To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 菜肉雲吞的肉餡很足，唔會只係食到厚皮。拉麵就無咩特別重點小籠包黎唔，朋友就係為左食小籠包先揀呢間。小籠包有濃郁湯汁，皮不厚，夾起身都唔會好易穿。不過小籠包如果可以獨立分番開4隻就更好，兩隻兩隻痴埋一齊，夾既時候都好驚穿😂相比之下，鍋貼比較失色，不過可能係我地已經放左一陣，令到個摺位皮比較硬。味道夠濃，面身軟。呢個純粹係俾外貌吸引而叫，熱食既時唔錯，好蘇脆。但當凍左先食就有啲油膩。所以呢個要襯熱食。總體黎講，食物味道都中規中矩，都會有下次再食既機會。不過服務方面，可能員工唔夠，叫極都無人應，除左埋單個下🌝…Read More
