中午跟同事一起光顧上海生煎皇, 大概1點10分到達門外, 正當午飯時間, 要排隊, 大概等候10分鐘左右就能入坐.午市套餐共有10款選擇, 要在A與B分類內各選1款, 價錢大概由$5X-$6X不等, 視乎你選擇的組合.我選擇了「四季豆回鍋肉菜飯」併「雞絲粉皮」配汽水($62).食物大概5分鐘就上桌了, 先到的居然是飯, 哈哈, 以為應該是粉皮先到的呢.四季豆回鍋肉菜飯份量也不少, 回鍋肉沒有辣度, 喜歡辣的同學可能要添加豆瓣醬.只是菜飯比較硬, 要扣減一點分數.飯吃到一半, 粉皮就來了.雖然小小的一碟, 但因為有麻醬, 其實也挺飽肚的.配上免費的可樂, 也算是挺滿足的午餐!…Read More

説到吃粵菜的話,我總會先選擇上海菜。無他,上海菜式花款多,總有一款適合你。所以趁著週末和朋人一同前往嘗試最近常聽到的這間正宗生煎包。因為是週末,所以到達時已見有小人龍,所幸人流很快,不用等太久便能進去。主角是生煎包,所以每張枱上也貼著這個溫馨小提示,跟著步驟吃生煎包必定最美味吧只看表面和其他生煎包沒大分別,但吃下感覺完全不同!!熱騰騰的生煎包載著滿滿的湯汁,包底煎得香脆,一口吃下連同嫩滑的豬肉真的令人一試難忘。擔擔麵分量足,微辣的麵在寒冷天氣下令人吃完變得暖洋洋,味道也不錯。小籠包皮薄涵多,而且又是有滿滿的湯汁,多吃幾個也可以雞絲粉皮也不錯吃。唐生菜分量也足夠。上菜速度快,所以我們很快便可以吃完,還外賣了生煎包帶回家呢!…Read More

午後時份,看見店中空位,於是入座。天冷,門口位也很冷。點了數個菜,上菜爽快。招牌的生煎包厚度適中,煎得剛剛好。四川擔擔面辣味香濃,用了粗面比坊間更有特色,可惜花生醬不夠濃,份量較少,一般女生剛好,男生就較難講。雞絲粉皮只有雞絲和粉皮,兩樣都爽口,惟欠缺青瓜,味道層次不足,分量不大,因此放在前菜,分量相比新蒲崗手拉麵小廚約少一半。外婆紅燒肉湯面的紅燒肉我猜是用2:1瘦比肥的黃金比例的五花腩,加上香而入口不會太濃、不油膩的燒汁,完勝大多數餐廳,順帶一提,麵和肉是分開上的。豆漿充滿豆味,略帶豆渣,增添口感,甜味適中,不像維他奶。 總結一下,味道優勝已經難得,加上不錯的的衛生和服務,這家店值得被推薦。…Read More

其實我都幾喜歡吃生煎包、小籠包,可能平時不想吃太飽,小籠包細細粒又有湯汁的確是很好的選擇,隨意找到間食小籠包、生煎包的店,小籠包及生煎包當然是必吃。小籠包一來到即吃都不太燙口,溫度剛好,皮薄適中,整體都不錯。生煎包外觀不討好,味道還可以,油多了點,新鮮煎好有點燙口,底部煎得脆好香口。雞絲粉皮我覺得有點不值,粉皮爽口,雞絲小,加上麻醬味道是好的,不過麻醬又好少會不好吃,雞絲粉皮很多時都會加青瓜等等口感會清新點,但這裡沒有青瓜。回鍋肉粗炒味濃幾惹味,不過回鍋肉少得可憐,多菜,味道不錯。沒有松子的松子魚塊,酸酸甜甜,炸得好脆,沒有雪味,幾好。…Read More

星期五晚上8點在銅鑼灣登龍街覓食,剛好想吃上海菜,就選了正宗上海生煎皇。等了約20分鐘,就有位了。鋪內地方不大,但座無虛席,座位和座位間的通道狹窄,走進沙發位時要小心喔。本來我和友人一心想吃上海炒年糕和外婆紅燒肉菜飯。豈料下單時,店員告訴我們,廚房的爐剛好壞了,全部熱炒和部分菜飯都沒有了,包括我們選的上海炒年糕和外婆紅燒肉菜飯。最後只好點了4個上海生煎包、雞絲粉皮、上海炸排骨菜飯和2杯豆漿。上海生煎包是這店鋪的招牌菜。小小的包子下面煎至金黃色,而上面灑上了黑白芝麻和葱,外觀色彩豐富,好吸引呢!枱上貼有吃生煎包四步曲教學,第一啖心急沒有留意就一口咬下去了,入面的肉餡熱辣辣的,而且肉汁多得快爆出來,吃包子的人要小心喔,建議可看看教學逐步逐步吃。包子肉餡很幼嫩,調味適中,不會過咸或蓋過肉的鮮味,配合香脆的皮,口感甚佳。而且湯汁很多,像小籠包一樣,咬開包子,然後把湯汁喝光光,很juicy呢。雞絲粉皮真的是雞絲和粉皮。可能平常在其他餐廳點雞絲粉皮,多數會有青瓜絲,顯得這裡的雞絲粉皮味道和口感也較單調。不過,味道方面很正常,麻醬是較一般的酸一點點,粉皮挺爽滑,雞絲不嚡口,整體不錯。上海炸排骨菜飯,它的排骨並不是加炸粉用油炸的,而像是炒醃排骨。排骨有少許肥肉,幼嫩淋身,而且醃得入味,表面更加了糖調味,甜甜的味道更豐富了。菜飯飯粒較硬身,菜味不濃,而且切得很小塊,沒有特別。整體而言,位於銅鑼灣的正宗上海生煎皇價錢便宜,食物整體不錯,唯上海生煎包最佳。它更推出了特別口味:咖喱芝士牛肉和墨魚汁麻辣豚肉,本來也想試試,但第一次光顧就先吃原味吧。…Read More

從小到大我對上海食品都非常着迷,無論是酸辣湯,小籠包,生煎包或各式上海粉麵飯類都無一不愛。可是很多時礙於不想到上海館子花費太多所以不會經常吃,但自從質素高而且價廉物美的<正宗上海生煎皇>開業後便變成了我經常開餐的好選擇<正宗上海生煎皇>位於登龍街的分店最近新開業,作為頭號粉絲的我當然要來支持一下啦!相信很多人都知道這店是由一位前香港歌手在上海正宗學師後回港創立。經過多年的努力已經發展到有多間分店,而且更由起初的立食小店變成現在有座位可供顧客好好享受食物的小店子店內沒有花巧的裝修,只是簡單掛了一些食品的照片。當然亦有多位歌手明星來捧場的照片呢其實雖然是小店,但其實食品的選擇也不少。只要在點心紙上剔好心儀的食物後再交給店員便可以安坐等吃先介紹這裏的招牌菜生煎包。生煎包有兩面,一邊是金黃色較乾爽的,令一邊則比較柔潤。這個size的生煎包不可能整個放進口,而且內裏也有熱辣辣的鮮湯汁,所以吃生煎包也有四步曲喔咬開煎得清脆而且厚度適中的表皮後,內裏有香濃的鮮湯汁,把湯汁喝光後嘴巴有點黏黏的感覺,大概是因為有着豬皮的骨膠原吧!內裏的小肉團軟滑得來不失彈牙口感,而且調味適中不會蓋過豬肉的味道。:):)果然是這店的招牌菜,沒有令我失望感覺!非常滿足呢!另外當然要吃蟹粉小籠包!小籠包的外皮十分薄,夾上來的時候真的很怕會穿掉輕輕咬開表皮後內裏的湯汁順勢流出,除了有豬肉的香濃外還有着蟹肉的鮮甜。雖然我已經叫住自己不要把湯汁啜掉,因為要影相給大家看。但是嘴巴還是不聽話,忍不住把湯汁啜光了請原諒這張圖的小籠包沒有湯汁,但依然可以看見除了有小肉團外還有一絲絲的蟹肉,絕對真材實料最後我也點了雞絲粉皮,但居然沒有青瓜絲,令我有一點失望。但幸好其他方面做得不錯。雞絲選用清瘦的部位,不帶一點肥膩,再配上香濃的芝麻醬混著爽滑的粉皮一起吃。味道方面是很好的,可惜由於沒有了青瓜絲所以口感不是最完美。評分要扣掉一粒星喔很高興這間價廉物美的高質上海小店越來越成功,期待你將來有更多的分店,加油喔!…Read More
