今次去圍方睇破地獄,不過想食啲平少少嘅嘢,所以去火車站另外一個出口搵食。咁多間舖頭,都有啲人,好彩呢間味道可以之餘,出餐幾快,所以完全趕得切。睇下有咩食先生熟牛肉湯河粉 $69牛肉有肥牛同埋牛腩片,肥牛放多一陣變成半熟,令夠甜嘅牛骨湯底多左少少油份。河粉好滑,如果想多啲香味,可以落少少辣椒碎同埋青柑仔,湯底會更多層次。素春卷撈檬 $68大條春卷切半,份量都大過一般越南春卷。見到裡面材料相當豐富,木耳、甘筍、芋頭粉絲,甚至胡椒都有,淨係無左豬肉碎,口感已經足夠。撈埋酸魚露同蘿蔔絲,非常開胃,可以一路食。香茅雞翼 (2件)$23因為有叫主食,可以跟餐要半份。雞翼炸得乾身香脆,有香茅味。但之前已經食左兩樣好嘢,就唔會覺得好特別啦!香茅沙嗲串燒豬頸肉 (3串)$72沙嗲串燒,同燒豬頸肉都食得多啦!但撈埋一齊都幾特別,因為醬碟好淺,所以點完已經有兩種味道啦!本身豬頸肉燒得乾身爽口,香料味足,所以香茅味唔算好濃味。點沙嗲之後,就會有花生香同微辣嘅感覺,加埋本身嘅香料,成條串燒味道更多層次。蜜糖柑桔冰+$12飲品色水好清澈,仲有幾個青柑仔,應該無落濃縮青檸汁,酸酸甜甜好放心。熱情果梳打+$12半杯熱情果醬,跟一罐玉泉梳打水。其實見到啲核,已經好放心,唔洗講嘢啦!純天然,唔係科技與狠活,呢度起碼有一個,加少少糖,開胃解膩。總數:$256…Read More

放工約咗朋友食晚飯,大圍出名多平民美食,選擇亦唔少,呢間新開張冇耐嘅越式料理係朋友近期最愛,貪佢近公司,而且性價比亦唔錯。餐廳人氣好旺,晚飯時間有唔少街坊喺門外等位,我同朋友兩個人大概等咗十分鐘先可以入去。食物選擇唔少,主打地道越式料理,越式湯粉同撈檬更加係非常受歡迎,幾乎每枱必叫。除咗粉麵之外,小菜同小食嘅選擇亦唔少,而且價錢合理。食越南菜當然唔少得生熟牛肉河,湯底好濃郁,加入生豆芽、九層塔同羅勒,令鮮味濃厚嘅湯底更有層次感,當然亦唔少得我最愛嘅辣椒同青檸。生牛肉肥瘦均勻,上菜嘅時候仲係偏生少少,放入湯底浸一陣,半生熟嘅滋味最好,口感軟腍,牛味亦算濃。熟牛肉大大件,帶少少筋,但煮得非常軟腍,感覺食緊清湯腩,唔錯。朋友點嘅牛腩片湯河粉同樣吸引,牛腩片切得薄薄哋,冇筋而且偏瘦,牛味較濃,入口同樣軟腍。食越南河當然唔少得兩色醬汁,分別係海鮮醬同辣椒醬,有種畫龍點睛嘅效果。小食亦唔遜色,香茅雞翼炸得香脆,而且非常入味。蝦餅亦算大件,蝦味非常重,配上辣醬非常惹味。點粉麵加十二蚊就有特飲,非常化算。朋友嘅椰汁冰味道清甜,冰涼消暑。我嘅芒果西米露同樣清新,芒果味道偏酸,非常開胃,西米比平時嘅大粒少少,口感唔錯。餐廳食物質素唔錯,而且性價比高,難怪生意咁好,朋友亦成日嚟幫襯,百吃不厭。…Read More
