To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原本想去陽明山莊出發行野豬徑,睇吓石礦場左原路落返去,怎料到我未行已經見到一家大細野豬封住上山的入口。令到我哋要行第二條斜路,但結果失敗。經過引水道,不同的瞭望塔及機槍堡後,就完成旅途。大約放工時間,預計會塞車,二人於是去了附近黃泥涌市政大廈的銖記打冷。二人叫了三餸一翅,埋單$361,不過不失。1、燉雞翅:有一雞兩塊翅一雞腳,湯不會太鹹少油膩。但溫度不熱較遜色!2、蛋白瑤柱炒苦瓜:意外地好吃,蛋白份量很多,加上苦瓜不會太傅而且爽口,值得一試。唯不發現瑤柱存在3、薑蔥牛肉煲:不會太鹹薑蔥及牛肉份量平均,牛肉頗大塊,有口感亦有肉味,也值得一品。4、風沙雞(半隻):製作需時,但不算太熱,皮脆肉軟,不會太鹹或太油膩,肉嘅份量適中,雞肉不會太瘦或太多骨。另加兩碗白飯,2人埋單$361 ,在那邊一帶,食肆不多,而這間餐廳不算太多人亦不會太嘈雜,人流不算多,故此如在那邊聚會的話,到這裏熟食中心也是不錯的選擇。…Read More

是日跟家人到跑馬地銖記, 補祝媽咪生日♥記得家姐前陣子對味精過敏, 吃罷銖記後覺得其味精過重所以我地一家人已經有一段好長時間冇幫襯了 .由於家姐預先已訂好檯,所以都唔需要等位就被安排入座 須然話坐落於冷氣開放的市政大廈, 但係冷氣真係唔夠強食食吓會覺得有點熱 ....唔好理咁多, 食飯至上 $68的原盅雞燉翅(一位)價錢咁抵, 當然唔好要求咁高 ~平心而論, 雞湯味算濃郁, 魚翅量亦唔少 .餐牌內仲有其他高價位魚翅, 但個人覺得$68的已經好okok !!!$38(隻)蒜蓉蟶子王蟶子王大大隻, 肉質爽, 但沒有太大驚喜 .王子豆腐 (??)menu上寫住<不可不試>之作又真係幾有驚喜喎 炸過嘅豆腐配上特製醬料 (個味好似有咸蛋黃?!)唔會太膩但味道幾濃,  i m loving it ~招牌風沙雞勁多嘅炸蒜覆蓋住半隻雞, 雞肉鮮嫩而且蒜味濃烈, 送飯一流 ~全晚最中伏嘅$98怪味一支梅(??)其實即係燒汁豬肋骨肉 .我同屋企人一致認為唔好味 ><可能唔合口味啦, 總覺得個燒汁味好怪 ...無可否認, 銖記比起一般大排檔食物種類較多服務不錯但價錢偏高, 而且味精真係落得幾重手 !!!希望將來再幫襯時, 味精情況可以有所改善 …Read More

這晚,和幾位好友一起出席在馬場舉行的西班牙美酒佳餚節,這晚我們七點多入場,到了大會宣告將快閉幕時,我們還未捨得走,最終我們過了關門時間才捨得離開.離開時候,我們己醉醉了,但仍在知道自己仍很肚餓,朋友便介紹跑馬地街市樓上的-銖記.這晚雖然醉醉,但仍可以由馬場步行到跑馬地街市,現在回想起,也覺得我們很強.當我們到了街市搭著電梯到了二樓,一開門便有幾位職員問先生小姐幾位呀? 他們來自不同餐廳的職員,感覺就到了一個新樓盤,不少地產sales來向我們招手.今晚就算幾多間食市的職員向我們招手也好,我們已有了心水,也不會因為他們過份熱情來轉軚. 今晚,我們一行四人就來了跑馬地-銖記這時,我們四人也醉醉了,但我們仍可以order銖記的招牌菜,如1)蒜蓉粉絲蒸聖子今晚,我們揀選了蒜蓉粉絲蒸聖子. 先講講這一個蒜蓉粉絲,香濃的蒜蓉加上浸濕了蒜蓉汁的粉絲,是最"正"的蒜蓉粉絲蒸聖子食法,味道真的不錯,可惜口感便遜色了點,時間似乎過了一丁點時間,早點收火相信一定完美.2) 清湯牛腩清湯牛腩的清湯,尚算清甜可口,可惜牛腩也是"韌"了一丁點,如果牛腩不"韌"而且又再厚一點,相信也是不錯.3) 風沙雞今晚揀選了不同"蒜"的食法,一碟是蒸"蒜",一碟是炒"蒜".雖然大家都是"蒜",但煮法及食法便完全不同了.炒"蒜"味道很香脆,炸"蒜"灑在雞上和雞皮一起吃上,十分惹味,特別是雞皮也是脆脆的,不過雞肉的口感,也是遜色了點.4)香辣通菜.香辣通菜也真是辣辣的,但味道也同樣惹味.今晚首次來到銖記,每一碟也是很香口,味道也濃濃的,可惜大部份的美食在烹調時間也是過了一丁點時間,自然也失去口感,如果各款美食也可以早一丁點收火,相信整件事也完全不同了.…Read More
