好耐都冇食個打冷啦, 今日趁人多, 朋友帶咗我地去灣仔打冷。餐廳係傳統茶記格局, 價錢算大眾化, 我地有成六個人, 所以叫咗好多嘢食。先黎潮式烏頭, 係凍食嘅一道菜, 魚食落鮮甜, 配埋酸汁食一流。 之後係鹵水拼盤, 眼見都起碼有六七樣嘢, 墨魚, 紅腸, 大腸, 鵝片等等, 老板仲教我地點少少辣汁食會更加野味, 一個字正!由於在坐好多人鍾意食鵝片, 所以我地另外亦叫左一碟剩鵝片, 啖啖肉之餘, 鹵水醃得啱啱好, 唔會話太鹹果隻, 唔夠幾分鐘就俾我地班食貨KO左。再黎有牛腩同韭菜豬紅, 兩樣嘢都係大大份, 啱哂幾個人分, 牛腩食落口感同味道都very good, 屬水準之作。 韭菜豬紅同樣出色, 難得韭菜唔老, 所以我地中間再加多左碟剩韭菜開心share。至於送啤酒嘅小食, 當然唔少得椒鹽魷魚啦, 今次叫左個椒鹽魷魚同九肚魚雙拼, 同樣大大份, 兩樣嘢都炸到金黃甘香。食到依度, 其實都飽左大半, 不過冇飯同冇麵不歡嘅朋友, 亦自動波咁叫左個揚洲炒飯同星洲炒河, 兩碟小炒都鑊氣十足, 不過可能真係叫得太多嘢, 所以最後都食唔曬, 個個都捧住個肚走人, 所以下次再嚟要再節制下啦。…Read More
