早前窩夫與閨蜜一行四人去銅鑼灣的「南海二號」慶生。原來「南海二號」有「你生日,我請客!」的套餐,優惠價每位580元,四人同行,當月生日的一位客人可享免費優惠。開飯前先吃蝦片。打頭陣是川芎天麻燉魚皇,非常足料,有些人很怕這款湯的藥材味,窩夫覺得這裡的味道不難接受。之後是兩個冷盤,陳皮話梅萵筍酸酸甜甜,清新開胃。冰鎮鮑魚的鮑魚夠腍,而且都切開了,方便進食,醬汁惹味得來又不會蓋過鮑魚的鮮味。避風塘斯里蘭卡蟹的辣椒比預期多,對窩夫來說味道偏辣。相對避風塘斯里蘭卡蟹,金榜醬煮大蝦(配饅頭)較合窩夫的口味,金榜醬跟窩夫喜歡的喇沙味道相似,大蝦爽口彈牙,炸饅頭當然要蘸金榜醬來吃,如果能多給一個饅頭就更好。完整的即燒片皮鴨要相機食先。片皮鴨有兩食,第一食是原隻片皮,皮脆肉嫩,不算太油膩。第二食是冶味鴨崧生菜盞,不用自己動手,生菜口感爽脆,中和了炒鴨崧的濃味。龍蝦湯泡貴妃飯十分出色,單是龍蝦湯的金黃色已夠吸引,味道鮮甜,厚度適中,脆米和飯粒加上蝦、菜粒和肉碎等,口感豐富。窩夫只嚐了一口香芒布甸,有很大的進步空間呢。…Read More

有朋友仔約食飯,所以諗住出街食。因為疫情關係,近來少左同一班朋友一齊衆會,襯住今次機會,一於去個環境好啲,有情調嘅地方。之前有朋友提起過南海一號個環境同食物都好正,大家都住港島區,所以最後我地揀左南海二號。睇返南海一號嘅資料,上到去二號,已經好感受到佢係跟返鄭和下西洋嘅路線去設計餐廳裝修同菜式。今次去南海二號,真係令我大開眼界,除左餐廳設計上用左船嘅甲板設計,有一個夜空走廊真係整得好靚。今次坐左去餐廳另一邊,一邊品嚐美食,一邊睇到晒成個維港景色!講返美食先,其實所有嘅頭盤都好精緻好好味。不過我最鍾意嘅係陳皮話梅萵筍。真係第一次試呢個味道,凍嘅萵筍,又爽又脆,加上少少話梅嘅酸甜同香味,真係好開胃。另一個我都好鍾意嘅頭盤菜式係冰鎮鮑魚。本來都對鮑魚冇咩大期望,通常屋企火鍋鮑魚都硬身。不過一夾,原來鮑魚已經預先切開,一入口,好嫩滑!淋喺上面嘅醬汁帶少少甜、少少辣,好帶到鮑魚嘅鮮味。仲有個川味牛筋凍,啫喱口感一入口即溶。第一啖係少少麻辣嘅香味,之後肉汁嘅香味即刻喺口入面散開; 清香有餘韻。今次其中一個主菜係金榜醬煮大蝦。一上枱已經聞到陣陣椰香同少少咸香!隻蝦真係大概有6吋長,仲有一個炸饅頭。呢個湯真係非常鮮味,啖啖都足料,應該落左好多瑤柱同金華火腿蓉,用嚟點饅頭真係一流!講返隻大蝦,熟得剛剛好,入口爽滑。而且大廚已經開左一半,淨係用刀叉都已經可以食到蝦身嘅肉,感謝廚師嘅細心。雖然偏向重味少少,不過我都舔晒啲醬汁。茴香牛肩胛上枱已經聞到好香嘅香料味。一咬落去,好鬆軟! 有時候會好怕出面街食到一大舊好硬好硬嘅牛。不過今次呢道菜真係好好味!除左鬆軟,完全食到牛嘅肉汁同脂肪味。茴香味剛剛好,唔會蓋住牛肩嘅肉香同脂香!搞到我都忍唔住食多左一兩件。未上呢道招牌茶燻雞,其實已經聞到茶香。個雞皮爽滑甜身帶茶香,我諗鍾意食清淡同濃味嘢嘅朋友都會好鍾意呢道菜,滑滑嘅雞又有濃濃嘅茶香。最後有一個龍蝦湯泡貴妃飯。呢個飯一定要襯熱食,香濃龍蝦味,金黃厚身嘅湯,回味無窮。之後就食到炒米香,軟硬度適中嘅飯粒,米又有蔬菜粒嘅爽脆,真係估唔到湯飯都可以咁有層次感!…Read More
