經常路過也見到晚上十分多人在這餐館等位食飯,今日終於可以一試。本來就非常喜歡上海菜,可惜香港好吃的上海館本來就不多,有些更越來越難食。今次來試一下下午茶,的確比較化算,二人餐連加一$149。正價時段略嫌有點貴,套餐會便宜一點,但零活性是零,都時set死左菜式。我們點了一客小籠包,一客鍋貼、一碗酸辣麵同一碗紅燒牛肉麵。小籠包的皮不會太厚,有滿滿湯汁,倒出黎都不是油油的,吃下去不是肥豬肉的質感,是軟軟的豬肉呀!鍋貼也不會乾巴巴的,超級大隻,漲卜卜的,內裡都有點湯汁,不過底部剪得有點焦比較硬了一點。酸辣麵最意外,材料足不止,酸辣度配合得剛剛好,不會只有醋酸或只有辣,也不會杰得似漿糊,麵又沒有皂水的味道,超好吃👍🏻👍🏻至於紅燒牛肉麵也配上少許牛筋,超級軟稔,湯底也不會很味精很咸。不得不另外一讚,點了龍井茶也算不錯,不是番渣茶,茶也算很滑之餘,絕不會淡而無味。…Read More

每星期都看到家上海門外多人排隊,今日我與閨蜜6:30pm到了等候,大約7:00pm入座。店內都算多位,裝修有上海店鋪的味道,可以看到師傅整小籠包的過程。花鵰醉乳鴨 $98 花鵰醉雞試得比較多,醉乳鴿卻是第一次食,酒味香濃滲入乳鴿內,口感不錯。蒜拍黃瓜 $48 黃瓜切得細粒,方便進食,旁邊有芥茉醬可點,不過原味更為清新。金牌小籠包 $54 一籠有6件,看到每檯客人都點,小籠包皮薄,熱辣辣的湯汁配上份量剛好的豬肉餡,好味道。上海酸辣湯 $48 一碗可分兩少碗,最意想不到這個酸辣湯比較辣,雲耳,蝦仁,肉絲,荀絲,豆腐,尚算足料。…Read More

上海菜是我一位摯友的至愛,常問我何時去試,就今晚!入座前店員已說明用餐時間為一個半小時,入座後店員隨即詢問茗茶口味,服務快捷,店內裝潢帶有古樸風!餐前小食先端上 $12 沒有給予名稱的餐前小食,有麻辣醬作調味的雞件,雞件嫩滑,是開胃菜。上海酸辣湯 (一位) $48 正常水平,辣味酸味並重。金牌小籠包 (六件) $54 皮薄餡靚,小籠包內的肉汁味道不錯。大排湯麵 $68 豬排味道及烹調技巧不錯,湯麵麵條正常水平,湯底清甜。淮揚軟兜 鱔 $138 有香味,味道適中,但鱔的份量極少,整體份量同樣是少。高力豆沙香蕉 (四件) $56 內裡有一片香蕉和豆沙蓉,加上糖霜,甜味恰到好處,炸得挺身,口感柔軟,熱度剛好入口不油膩。餐牌有很多菜式選擇,就以這晚饍而論,在調味方面有家的感覺,看來要大夥兒進餐試多一些菜餚才能真正體會家的風味!…Read More
