早聽聞筲箕灣的東大街很多美食,一直想試,這天跟男友放工來到這條著名食街,忽然串燒癮起,便選了這間小店啦入邊是小店格局,坐位不多,更覺親切。這道牆很壯觀呢。貼滿了日本酒瓶的招紙二人餐價錢和食物都好吸引,不過男友想散叫,惟有下次嘗試啦除了在泰式店,比較少嘗到泰式扇貝,尤其是日式串燒店大多都是蒜蓉扇貝。這道菜是一個驚喜呢。店員說扇貝不是急凍貨色,而是他們每天到街市新鮮買,果然吃下去很鮮甜,再配上恰到好處的泰式香料,微辛但不會太辣,很喜歡❤️男友點的,是不同的內臟,有簡單的黑椒調味,吃得出有腎和肝,佐酒一流吃到一半,店員來宣傳-只要like他們的面書專頁就可以獲得免費的汽泡酒這個誠意推介外面燒得少許焦,再配上濃味的鰻魚汁,飯粒十分黏口,好好吃!這個也很推介:)上面有兩隻蠔,一人一隻,再包紫菜吃,汁也是鰻魚飯團那一款,蠔又大又好吃,還加上沙律醬增加層次。先說豚肉,調味的鹽份量適中,豚肉肥瘦適中,不錯牛舌十分重牛味,調味也很出色,基本上不用落檸檬汁都已經十分夠味雞翼也是一大驚喜 串燒很少會吃到醉雞翼,很有新意!帶著淡淡的酒香,很好吃是用雞肝鵝肝醬調配而成,有少許咸,法包很脆吃了這麼多肉類,最後吃菜作結芝士有少許拉絲效果,入邊有西蘭花和椰菜花,熱辣辣的,十分溫暖埋單兩人接近三百,價錢合理,每一道料理都十分用心製作,十分有誠意,下次有機會一定再光顧…Read More

香港人消遣離不開食食食,是日來到箕灣東大街桻之燒FF一下在日本居酒屋食串燒除了食物出色外,老闆的愛心都不容忽視,每個月老闆都會派飯給有需要人士,光顧桻之燒間接也在做善事內裡雖小,但裝修的確好多居酒屋風味!去之前我和友人已經決定要試一下店內招牌菜由於店內食材都因應當日街市新鮮而決定,來之前最好先打電話確實有沒有想吃的東西。免白行一趟。前菜先來一個燒有殼大元貝,元貝每隻有手掌般大,加上蒜蓉蒸,香味撲鼻!元貝肉大隻到要用刀叉進食,啖啖肉,新鮮度爆登!海鮮方面汁燒深海墨魚都很有睇頭,size大不在話下,肉質鮮嫩又彈牙,不會𡁻到牙都甩:),用上汁燒,送酒一流!再來個法式蟹肉虎蝦多士,單單聽個名已經非常吸引。實情是烤多士上面放著蟹肉及虎蝦,用上特調醬汁調味。味道有點像沙律醬,但又有點酸酸甜甜,總之好開胃惹味!想知有多好吃就自己去試試吧相信邪惡的燒雞皮亦是很多香港人最愛,店家用上鹽稍為調味,再炸得像薯片般香脆,誰發明如此邪惡美食?單單食串燒好難飽肚,要食飯的朋友一定要試店內的鰻魚飯團,鰻魚和飯團均以燒汁烤過,雖有點滯但兩者都很入味,味道帶甜令人吃不停口,一客夠兩人享用不好鰻魚都可選擇汁燒鮮蠔飯團,賣相呃like一流,飯團同樣用燒汁烤過,鮮蠔蠔味濃郁,非常新鮮!包上紫菜口感又再昇華食串燒點少得雞翼?但桻之燒雞翼先用花雕酒浸制再烤香,酒香濃郁。新意滿分重頭戲馬友一夜干,價錢略貴。因為過程比較複製。用上新鮮馬友,而一夜干意指需要一日一夜風干,但魚肉依舊嫩滑,魚油充滿口腔。但味道偏咸,配啤酒🍻比較合適。…Read More

又食到間好地方,今次係筲箕灣衣間串燒店餐牌有多款選擇:有串燒居酒屋套餐、散叫都有好多款式(海鮮、串燒、意粉、乳鴿都有).....可算是非一般嘅居酒屋我哋選擇散叫一嘗佢各款食物主打海鮮類岩燒原隻大連鮑魚 $48/隻(時價)味道非常彈牙爽口,加上豐富嘅蒜蓉味簡直一絕應該係即叫即整,所以每款食物都係熱辣辣上枱,無失串燒嘅風味巨型貴妃蚌 $78/2隻又是新鮮滾熱辣上枱濃烈嘅海水味帶一點似有調配過嘅湯同貴妃蚌一齊食,男友即點名衣個好味聽到隔離枱想叫都已經沒有了!松葉蟹多士 $98/1碟4件 見到餐牌已經心心眼皆因本人對日本蟹非常鍾情,諗都唔使諗一定要試吓!咬落去果下嗰種蟹膏嘅味道,我已經即刻講左句‘好好味’多士上面嘅料真係好足,如果真係要挑剔一下,唯有說多士可以厚d同埋可以脆身d,咁就完美無瑕喇汁燒鮮蠔燒飯團 $68餐牌寫首創又有頂呱呱推介,又試吓佢啦賣相非常特別,一舊仔表面脆脆地嘅飯團加上面一舊充滿燒汁既蠔....碟上有3塊紫菜!我哋將飯團分開3份放在紫菜包住食,自創都唔知係咪咁食但味道都唔錯,蠔非常juicy,好多汁清酒煮日本沙白 $98響外面食好多時都得返啲殼,但依度d沙白真係每粒都有肉,冇花冇假都帶dd酒味,不是太濃烈,但起碼知道佢真材實料!響外面食永遠得個名有厚燒牛舌心 $48/串大大串,厚身多肉!不過有少少味道,但因表面有鹽剛好蓋過那味道鹽燒鮮雞皮 $28/串上枱時店員表示雞皮同一般外面的不同,係新鮮雞皮兼且已去油,所以食落一啲都唔油!的確食落一d都唔油立立,非常乾爽,脆卜卜又唔油膩,好獨特既方法值得推介香燒自家浸制醉香雞翼 $36一般串燒雞翼!味道不過不失啦!醉香雞翼有酒味?似乎要加重味道了!鎮店鹽燒原條鮮魚 - 金魷 $178 (時價)本人本身不太食魚,因為怕有骨!但依條金魷真係令我起埋骨都繼續食,食到冇晒一粒肉為止肉質真係非常滑滑滑,啖啖肉骨係大條粗身,完全唔怕哽骨!另外有個汁酸酸辣辣可以沾,不過意外發現沾鹽會更更更好味!衣條魚真係令我停唔到!極力推介,唔試真係損失依度消費雖然唔平,但勝在每款精又好味!食到最有質素嘅海鮮!皆因今次大部份都係海鮮類所以今次先貴咗啲!埋單加一後$831。物有所值…Read More
