜卜,夠惹味,白汁扁意粉軟硬度剛好,掛上白汁吃有口感之餘又有濃香白汁味。海膽魚籽意大利飯海膽藏於飯內,每口都到海膽的鮮味,而且意大利飯很creamy,配上魚籽吃海洋的鮮味會更出。炭燒美國有骨牛肋條牛肋條好大條,真的很巨形,外面烤得有炭烤香味,內裡半熟,肉汁一切便滲出來,牛味很濃,有嚼勁。香草炭燒羊架羊肉也是充滿炭烤香味,羶味會不強,配菜的薯仔和蕃茄也過,很有風味。…Read More

Thank God is Friday! 又到星期五, 仲要係Long Weekend, 今晚同老婆約埋老友兩公婆去太子開完餐再睇戲, 不過由於太遲買票, 只好睇22:00場。我地放得早19:00已經齊集太子地鐵站, 老友推介我地去一間新開張的餐廳居廬晉家門炭燒工房晚餐, 佢話呢間新餐廳環境同食物都有特色, 而且新開張又唔近鬧市中心所以星期五晚都應該搵到位。居廬晉家門炭燒工房位於白楊街, 係太子站行過去都真係要差不多10分鐘步程, 附近食肆不多。門面裝修好有特式, 尤其係果扇鐵門, 原來不是真正入口。😂餐廳只得幾張枱, 地方唔大不過座位寬闊, 播放著柔和音樂, 幾適合幾個朋友聚會聊天食飯。我地4個點左4款主食Share, 因為餐廳叫炭燒工房, 我地點左2款炭燒主菜, 炭燒美國有骨牛助骨同香草炭燒羊架, 另外再點左海膽魚籽意大利飯同軟殼蟹白汁扁意粉。炭燒美國有骨牛肋骨一上枱我地都呆左。超級大份, 立刻擔心如果其他3款都咁大份就實食唔哂。😰牛肋骨熟到非常適合我地, 大約4至5成, 我地都好怕牛肉煮得太熟, 呢個Very good。👍牛肉多汁有咬勁, 肉味濃, 而且份量好多, 4個人share每人都好夠食。香草炭燒羊架有4枝, 4個人分剛好, 同牛肋骨一樣5成熟左右。肉質鮮嫩, 外層有炭燒香味, 羊肉略帶粉紅, 配搭芥末醬同薄荷啫喱醬一樣咁夾。😋海膽係我嘅最愛, 難得依西餐都有海膽當然要點啦。呢個海膽魚籽意大利飯, 海膽已混進意大利飯入面, 非常Creamy, 啖啖都食到海膽粒, 加上魚籽一齊食鮮味十足。👍軟殼蟹白汁扁意粉口感滑溜, 唔會太感, 軟殼蟹香脆可口, 配搭唔錯。是日咖啡機壞左, 唯有點朱古力, 唔會過甜, 都ok。價錢合理, 而且非常大份, 由於客人唔多, 我地邊聊邊吃, 食足2個鐘再去睇戲, 非常滿足嘅一個Friday Night。😊…Read More
