弟弟領著兩名小天使,連同老爸與我,趁著陽光普照的日子同到清水灣遊玩。兩位小天使絕不屬於白皙膚色,早已在夏至的時候,急不及待地便將皮膚曬得黝黑,緣於熱愛玩水、玩沙和戶外活動的他們,擁有一身健康膚色,正好將開朗與活躍的性格突顯。一會兒堆沙、一會兒挖魚池、一會兒又要為小魚兒挑水,好像充滿電力的電池一樣,待中午一時多才願意洗澡、更衣離開清水灣。抵達觀塘時,正好遇上釣魚翁的下午茶時段,似乎大部份客人也等著這個時段的來臨,不過小天使們的電池似乎已耗盡了,變得沒精打彩,其實我的肚子也在打鼓,不過要享用優惠價格的點心,唯有耐心地等候!我們被編排到舒適的 U 形卡座,也方便小天使們自行進食。弟弟要來了幾款點心,其中的燒賣皇與晶瑩鮮蝦餃是小天使的指定點心。釣魚翁的鮮蝦做得不錯,所以一咬晶瑩鮮蝦餃,爽彈的蝦肉、澎湃的汁液差點要爆出來,加上餃皮煙韌,感覺比上一次到訪時更出色。燒賣皇除頂部的蝦隻外,還有潤澤彈牙的豬肉,所以效果也不錯。金菇牛肉腸雖有爽爽的金菇與牛肉混合作餡料,但並未能挽救牛肉糊糊的口感,感覺比較一般。鮑汁鳳爪好像被炆煮得皮也要裂開了,軟腍度也足,但是鳳爪卻無鮑汁的味道,似乎是醬汁出了問題,有待改進。一看到 "鎮店" 二字,彷彿就是信心的保證,若不是夠斤兩的話,又豈敢隨便用上此二字呢!水餃皇的體形真不容小覷,要比湯匙還要巨大。配上清香魚味的魚湯湯底,吸引了老爸最後把魚湯全喝光。一咬水餃皇,隨即感受到充實的餡料,餡料富有非凡的彈性,該是採用了鮮蝦與蝦膠包製,唯一美中不足的是木耳的份量太少了,層次感不夠鮮明。金牌燒腩卷是首次嘗試的點心,感覺甚有懷舊的風味。包皮非常鬆軟,裡面夾著兩塊燒腩肉,再配以南乳調製的醬汁,味道很協調、惹味,且具有相當的韻味。老爸特有興趣細嚼骨頭,要了泰式鳳爪。不知曾幾何時開始,便不太愛酒樓的泰色鳳爪,因為大多都只是將酸甜的醬汁淋於鳳爪之上,味道粗糙之餘,更覺醬汁與鳳爪的味道互不融合,根本論不上任何泰式的味道。這麼多年,酒樓一直沒有對真正泰式鳳爪的食味進行研究與改進,或許酒樓的泰式鳳爪只可當作另一類的鳳爪來品嚐。原本欲試例牌燒鵝,不過下午茶時段備有 18.8元一碗的燒鵝瀨,不如就先試燒鵝瀨吧!我們點了兩碗的燒鵝瀨,其中一碗是燒鵝髀,真是幸運了!鵝肉細嫩、入味與肥美,可是鵝皮一點也不脆,而有小部份更變韌了。絕對明白一分錢、一分貨的道理,不過若以燒鵝瀨的整體水平與售價比較,絕對也值得推介。涼瓜龍躉頭腩炒麵是下午茶的特價主食。賣相不俗,生麵炸得甘脆,只可惜龍躉頭腩份量甚為稀少,只含兩至三塊魚腩,至於龍躉頭則沒有出現了!又是用上那一句老話的時候,下午茶時段總不能與正價的要求相提並論,一分錢、一分貨!縱使如此,釣魚翁下午茶的質量已令我感到滿意,不過仍是有意於晚上到訪,細嚐其燒鵝、乳豬、燒腩及海魚的滋味。…Read More
