在大坑嚐過意菜後,晚餐想來得簡單一點。經過糖街,老公已被這間榮記深深吸引住,他說上次路過時是大排長龍,當時已很想試試看看。老公素愛吃粉麵,特別是潮州粉麵、牛腩麵、清湯腩一類的。進店時已接近全場爆滿,這個地段現在可是賓賓的天下,但全場滿眼都是香港人,也不見自由行,由此可見這是很地道的香港麵店,而陳設也就是很港式的樣子。一張張大圓桌,桌面有油鹽醬醋,牆上大大張餐牌,而且一定是要搭枱呷麵的了。一看餐牌,一心想吃牛腩麵的老公發現原來這是車仔麵店。對我來說也不錯,以前逛銅鑼灣,為了省錢省時,偶爾也會吃車仔麵的。這可是很地道的香港美食呢 ! 而且印象中銅鑼灣的車仔麵普遍也不差的。麵食價格也算相宜,所有餸料劃一收費,均均真真。單雙拼$32,三餸麵$37,四餸麵/淨五餸$42。而飲品中最便宜的7元便有交易了,還要是玻璃瓶裝汽水,在銅鑼灣來說也夠便宜的。看到有食評說侍應服務態度欠佳,我光顧非繁忙時段,又或是我對麵店要求不高吧 !個人覺得這兒的阿姐粗中有細,她會機械而熟練地問客人點甚麼,會提示客人可選走腩汁,遇有點幼/油麵的客人她會再問清楚免得搞錯。另外,當鄰座食客離座後,另一侍應竟重新把我們安頓好,還把凳子拉過來給我們放物品,讓我們坐得舒服一點,有點受寵若驚。我倆都不想吃得太撐,於是點了三餸麵。老公的是牛腩、牛筋、墨魚卷河粉($37)。而我的是雞翼尖、豬紅、蘿蔔油麵($37)。湯咸中帶點甜,湯色深沉,很港式車仔麵的風味。以腩汁做膽,牛香頗濃,是湯的靈魂,比起純味精的辣汁更勝一籌。河粉算是滑口,而油麵也爽彈,煮得恰到好處,正常的水準。吃辣的我們,用辣椒醬來蘸麵,就更加滋味了。此店算是誠實不欺,用的麵碗不大,但餸料放得不少,挺飽肚的。因此我倆能分吃對方的餸料,算起來便變了六餸車仔麵了。牛腩牛筋最有水準,媲美牛腩麵店,相信店家一開始便是賣牛腩起家的。炆得入味之餘,肉質稔滑,牛筋軟滑,有入口即化的質感,正!而雞翼尖以鹵水微微醃過,十分滑嫩,怪不得同桌的大都點了這翼尖。蘿蔔異常香甜無渣,有可能是用糖水煮過,不過是一貫車仔麵做法,美味就不用計較了。而豬紅看樣子真的十分吸引,一看就知嫩滑得很,不過放入口非常水感,幾近入口即溶,跟平常吃慣的滑嫩豬紅有點分別,我倆都覺得豬紅口感怪怪的。最欣賞的麵內加入了香甜的西洋菜,要知道西洋菜比一般的菜類矜貴,處理上也較麻煩的。能在銅鑼灣吃到三十多元,質素甚佳的車仔麵,而眼看附近也有不少茶餐廳、粉麵店,令我倆覺得不可思議。以後,到銅鑼灣購物,可考慮多走到這些大街小巷,吃一頓飽足的平民小食呢 !…Read More

我留意到榮記係因為第一次見到佢表哥表嫂係入面食野heeheehee今次我地叫左大雜麵 (豬紅, 豬皮, 蘿蔔, 牛肚, 魚蛋, 牛丸), 三餸麵 (魚腐, 墨魚丸, 大腸) 同雞翼尖所有野食都係全靠"腩汁"好味得黎唔會太鹹味精唔算好重佢個腩汁帶起哂成碗麵d餸就大同小異, 唔差!! (應該係我唔識食, 冇咩要求)…Read More
