盛夏將至,作為火鍋迷既我。熱情從未冷卻。系屯門市廣場内見到呢間#四季椰林海南椰子雞,來自國內著名品牌,"四個椰子一鍋湯, 不加一滴水"椰子雞湯鍋。已到晚飯時間,店內熱氣氛騰騰,就決定入內探店😃。🥥海南文昌雞(半隻)源用上海文昌雞,,肉色看得到的新鮮,呈粉紅色。湯底滾起揭開鍋蓋,椰香撲鼻而來。店員幫我地落雞去淥。經過約五分鐘,雞肉亦爽嫩彈牙,又香又甜,真係好好食!🥥椰子湯底(份)湯底一絕,清澈透明,清甜得嚟帶點天然嘅椰香,飲一啖除左有椰子鮮甜味,同完全吸哂文昌雞嘅精華,飲完個心都暖哂,貨真價實,全椰子湯底確實與別不同。🥥貴州紅托竹蓀(份)竹蓀吸哂椰子湯底嘅精華,軟淋淋,十分爽口。🥥潮汕非遺丸類雙拼(份)白魚蛋有濃郁的魚味,冇魚腥,爽口彈牙。牛根丸真爽口,滲出美味的肉汁,果然系正宗潮汕名物。🥥娃娃菜(份)新鮮翠綠,味道清甜,冇草青味。🥥3秒響鈴(中份)落湯後,即掛上椰子雞湯鮮味。變得軟稔響鈴,入口濃郁。🥥金牌非遺臘味煲仔飯(中煲)超足料煲仔飯,除飯焦帶著微微焦香。臘味量足,臘腸、臘肉,芋頭粒鋪滿成煲,臘味嘅油香滲透哂入飯入面,口感相當豐富,令人回味,難怪是金牌非遺產物,呢個套餐一定要試。…Read More

屯門新開以椰子水為湯底的火鍋店,便和家人來這裏吃個火鍋午餐。店內設落地玻璃位,內裏的裝潢典雅,以綠色和黑色為主調。店員先端上椰子湯底($78),主打四個椰子一個鍋,不加水。海南文昌雞(半隻)($158),雞隻是用了海南文昌雞,雞肉香滑,枱面配備五分鐘沙漏,五分鐘後即吃,厚身雞肉鮮嫩。在湯滾的五分鐘後,我們先呷一口加了香熱的椰子雞湯,十分清甜。再放一份鮮活水培菜($38),雪耳軟腍,有温潤之感,與椰子和雞肉相輔相成。潮汕丸類雙拼($78),丸類新鮮,爽口彈牙。喝一口椰子雞湯,再咬一口丸類,頓時變得暖和。午餐肉(大份)($38),砌成心型的午餐肉,份量合適。把午餐肉放入湯中煮熱,香熱的厚午餐肉配煲仔飯是絕配。炸腐竹($38),繼而放入炸腐竹,腐竹掛上湯底的味道,入口微爽,散發出炸過後的豆香和湯底的香郁。火山肥牛($98),肥牛量多,整齊鋪在碟上,將肥牛放在滾湯中一會,沾點青檸汁和或䜴油,突出濃郁牛肉味道。金牌非遺臘味煲仔飯(中煲)($118),店員幫忙盛飯,煲邊有完整飯焦。飯粒完全盛著䜴油和臘味的油香。臘味量多,而且非常軟稔入味。煲仔飯份量適中,適合兩至三人吃。…Read More
