餐廳裝修雅緻,座位之間少少逼。餐牌都有d 新意,都有會引起好奇心未試過嘅菜式。主菜龍井雞好清香嘅味道,茶葉味唔係好濃,味道清淡。有啲人可能覺得唔夠鹹唔夠味,但我自己係鍾意呢種淡淡清香嘅味道嘅。 蔥香脆皮烤鴨 唔係廣東燒鵝嘅味道。而係比較多五香粉嘅香味。個肉幾嫩,皮唔算特別脆,但係整體好香口。伴住碟有一個似XO醬加橄欖醬嘅醬料,同埋大量有鹽味嘅香蔥。無論撈埋烤鴨一齊食,或者就咁攞撈白飯都非常之惹味。份量唔算大,但整體係幾惹味香口好味。湯👌🏼陳皮菜蒲頭老鴨湯 淡淡地老火湯嘅味道,唔算鹹但係夠味,感覺冇味精。❌老鴨湯太鹹啦!飲落係金華火腿加油鴨臘肉嘅味道。蔬菜蛤蜊絲瓜 湯底最好味,係夾雜着絲瓜嘅甜同埋蜆肉嘅鮮,再加d 蝦乾嘅香味,好鮮甜。不過絲瓜反而冇想像中咁甜,冇咩味。至於啲蜆肉更加係煲得好耐冇晒味,唔需要食。油渣菜好油!菜炒得太油膩,食唔到菜嘅香甜味,同埋都食唔到油渣嗰種香味。主食👌🏼雪菜酸湯魚片啱啱送上枱,有啲覺得份量咁少嘅?因為平時食開啲酸菜魚都係好大隻碟,顯得份量好似好多咁嘅樣。湯底方面,係比較直接嘅酸味,但係酸得來又唔會太霸道。唔算太辣,味道頗溫和。加咗少少蒜蓉,喺酸嘅味道度多左少少嘅層次。魚片非常爽口,冇骨,唔似有啲地方會做得太腍好難夾起或者好易爛。整體魚肉比較結實同埋爽口。🤔黑松露牛肉粒炒飯聞起嚟幾香,但食落就唔多覺得有黑松露嘅味道。👌🏼雪菜黃魚麵 同平時食嘅雪菜黃魚麵完全唔同味道。湯底唔係鮮甜白色嘅魚湯味,而係比較濃味嘅醬油味,完全係另一種風味。冬菜鮮肉包麻麻地,有個杰杰地嘅醬喺入邊。甜品👌🏼西湖雷峰塔$28賣相好靚。綠色嘅汁其實就係甜甜嘅奶味。Menu話材料係用鮮山藥,但係食唔到淮山嘅感覺。…Read More
