呢間由韓國傳入既甜品店,係K11 MUSEA 開左一間鐵板燒。見時間尚早冇咩人排隊,就入去試下。入去時店員同我哋講限時90分鐘用餐時間。佢係open kitchen,如果你坐bar格枱叫鐵板燒的話,可以見到師傅即席表演。每張枱都有消毒酒精搓手液同埋濕紙巾,都幾細心。我叫咗個韓式燒汁三文魚扒,朋友就叫咗個韓式燒豬肋骨定食。🐟 韓式燒汁三文魚扒($228)呢個係單點項目,三文魚皮好香脆,配上甜甜地嘅燒汁,好惹味,又唔會覺得太濃味,食完唔會好口渴。三文魚尚算滑身,唔會太鞋口,應該係因為油脂都比較豐富。底下烤過嘅洋蔥,但比較油膩,而且冇調味,不過因為洋蔥係熟嘅,所以都比較甜。單點項目其實價錢都比較偏貴。🥩 韓式燒豬肋骨定食($208)定食包左漬物、柚子汁沙律、麵豉湯配蒸蛋、韓式辣炒海鮮、燒豬肋骨、泡菜炒飯,每樣細細碟,正常食量就岩岩好。漬物:喬頭、牛蒡、黃瓜,酸酸地幾開胃柚子汁沙律:幾清新麵豉湯配蒸蛋:蒸蛋放喺湯入面,蒸蛋都幾滑,麵豉湯就係一般嘅麵豉湯,幾好味。燒豬肋骨:又喺下面墊洋蔥,份量較少,得三條,但調味比較輕身,有焦香,但係比較乾,唔算多肉汁。韓式辣炒海鮮:有 虎蝦、鮑魚、魷魚圈虎蝦應該係急凍既,但都有甜味,只係唔夠彈牙鮑魚需要少少牙力魷魚圈微辣,好味泡菜炒飯:比較濕,飯偏淋,泡菜偏酸。成個套餐整體味道不錯,唔係平時一般重口味韓食,感覺較健康。…Read More
