近排興起優質美食平民化,從前需在高級料理店才吃到的上乘和牛壽喜燒或涮涮鍋,現在以專門店形式可吃到,一人一鍋,價錢每位百幾至二百幾元,視乎點多少及什麼級別的牛肉或豬肉,套餐包括牛或豬肉、鍋底、飯或烏冬、蔬菜拼盤及甜點;六款湯底選擇,傳統創意皆有。我講的是坐落銅鑼灣希雲街的「狸小路北海道涮涮鍋、壽喜燒、和牛專門店」,嚴選食材,只用北海道十勝黑牛或十勝米豚及日本米 。小小店子,簡約風格,我們選擇坐吧枱。每個位皆有電鍋爐,放置了自家製壽喜燒汁及昆布汁,自己嘢食自己煮,客人自由調節進度。QR code 點菜,黑牛或米豚的不同部位,肥瘦之別;份量可選130或190克。然後挑湯底,壽喜燒或北海道風味涮涮鍋,傳統的昆布柴魚湯、近日流行的3.6牛乳湯及湯咖喱、或是特製的牡蠣高湯或海膽高湯;我們二人兩鍋,分甘同味!頂級西冷A5 190克 $248壽喜燒白飯甜味恰到好處,牛肉豐腴,入口即化,蘸雞蛋吃,味道昇華,個人認為配黏黏地的日本米白飯超正。頂級西冷A5 190克 $248北海道特選3.6牛乳湯烏冬幼滑清甜湯頭,令和牛口感更滑,與壽喜燒風味不同,煮烏冬及蔬菜非常合拍。追加:霜降 A4+ 50克 $55紋理不一樣,油花分佈更平均,灼熟了之後口感豐腴,分別不大。豚肩 50克 $35吃過牛肉之後,豚肉明顯更帶嚼勁,鬆軟肉味香,好吃。蔬菜拼盤多元化,新鮮足已。甜點 - 綠茶蛋糕細細件剛好,甜度適中,軟熟味美。尚有飲品可追加,現在即時追蹤社交平台有飲品送。全日不收加一。…Read More
