近年素食風氣大為盛行,新派素食餐廳愈開愈精彩,最近在尖沙咀新開了新派韓式素食料理「土生花」,傳承韓國「寺剎飲食」哲學,提倡以天然、有機及植物性食材製作傳統韓式素菜。餐廳面積廣闊寬敞,超高樓底充滿空間感,以現代韓式園林風格設計,環境寧靜,簡約淡雅的原木系裝潢,格調和諧,散發濃濃禪意。如此清幽的環境也可淨化身心靈,讓繁忙都市人的心情慢慢平靜下來,素心素口品嘗精緻韓式素食。另一邊橢圓形酒吧的裝潢相對流麗,還可遠眺醉人維港景致。店內引進午間柔和的陽光,帶來溫暖樸實的氛圍。土生花由韓籍行政總廚具辰光先生主理,師承韓國當地一位頂尖佛學法師,曾於寺廟內跟隨法師學藝長達六年,菜式設計亦遵循傳統韓國寺剎飲食的文化,棄用肉類或五辛調味料,以突顯天然風味為大前提。精緻健怡的午市套餐 $218備有一款主菜丶精選湯品丶時令沙律及甜點,$258 就可選擇配多一款精選豆腐或菇菌菜式,$288則可選同時配備精選豆腐及菇菌菜式。每日精選養生湯及時令蔬菜沙律午餐先由養生湯及沙律揭開序幕,喚醒沉睡的味蕾。蘑菇湯喝起來濃濃滑滑的,菌香滿溢,散發濃郁菇菌味。另一項前菜則是以剔透的餃皮包著原隻香菇,菌肉尤其鮮嫩。雜錦菇菌凍批賣相不禁讓人想起法國菜中的凍批 Terrine,化身成餐桌上的藝術佳餚,不過這款則是全素版,輕盈無無負擔。冷凍成啫喱狀的湯汁吃起來QQ富彈性,將菇菌食材味道濃縮,天然冰涼又清爽。照燒杏鮑菇擺盤就如同fine dining 般優雅精緻,菇身圓潤飽滿,特別有嚼勁。將肥厚的杏鮑菇點上經過五至十年發酵釀製而成的韓式醬油,更添滋味。之後就到二選一的豆腐菜式,部分素食以室溫上菜,強調吃富有生命力的天然食材,才可將有益的養分全部吃進體內。韓式凍豆腐配自家製泡菜比起市面上常見的韓國泡菜,這款顏色較翠綠,味道亦不會像平時那些般濃重,更能配搭清淡柔嫩的豆腐。蒸煮香滑豆腐配大醬炆雜菜軟嫩的豆腐入口即化,大醬味道鹹香濃郁,展現韓式家常料理的風味。二選一的主食除了滿足口腹之慾,保証吃素也可吃得超飽足。韓式炒粉絲韓國粉絲是由紅薯製成,比中式粉絲較為粗身,口感更富Q彈韌度。調味控制得宜,不會過油或過鹹,粉絲全然吸收了香甜的韓風醬油。五色蔬菜伴飯拌飯配上一碗大醬湯,湯頭濃稠,入口風味鹹鮮,伴隨一抹豆香。拌飯賣相色彩繽紛,材料豐富,輕盈口味,加入多款爽脆蔬菜帶來多元口感。一頓豐盛的素食午餐不忘以甜品作結,帶來滿滿幸福感。甜薯蛋糕口感濕潤綿密,而且甜度較低,吃完也不覺膩。洛神花茶茶色清澈,味道酸甜,清新又解膩。…Read More

是土也是花🌸美極了的素菜店見到K11 開了新店,而且是韓國素食店,當然要試試,為防無位,特地早一星期預約book枱,還特意叫侍應留窗口位給我,很喜歡有陽光的地方。土生花位於7樓,坐𨋢就可以直到,在夜上海旁。看到店的門面,已經感受到大自然的環境。全店以淡淡灰色和啡色色調為主,傢俱揉合了韓國的木建築的風格,我尤期喜歡其椅子和怖滿花花的水泥牆,大家一定要欣賞,真的很美。非常欣賞設計這店的設計師,很多細微位也做到一絲不苟。我們叫了2份三道菜的午餐,每份午餐也有湯、前菜與沙律🥗。❤️前菜-是西蘭花與椰菜花🥦配上帶微酸辣的醬汁,沙律是普通的芝麻醬。❤️餐湯是甘荀蕃茜湯-甘荀加入蕃茜,味道清新。三道菜分別有菇菌、豆腐和主食 ❤️雜錦菇菌凍批 - 用了不同的菇菌製作,配上芝麻醬和自家醬汁,個人喜歡帶有微辣的自家醬汁。😍照燒杏鮑菇- 以自家多年調配的醬油烹製,味道香濃,菇的口感也很爽。❤️韓式凍豆腐配自家製泡菜- 以自家製泡菜上豆味濃郁的豆漿,味道鮮味清新,旁邊伴了羽衣甘藍🥬。❤️韓式粉絲雜菜腐皮福袋- 餐廳的signature ,一定要試試,非常juicy !😌 韓式炒粉絲- 老公最喜歡的菜式。看似簡單的一道菜,但也俘虜了我老公的心, 爽口粉絲配上少許蔬菜和醬汁,味道剛剛好。😍五色蔬菜拌飯- 今餐最喜歡的菜式,有五種蔬菜🥬,分別有紫菜片、茄子、波菜、青瓜和蘿蔔,米選用了韓國的黃米,加上少許韓國辣醬,非常好味。❤️甜品和花茶🌸 -甘荀蛋糕配上清新的松針茶(茶帶有一點點玄米茶)一點也不覺得膩。最後,埋單約680/2人,絕對值得去,因為在這裡享受午餐,你會很relax ..好像去了一個忘憂的地方,另外服務也很好,店員非常親切。期待下次再去。另外那裏設有2個房間,可以坐8-10人,minimum charge 是$3000,其中一間近窗口,又係靚到暈了🌸😍!…Read More

是日嚟到K11,見有間新開韓式餐廳,就同朋友嚟試吓啦。冇訂枱Walk in 㗎咋,好彩都有位。一開始淨係知佢係有少少高級嘅韓式餐廳,都唔知原來佢係一間全素食餐廳,仲要係韓式寺廟素食,夠晒特別!👍🏻我哋分別叫咗兩個course同三個course嘅Set lunch,每樣都試吓,除咗豆腐淨係試左一款餐廳環境整體好舒服,又特別,色調以木色為主,天花板係一個玻璃管造型嘅屋頂,好靚。成個環境令人食飯嘅時候心情都可以靜落嚟。點完餐先來三個前菜,有雜菌養生湯,醃菜飯團同雜菜沙律。雜菌養生湯味道好清淡,同平時飲開嘅雜菌湯好唔同,好飲嘅。飯團我哋真心唔識欣賞,我同朋友都覺得麻麻地。沙律係沙律囉,dressing係大醬汁,菜唔夠新鮮。開始有啲失望嘅時候,驚喜開始嚟喇,先有雜錦菇菌凍批,係用上湯茄雜菌雪成凍批,旁邊配有香草醬,韓式辣醬,同芝麻現象,點唔同嘅醬汁就會有唔同嘅風味,清清地好好食😋跟住呢個照燒杏鮑菇一樣冇令人失望,佢話係用咗唔知幾多年嘅醬油烹煮呢個杏鮑菇,味道啱啱好,醬油啱啱好覆蓋住過杏鮑菇,又唔會搶咗杏鮑菇嘅味道,好味。之後係呢個韓式凍豆腐配自家製泡菜,自家製嘅水泡菜包住韓式凍豆腐,加上黑芝麻同芝麻油,味道清清地得來又好食。最後兩個主菜,先有韓式炒粉絲,係室溫嘅,正常味道,當有拌飯比較既時候,係普通咗啲嘅。成個set lunch我最鍾意呢個5色蔬菜拌飯!有服務員嘅介紹,先知道碗大醬湯原來係用嚟拌飯用嘅,因為佢都好鹹下,冇可能就咁飲。拌飯面有脆口嘅海帶乾,菠菜,茄子,醃蘿蔔同醃青瓜。飯係黃色嘅,我諗佢有調過味?總之將所有嘢撈埋一齊食,好好食,好有驚喜!最後甜品係芋頭片芋頭忌廉小蛋糕配花茶,冇期待過嘅蛋糕竟然好好食,係真好食。花茶清清地都好好飲。佢配上好靚嘅匙羹同叉,靚到上枱嘅時候我嘩咗一聲,不過食起蛋糕上嚟一啲都唔實用😂你哋自己去試吓就知道。一間係香港算係獨一無二嘅韓式寺廟素食餐廳,好特別嘅體驗,好值得一試。大部份嘅食物味道都係好清好淡,又一啲都唔油膩嘅素食,有別於平時食開嘅素食餐廳,所以價錢係貴咗一啲,份量又細咗啲啲,但我哋都覺得好值得一試。👍🏻…Read More
