呢日同呀媽提早食聖誕大餐🎅🏻,之前扮文青嚟過美孚饒宗頤文化館影相,知道入面有間西餐廳唔錯,因為我食過afternoon tea。我揀嚟呢到食聖誕餐,係貪佢環境靜靜地,causal得嚟又好氣氛,唔使喺商場入面咁焗促。食之前,我仲可以同呀媽喺館內周圍行下,睇下野☺。由於訂咗枱,一入到餐廳店員就已經搵到我個名同電話資料,好快安排我哋入座。餐廳環境好decent,枱櫈地板係有襯過,採用湖水綠同白色嘅座椅;餐廳主要分開左右兩邊座位,一邊有窗,另一邊就有梳化位🛋。除此之外,我好鍾意呢到好有聖誕氣氛,掛滿咗雪人仔☃,成個感覺好溫馨,同時仲播住聖誕歌。呀媽比較少食西餐,所以由我發辦😎。我之前已經上網睇過個menu,見到呢度嘅菜式比起出面西餐廳特別,用嘅食材顯得出係有心思,唔係普通一塊扒或一碟意粉。餐廳由湯、前菜、主菜、伴菜、甜品到飲品,都有唔少選擇,花多眼亂🤤。首先,店員為我哋送上熱辣辣嘅法式麵包🥖,外皮偏硬,但係脆脆的,而且富有麵包嘅香味。最特別之處係,呢到唔係好普通咁搭配快餐牛油,而係用上黑水欖牛油(我都係專登問店員先知🙈),隻味甘甘地幾正,黑色嘅一點點應該就係橄欖。法國泥蟹湯($78),湯嘅顏色同味道都有啲龍蝦湯🦞嘅感覺,但無咁濃咁鹹之餘,仲好鮮味,而且真係食得出有蟹肉㗎🦀。同時,湯用上咗白蘭地忌廉同洋蔥熬煮,所以好creamy同有好微好微嘅酒香。香煎鵝肝配鵝肝批無花果芒果莎莎($128),前菜造型非常精美。一邊係香煎鵝肝配salsa,煎鵝肝嗰種油份加埋好fluffy嘅口感真係無得輸🤤,配上水果salsa中和返一下,成個組合無懈可擊。Salsa芒果味唔算太出,反而有啲青瓜味🥒🤔。另一邊係細細個圓形嘅凍鵝肝批,口感似醬多啲,啱配麵包食。烤西班牙乳豬配蘋果醋燴紅椰菜($268),🐷烤西班牙黑毛乳豬仔嘅份量一啲都唔細,有2大塊,其中一邊仲係豬脾仔嚟添。乳豬皮雖則無港式燒味嗰種脆得咁誇張,但一啲都唔韌,連埋下面類似手撕豬肉口感嘅肉絲一齊食,又係另一種風味,唔錯唔錯。不過唯一有少少煩就係乳豬係原大塊上,🍴無切開一件件,食落無咁方便,但好彩有媽的孩兒像個寶,將乳豬交比呀媽搞掂😛。烤乳豬旁邊其實有唔少配菜,首先有一個完整嘅烤蒜頭,平日多數我都無理佢,但一食發現口感原來係有啲啲似啫喱,稔稔地,幾得意,同埋唔算好大浸味。另外,就有一兜🍎蘋果醋燴紅椰菜,呢個食落唔似椰菜,似果肉同莓粒,味道甜甜酸酸,啱哂解食咗大嚿肉嘅膩😌。醬就有2種,分別係印尼燒烤汁同芥茉汁,我鍾意食前者多啲,似BBQ ribs;後者嘅芥茉同平日有啲分別,無咁攻鼻,我自己一般。蘋果木煙燻美國野雞($238),呢度主菜一上碟嘅時候,真係估唔到佢個造型。因為店員真係會喺你面前將件雞🐔,由喺一個煙燻緊嘅爐仔網上面搬落隻碟到,期間散發出嚟嘅煙燻味真係好香好正😍。燒雞上面配上大量嘅墨西哥harissa汁🇲🇽,都幾辣下,就咁試啲醬我嫌太濃,但連埋雞肉食又ok啵。雞肉好嫩唔鞋口,有2大件,每件都有隻雞髀同去骨雞胸,啖啖肉啊!燒雞下面嘅配菜係令我非常欣賞嘅地方,因為唔係一般嘅薯蓉同薯仔粒,而係用上椰菜仔(Brussels Sprout),西芹頭蓉同埋粟子。每樣食材均唔係常見嗰啲,同時個配搭又幾好,上碟造型亦睇得出花上心思,大大加分💯。阿拉斯加焗雪山($88),食埋呢個甜品就為呢餐畫上一個完美嘅句號。甜品可以話係隆重登場,因為係食晒主菜先焗,要等一陣。造型同想像中一樣吸引,店員會嚟到你面前將啲酒淋上個雪山到,做出火焰嘅效果🔥。但我掛住影相,店員提我可以吹熄嘅時候,已經遲咗少少,所以望落好似燶咗啲🙈。我鍾意食焗雪山主要係貪佢有冰火嘅口感,而且有幾層layer,外面係焗蛋白,中間係朱古力蛋糕,最入面就係雪糕。我覺得🍨雪糕口味係芝士蛋糕味,所以有少少鹹鹹甜甜嘅感覺,複雜得嚟又幾特別。總括嚟講,悦滿軒真係一間無乜可挑剔嘅餐廳,我唔敢講食物味道係超級好食😋,但每道菜都睇得出餐廳別出心裁,花心思注重喺食物嘅細節位上,例如造型、食材同食物組合等。依個係我捨得比錢花費嘅原因,因為你買到嘅正正係烹調技巧,唔單單係高級食材。服務方面,每位店員都非常專業,對菜式有充分嘅了解,好好笑容又好好禮貌😚,而且主動幫我哋換咗幾次乾淨嘅碟。呢一餐雖然唔平,但物有所值,我媽媽都好滿意,絕對係一頓令人開心嘅聖誕大餐🎄🎅🏻。…Read More
