今晚嚟到天后搵嘢食,見到越南餐廳又二話不說入咗去嚕~呢間「早安越南」裝修幾得意,牆上圖案紅藍色,富越南特色,枱上面有魚露汁同是拉差辣椒醬~豬頸肉米紙卷($76)之前成日食越南春卷,今次就試下無咁熱氣嘅米紙卷啦!好食!首先size好大舊,一碟有六件。米紙入面包住豐富材料,有新鮮生菜、檬粉、紅蘿蔔絲、豬頸肉,一食就爆晒出嚟🤤香茅豬扒湯河($61)河粉吸晒雞湯嘅精華,比較易淋,所以上菜後可以盡快趁熱食☺️上面放咗薄荷葉,仲可以按個人喜好自行加入青檸汁或辣椒調味~啲豬扒好好食!!香茅味香就固之然,仲外脆肉嫩,唔夠食!扎肉手撕雞酸菜凍檬($61)食越南嘢,撈檬都係少不免~可以自己加入魚露撈,酸酸甜甜好開胃
蒜蓉炒貴妃苗($76)我哋想嗌個菜,就求其點咗呢個。上枱先知原來係呢種菜,平時好少食,又幾好食喎!幾爽口,味道唔算濃,清清地唔錯
