繼年初嘅蛇宴,一拖再拖嘅死佬飯局卒之搞得成,晌大家咁百忙之中都夾到一日,真喺難能可貴,今次仲要「夫添」齊晒16件死佬,一個都不能少呀,真多謝各位大佬俾面出席。以往年中嘅飯局都會搞入三聖食海鮮,不過,連續3年入咗3次大家都有啲悶,今回就回歸市區,搵間酒樓包個房,等我哋點嘈都得,有死佬建議嚟「海港」,因為有抵食嘅阿拉斯加長腳蟹。雖然成日話市道唔好,飲食席生意難做,但今晚(周五)嚟到,成個大廳座無虛席,門口亦有少量人等位。由電話聯絡問訂房詳情、最低消費、全包宴資料……等等,都遇到好多問題,佢哋啲回覆次次唔同,對外發放嘅資訊都幾亂。最後,就喺揀咗一個「賀壽全包宴」$3,880(星期一至五),算喺包房嘅基本入場費。包茶芥加一,我哋多4位,都無額外收,另送紅酒一支加汽水6罐,額外叫嘅汽水,就收番大堂價$10罐。不過,一圍菜絕對唔夠我哋16個麻甩佬食,所以,另外加菜,而入房嘅所有小菜、炒粉飯麵都要另加$20一碟,額外嘅食物亦會收番加一。影埋個主餐牌及精選餐牌俾大家參考,人少嚟食啲精選套餐都唔錯。所包嘅房唔喺好大,緊緊好擺到張加大嘅16人枱,多一個都已經攝唔到。人齊開席,飲杯。喜慶金豬滿華堂先嚟道全體乳豬過吓口癮,隻乳豬燒得唔差喎,層皮脆卜卜,皮下脂肪又少。眨吓眼,好似蝗蟲經過稻田,成碟乳豬就被我哋處決咗。阿拉斯加長腳蟹 $1,720長腳蟹喺額外點嘅海鮮,晌主餐牌佢標$360 / 斤,依家做緊特價$188 / 斤,就算入房都喺俾番依個價。建議食法,可以揀日式凍食或花彫蛋白蒸。我哋16個人,就揀咗兩隻,咁就至少每人有一隻蟹腳食。9斤幾蟹確喺好有睇頭,不過,收千七蚊真喺唔平。啲蟹腳唔難拆,剪兩嘢就搞掂,原條蟹肉就拆咗出嚟,味道果然好鮮甜,質感爽,大家都食得津津樂道;其中一隻蟹就爆晒膏,另一隻就無乜料到,而蟹膏就搵啲蛋白配嚟食,感覺就更鮮味,但蛋白就唔喺好覺有花彫味。上湯焗生猛龍蝦(3斤)煎米粉底食完蟹,再嚟就喺龍蝦,雖然話得3斤,但載到成碟滿晒,絕對夠一人一件。而啲龍蝦都做得有水準,蝦肉好爽彈,上湯焗,添份香味。大多數配伊麵底,煎米粉底都喺第一次,米粉煎成好似兩面黃咁,不過,未夠脆,同埋做薄啲覺得會更好。黑松露鴛鴦蝦球全包宴中,可自選熱葷兩款,共有8款選擇,揀咗兩款睇落貴價少少嘅:蝦球同蟹鉗。所謂鴛鴦蝦球,就喺黑松露醬炒同粉漿炸,再配西芹。兩者都各有特色,前者爽口中又帶黑松露香,後者多一層脆卜卜炸皮。胡麻水耕菜伴炸釀蟹鉗另一道熱葷釀蟹鉗,因為我哋成16個死佬,就自然要加多4隻,散叫價每隻要$38,基本上唔需要預早訂,到時即場落單都可以。啲蟹鉗大隻又炸得幾靚仔,金黃唔油,圈咗啲麵粉絲,更香脆,入口又爽鮮,大啖大啖蝦膠連蟹肉,認真爽。至於啲水耕菜,死佬即喺死佬,喺唔理會健康嘅事,所以,無乜人吼。淮杞花膠炖海螺小弟喺「無翅之徒」,就梗喺棄翅揀燉湯啦,估唔到個燉湯幾足份量,夠我哋16人一人一碗,而且,撈起嘅湯渣份量十足,所以,個湯飲落真喺十分清潤、好甜。原條遼參扣鵝掌遼參炆得好軟腍,咬落有啲啜口感,而鵝掌扣得好腍滑、好香濃,入晒味;唯一問題喺啲白菜仔嫩就嫩,但有啲苦味,唔算犀利,都仲入到口嘅,哈哈!清蒸沙巴龍躉斑睇樣都應該有3斤重,啲魚越大條就越難蒸,怕外面熟裡面唔熟。難得條沙巴龍躉斑蒸得唔錯,因為中間肚位夠熟,又無話蒸過籠變嚡,啲肉質的確幾嫩滑,蒸得恰到好處,沾少少豉油配點蔥,魚嘅鮮味盡出。海港一品醬燒雞去到食雞就知接近尾聲,醬燒雞其實跟平常酒席見嘅炸子雞差唔多,老套啲講,皮脆肉滑,夾嚿打橫望望,真喺無乜脂肪,啲肉堅喺嫩滑,味道上雖無驚喜,但手功紮實。幸福長壽伊麵叫得賀壽宴,長壽伊麵就成為指定嘅單尾,之前嘅菜式都好夠份量,反而個伊麵相對少,如果平均分,相信每人只有少半碗。質素平平穩穩,至少食落唔會覺得好油。櫻花蝦海鮮炒飯 $108就喺因為個菜單只包一道伊麵,小弟真喺怕唔夠班大佬飽肚,所以,再額外叫兩份炒飯。原價喺$88碟,但入房就加多$20。個炒飯無欺場喎,雖然海鮮唔喺用咩貴價料,但勝在多,櫻花蝦亦不少,飯底炒得乾爽分明,好食。賀壽大蟠桃同蟹鉗一樣,跟人頭數要額外多4個,都抵加,因為俾返堂食價$10隻我哋。每個都做得維妙維肖,夠晒大個,有成個拳頭大。大家食落先知有兩款餡,一款喺預期嘅蓮蓉,另一款原來喺奶黃,小弟抽中奶黃,雖然唔喺流沙嗰隻,但啲奶黃都好香好綿,好有蛋香,再者,包身軟熟唔黏牙,亦喺出色之處。雖然無話專登嚟賀壽,但祝各位大佬身壯力健,我哋啲死佬飯局年年有今日。紅豆沙個壽宴就無包糖水,但本身晌度食晚飯就有糖水送,向位阿姐問兩句,轉頭就幫我哋拎到糖水嚟。就算無得揀只喺得紅豆沙,眼前嘅紅豆沙又腍又清甜,加上唔使錢,絕對收貨啦。合時生果唔多講,睇相就知當日生果喺鮮橙,今晚食咁多肉,好好食多幾件生果幫助腸道消化。整體,海港做菜嘅質素唔差,又有供應好多中平價套餐,喺入房焗食貴嘅套餐及設最低消費先貴一大截。另外,啲宴席碟頭都幾夠份量,服務方面ok啦,其實視乎遇到邊位阿姐,主力服務我哋個房嘅阿姐就幾好傾,有講有笑,但另一個間唔時出現幫手嘅阿姐就經常黑面。…Read More

是日家庭聚餐選了位於太子始創中心的海港。平日甚少到太子逛,尤其在夏天!怕的是擁擠的人羣和不通風的街道。這次選了這裡,為的是方便家人以及它的海鮮!它的假日海鮮大匯,種類多、價錢也很便宜。主角:阿拉斯加長腳蟹這阿拉斯加長腳蟹的長相和北海道長腳蟹十足一樣,不知道是不是同一個種?這次叫了一隻六斤重的,選擇清蒸,這樣才能享受蟹的清甜鮮味。肉質非常滑嫩,無論蟹肉的texture或蟹殻的質感,和北海道長腳蟹都沒有差別,啖啖肉,入口清甜,非常享受!只是鮮味卻略遜北海道的,但也真的不錯。假日一斤才 HK$160,確是實惠之選。 果皮蒸大連鮑魚一上碟就被各人一掃而空,來不及拍照。不過,味道一般,果皮味太濃,蓋過鮑魚的鮮味之餘,入口也略帶苦味。不喜!脆皮乳豬例牌一碟,不過不失,乳豬還蠻鬆化。瘦肉響螺老黃瓜湯用料十足,響螺味道突出,可惜味精也不缺。甜品蓮蓉壽包蓮蓉還可以,可是包發的不夠,吃起來硬硼硼的,完全欠缺柔軟的口感,不喜。 總括而言,海港的海鮮抵食(最好叫清蒸),其他則菜普普通通。如果只想吃一頓普通的晚飯,同區有更好的選擇。…Read More
