因為係openrice入選之店,所以就同男朋友來朝聖,星期二晚七點半來已接近full哂。先來一條鹽燒石蚌,🐟表面佈滿粗鹽,魚鱗沒有擦走,所以燒完,魚肉仍充滿肉汁,質感細嫩,而且極道鮮美!超班嘅燒魚!磯燒雞泡魚干,基本上係必點之佐酒小食,魚干燒得十分香口但又不會太乾和太’銀’,燒汁入味不需要沾沙律醬, 調味已經足夠好吃。手打鮮墨魚棒中間穿了香茅,鮮墨魚滑有粟米口感十足,而且香茅入味,創新得來好好吃!鹽燒先雞皮有別於其他食店的燒雞皮,完全沒有多餘油脂,每塊都超香脆可口, 問店員才知道原來是老闆會印走所有油,才串起雞皮去燒,十分認真!令雞皮原本的味道完全呈現出來!燒雞中翼調味和雞皮一樣,不過肉汁就多好多而且燒得剛剛好!香燒脆皮豆腐,有燒乾腐皮的口感,一層層日本油揚豆腐質感,雖然烤乾但味道十足!芝士焗雙花,芝士極多極多,濃郁奶香,不過我喜歡西蘭花多個椰菜花🥦!必選蔬菜類難得有間燒烤店每一道餸都用心新製作,而且美味可口!店員服務態度一百分💯,一定要再返來!…Read More

上個禮拜放工想食串燒,筲箕灣呢間餐廳已經聽咗好耐今晚決定試一試啦!早有聽聞呢間餐廳嘅老闆非常有善心,唔知食物質素會唔會又係非常高呢?點完嘢食之後,望一望餐廳嘅裝修就會發現充滿日本風,真係有去咗日本居酒屋嘅感覺啊!🤤👍🏽第一點上嘅菜係三點植物性漬物盛,顧名思義係三碟小菜,三碟都同樣開胃!其中一碟係生魷魚再配柚子味嘅粉末係自家製架!因為本人未試過呢個菜式所以覺得十分新鮮,柚子粉可以中和到魷魚嘅腥味添!另外,中間嗰一碟秋葵加木魚絲,仲有酸酸尾尾嘅汁好惹味呀!🤤之後係巨型貴妃蚌,同平時一樣,桻之燒嘅貴妃蚌都用咗蔥同埋我最愛嘅蒜蓉。咬落唔韌口,真係大大隻啊!呢碟松葉蟹多士我大推啊!每塊多士上面都塗滿左海量嘅蟹膏,蟹膏之上係蟹肉,蟹肉上面仲有蟹子點綴添呀之後嗰碟係另一創意之作,碟上鋪左四塊嘅紫菜,中間係一大舊汁燒飯團,飯團上面有竹籤吉左兩隻大生蠔。食法係用紫菜包着飯團再加生蠔黎食,賣相夠特別,菜式亦好有創意呢串雞皮係必食,連平時唔識雞皮嘅我都忍唔住想食多兩串!我平時唔識雞皮係因為好驚佢嘅口感滑得來又好油膩好似有好多肥膏咁,但係呢串鹽燒雞皮佢炸到所有雞皮都吹到好似薯片咁脆,但食落去好有張力感,真心真係好好味嚟到冇食過呢度嘅雞皮唔好話你黎過啊!跟住係脆皮豆腐,啲木魚多到遮住曬,完全睇唔出佢係乜嘢嘅菜式啊!個豆腐炸到非常之脆食落好爽口。而呢一啲嘅雞翼你可以想像佢係BBQ蜜糖雞翼crossover醉雞翼!識落有燒焦嘅蜜糖味加埋酒味好特別!我第一次食呢個泰國嘅椰菜苗,齋睇菜式名以為椰菜苗係大大個椰菜再切細粒燒成一串。點知原來椰菜苗係一粒粒好迷你版嘅椰菜好搞笑啊🤣燒完好有菜味再加小小苦味,幾特別喎!最後,係大馬有。老闆娘話呢條馬友嘅整發係特登唔起鱗,切開左啲皮之後擠小小嘅檸檬汁,肉質好滑好滑😚愛食魚之人一定唔可以錯過啦!…Read More

今晚收工約了弟弟晚餐,他說因為我生日所以吃精緻一點。他選了位於東大街的桻之燒,小小的一家店卻供應不同燒物和日本酒,尤如置身在日本的居酒屋一樣。牆上有好多酒label,原來這裡的酒都是店家在日本買回來的,尤其是十四代的系列,並沒有正式出口,所以算是獨市。平常不太好清酒的我都蠢蠢欲動要喝一杯,店員就推介了相對易入口的黑繩,香味清新,入口清甜帶點強烈,不過卻很順口/ 喉嚨,不會有灼熱或不適的感覺,改變了我對清酒的偏見。香燒脆皮豆腐不宜即食,剛燒起真的好熱!木魚片煙靭也增加了香味,豆腐薄皮脆,內裡滑溜柔軟,正店員另外推介了今天精選,燒苦瓜,我倆就決定豁出去一試。苦瓜本身其實不算苦又帶點甘香,加上頂層舖了焦糖脆脆的甜甜的,讓苦瓜更易入口,變得好吃。芝士焗雙花即椰菜花和西蘭花,每球大大的,非常新鮮爽脆。芝士汁份量多,混了忌廉,又能拉絲,味道又香又creamy,和雙花非常夾。牛舌一直都是我的最愛,不論厚薄也喜歡,不過當然厚燒更正!咬下去又香又爽口,中間部份比較軟身,牛味又重,是最高的享受這汁燒鮮蠔燒飯團感覺創新,要自己拆下來再分配都紫菜上。最好的就是一上菜就吃,紫菜才不會軟。蠔和飯團都燒的非常入味,尤其蠔的味道鮮甜,燒汁味道也濃郁,咬下爽脆的紫菜就感受到甜味,又是水準之作。老實說我未試過這樣吃牛骨髓,平常吃都是白色的,但這是啡紅色的,上面配搭的醬有鹹香味,已相當濃郁;而骨髓部分的味道更重,帶點肝臟的味道,感覺豪華,放在多士上吃就如吃鵝肝一樣。燒雞皮像炸的,非常香口,整個都是脆的沒咬到肥膏,好邪惡啊!但雞皮在居酒屋是必食的小食!大大隻雞翼上菜時已經聞到淡淡的酒香,味道既香且甜,外皮又脆,肉質又嫩又多汁,好想吃多兩隻香燒雞皮蝦膠卷也是一項創意料理,用煎得香脆的雞皮包著爽口彈牙的蝦膠,雞油滲進蝦膠中味道更香和甜,口感層次更為豐富不知不覺吃了好多東西,每款都好精緻,又好看又好吃,…Read More

連場暴雨加Blue Monday,不食點好西都對不起自己。今次來到處處美食的東大街,走進此燒物店進食。雖然雨下得很大,但小店都幾乎坐滿食客。看著牆上的餐牌,真的食指大動😋愛山純米吟釀雖然空肚喝酒有點不好,但忍不住先來一口!wow,好香醇!香氣很温和,很容易入口。既然酒已準備好,就來吃佐酒物吧。三點漬物盛 ($88)先來點漬物開胃,分別有醃過的牛蒡,三文魚的鼻,還有凍食秋葵。牛蒡和酸meimei的秋葵夠曬爽口,而三文魚鼻都是第一次吃,原來是很膠質感覺,有用酸姜辟走腥味,嚼著嚼著又幾過癮,配酒吃就更一流啦。法式鮮蟹肉虎蝦烤多士 ($78)單是賣相已經夠奪目,底部的多士很脆口,面頭的千島沙律醬混和蟹肉,再加上彈牙虎蝦肉,creamy又甜,又有咬口,完全是味覺享受!香燒脆皮豆腐 ($32)真的做到外脆內軟滑,連木魚絲一同品嚐,挺有日本風味呢。鹽燒鮮雞皮 ($28)平時很怕雞皮肥膩,但經燒烤過之後又幾爽口,去除了油膩感,最適合當下酒物。招牌汁燒鮮蠔飯糰 ($68)招牌果然是招牌!今餐最滿意的美食,廣島蠔很鮮嫩,入口融化,而不鬆散的飯糰外層微微焦的味道,連帶香脆的紫菜,實在太滋味啦!香燒手打燒墨魚 ($68)墨魚肉雪白,熱辣辣的,肉質打得相當均勻,充滿彈性,燒烤過的金黃色邊邊增加惹味口感,很想再來一碟。香燒新鮮農場頂鴿 ($98)沒想到日式小店也有中華料理,而且弄得如此入味,以自家醬汁調製鴿汁浸過夜,再經烤爐燒烤,造出脆皮嫩肉又多汁,相信的確花了不少心思,吃得我津津有味,不想停口!至於旁邊混合了芝麻醬的沙律菜夠爽口,都被吃光了。我的味蕾失守了,食物都超出想像的好吃,而且看得出製作相當用心,更令我欣賞的是,店員都會留意到客人需要,適時添茶換碟😆,難怪有眾多捧場客呢!只可惜串燒吃得不夠喉,希望有時間再來回味一番。********************餐牌參考如下:…Read More
