是夜連同4個友人共膳,來到黑布街一帶,經過一間掛著許多日式燈籠的食店-月禾居,其中1個友人提議一試(✿゚▽゚)ノ小店裝潢有點簡約,不過坐位空間寬敞,環境尚算舒適。翻看餐牌,其實食物種類頗豐富,花多眼亂*0*最後不經不覺點了多款食物......我們有5人應該不會吃剩吧。最先來到的是三文魚腩刺身/$88+帆立貝刺身/$55,三文魚腩刺身有8片,每片也非常厚切肥美,真的不錯! 帆立貝刺身則有6片,同樣亦十分新鮮鮮甜,再吃一併上的青瓜爽口開胃呢。多款菜式之中,小妹最滿意的是這條蒲燒鰻魚,煎得香口,底部帶點微燶,鰻魚入口軟腍,加上用上的燒汁多,令味道更濃郁,大讚!我和朋友JOJO對這個鐵板海鮮燒餅也非常滿意,燒餅粉漿不會太多,內餡的魷魚非常足料,而調味的燒汁亦多,最驚喜的是鋪上燒餅上的紫菜碎仍是脆口呢。點了兩款烏冬,若相比之下,較美味的是天婦羅冷稻庭烏冬/$68,可自選麻醬或冷麵汁。烏冬以冰坐著,保持冷冰冰的溫度,質感彈牙,加上麻醬更提味。分開上的天婦羅,有蝦、茄子、南瓜等,炸漿落得份量剛剛好,入口脆卜卜,不過如熱一點會更好。點了另一款是芝士海鮮烏冬鍋/$68,單單看就可見頗多芝士,芝士挺身但味道不算太濃郁,並帶點微酸。鍋內的海鮮,如青口、蝦、帶子等通通也有,用料足。燒物及炸物選擇頗多,其中燒物做得相當不錯,先說值得推介的黑椒露筍牛肉卷/$18,肥美的牛肉卷著爽口的露筍,減低牛肉肥膩度,精華所在的燒汁亦多,味道濃郁惹味。富特色的是這件雞皮串燒/$16,剛點的時候大家都疑惑雞皮怎樣做串燒? 但原來味道比預期中佳,選取的雞皮脂肪不會過多,原本雞皮應該是沒有味道,但燒過後外皮香口帶點微鹹,味道不錯但難以形容,哈哈~未吃過的,大可一試。皇牌燒牛舌/$28亦做得出色,牛舌彈牙帶點爽口,不會燒得過火,調味粉多,味道佳。這條茄子令我們回想起前幾個星期的事,當天與友人們到戶外自助BBQ場,途中突然濛濛下雨,未雨綢繆的我們,立即放下所有食物(因已幾乎吃完),包括燒了近半小時的大條茄子= =然後跑到附近的小巴站,事後發現原來只是過雲雨,小Q白白燒了半小時的茄子沒有了,非常失望,所以我們決定特地點茄子給小Q補數,哈哈......招牌蒜燒茄子/$45,不過好像燒得過火候,味道有點兒燶,加上蒜香頗足,令整舊有點鹹,預期中失望。雞軟骨串/$15,質感有點硬身,難以咬開,中規中距。通常大伙兒也會點選唐揚墨魚咀粒/$45,皆因容易分來吃,炸過後的墨魚咀非常脆口,內裡的墨魚咀彈牙,不錯不錯。至於蒜香三文魚蟹籽炒飯/$68,勝在炒飯乾身,飯粒粒粒分明,連同燒過後的三文魚一併吃,更香口惹味,不過鋪上面的蟹籽不太爽口,有點美中不足而已。大伙兒用膳勝在每樣點少少,一併分享,小食多滋味,而這裡的價錢不太昂貴,不單可多點不同種類的食物,而且味道不錯,全晚吃了13款食物,埋單大約$700,為起每款約$60,可謂「性價比極高」呢,下次必定會再來^0^…Read More

9點許喺旺角搵食,除咗花園街,兆萬樓上舖。其實黑布街都有好多野食。雖然平日唔算多人,其它舖都好多人(老實講) 雖則我好討厭街頭等位,不過我愛闖"疑似伏"的店。所以就選擇今次依間"疑似伏"的月禾居入到去有20%客,服務態度一般。快點了冷烏冬及 鐵板海鮮燒餅然後慢慢點。鐵板海鮮燒餅-好好食(不排除部分飢餓因素)海鮮中魷魚佔大多數。粉不會過多,仍保留少少鮮味。燒汁不會太濃,醬汁與燒餅的味道剛剛好。出事溫泉蛋冷烏冬首先個人認為冷烏冬的上菜方法有點尷尬,以裝飾葉墊烏冬溫泉蛋分開,吃起來比較困惑。應該分開吃還是拌勻一起吃。結果我是吃得很狼狽。再點了帆立貝刺身咁樣食帆立貝刺身真係前所未有我欣賞帆立貝配青瓜 食落好青新不過略欠賣相,而且帆立貝好像都比例偏少鹽燒三文魚頭肉質新鮮,火喉夠。仍然保留肉汁,而且唔會過老。正!食埋軟骨更加正!完。----------------------------回頭率:8/10 絕對是為了三文魚頭而來。…Read More
