今晚試左新餐廳, 入到去都差唔多滿座, 唔算好大, 而枱與枱之間都有空間, 唔太迫。雖然滿座, 但又唔算好嘈吵, 當然絕對唔會好靜, 坐得都算舒服。金牌小籠包 - 其實而家好多上海菜gei小籠包都整得好出色, 呢度都好食, 皮簿多汁, 肉都係新鮮gei~茶皇煙燻脆皮雞 - 好好食😋 除左個皮炸到好脆, 嫩肉多汁之外, 特別鍾意佢個煙燻味!已經唔記得呢個菜叫咩名la~ 反正呢個就普通冇太大驚喜, 可能食個雞已經太衝激味蕾!最後都叫左個甜品, 但冇影到, 都中規中矩, 下次可以再試下食其他菜! 至於服務其實又冇d留言講到咁惡劣, 只係唔會去到5星級咁款…Read More

位於銅鑼灣利園二期嘅十里洋場,主打傳統淮揚菜。雖說是人氣中菜館,但真係未試唔知,餐廳原來咁難book。預約了好幾個星期才能成功留座,為家中長輩慶祝生日。✤ 餐廳環境 ✤餐廳環境闊落,裝潢以高貴墨綠及啡黃色系為主色,顯出當代古典風。另外天花吊燈光線充足,座位設有軟墊坐得舒適。室內靠牆位置以四人枱為主,大廳中心則為大圓桌。153到訪當日一行六人,因人數較多被安排圓桌,方便分享食物。可惜到訪當日餐廳人數多,而且多為大班人聚會,室內樓底不高以至較為嘈雜,與同桌交談也頗為吃力。✤ 餐廳服務 ✤153到訪當人全場爆滿,樓面人手顯得不足。要求侍應落單、添水等服務速度稍為緩慢,但慶幸的是店員態度依然很好,很有禮貌。不過用餐期間有點小插曲,就是侍應拿走茶壺添熱水後,本是香片的茶竟換成了另一款茶😨相信是店員忙中出錯,將其他桌的茶錯送了。後來告知店員,他們連忙道歉並換上新的一壺,雖有出錯但態度可嘉。另外值得一讚是店員的貼心。點菜時,店員更留意到同桌有6位客人,而一客小籠包只有5件。店員主動詢問是否需要加多1件小籠包,並指出額外包點只需要「照除」按單件價格計算,顯得餐廳店員十分貼心,值得一讚💓例如一客金牌小籠包 $75 五件,除開每件 $15,所以額外加的一件小籠包便是這個價錢。❝ 餐前小食 | $20餐前小食味道不錯,盛惠每碟 $20。如果唔需要餐前小食,可以喺上菜時同店員講聲,可以免去收費。❝ 雞絲粉皮 | $98粉皮清涼爽滑,青瓜清新,雞絲難得地唔鞋口。淋面嘅麻醬比一般更為濃稠,味道亦更為濃郁,係一道不錯的開胃小菜✨評分:7/10❝ 金絲小排骨 | $98排骨非常入味,一啖一件易入口。頂部嘅金絲為食物賣相加分,炸得香脆亦甚為可口。不過小排骨略嫌過熟,食到內裏有少許乾同柴😳評分:6.5/10❝ 目魚鮝紅燒肉 | $208紅燒肉半肥半瘦,肥瘦層次分明。瘦肉部分不會過硬,肥肉亦不會過膩。食落豬肉帶油脂香,入口即化成為味覺嘅極致享受🤤伴隨紅燒肉嘅有中式夾餅,以餅夾肉有助解油膩感,顯得餐廳有心思。不過夾餅只有四件,配整碟紅燒肉好像不太足夠呢~評分:7.5/10❝ 金牌小籠包(五件)| $75外皮薄透,餡量十足。湯汁更有啖啖豬肉鮮香,完美演繹「皮薄餡靚」小籠包應有嘅水準。評分:7.5/10❝ 鐵板灌湯生煎包(四件)| $72生煎包以熱辣辣嘅鐵板奉上,底部煎得微焦帶有脆香,甚是討人喜歡。咬落更有鮮濃湯汁充滿口腔,肉餡亦是十分鮮嫩,實在出色👍🏻*生煎包同樣加了2件,總共6件。店員分開兩碟上菜,所以圖片中只有3件生煎包。評分:8/10❝ 銀絲卷(炸)| $42銀絲卷炸至外表誘人嘅金黃色,內裏卻是甜柔軟綿。咬落外脆內軟,絲絲分明,再點埋香甜濃稠嘅煉乳,令人愛不釋手。評分:7.5/10❝ 肉絲炒准山麵 | $138准山麵雖然幼身,但爽口Q彈,口感獨特。拌入麵裏嘅肉絲亦軟嫩不柴,入味多汁,令人食唔停口😋評分:7.5/10❝ 十景揚州炒飯 | $138炒飯粒粒分明,每顆飯粒沾滿香濃蛋漿,叉燒、蝦肉等配料份量不吝嗇。但友人認為飯底味道太淡,亦欠缺炒飯應有嘅火喉同鑊氣。相信部分可歸因於餐廳嘅「少糖少鹽」政策 (如餐牌所示),雖然相對較為健康,但犧牲了味道未必人人鍾意。評分:6.5/10❝ 雪綿豆沙香蕉(四件)| $80現在高力豆沙買少見少,懷念舊時味道所以一試,卻是有點失望😥外層嘅蛋白球輕盈綿軟,做得不錯。但內裏豆沙餡少得可憐,香蕉更加側埋一邊,以致食落好多地方都冇餡,唔太推介。評分:6/10❝ 黑金流沙包(三件)| $58黑金流沙包體黝黑,刷上食用金漆更添低調嘅奢華感。包體比酒樓平時食嘅奶皇包更為軟熟,咬開即有辣辣嘅流心內餡緩緩流出。假若細味品嘗,更能食出內餡有少許鹹蛋黃沙沙嘅口感,可見真材實料製作,值得推介。評分:7.5/10整體而言,餐廳環境舒適,服務態度亦不錯,但食物水準有點參次,部分發揮幾出色,其餘就有好大改善空間。綜合所有因素會比 OK 評價啦~…Read More

聽朋友講過話利園有間唔錯嘅中菜餐廳,於是就搵幾個朋友黎試下。門口同餐廳裡都裝修得時尚有格調,有別於一般中菜廳。order左好幾款主食。第一款,黑松露珍珠燻溏心蛋,價錢一件$34。上菜果陣,侍應打開個蓋d煙就會散出黎,有視覺效果。味道方面就煮得剛剛好,配合黑松露,就好味。第二款,東坡千層寶塔,價錢$328。整到一座塔,賣相都幾好。睇到師父嘅刀功勁,切到好薄。味道入口即溶,加埋個汁,口感唔錯。另外會有包俾你夾住食,可以吸埋d肉嘅油落個包到,又有另一個口感味道。第三款,金牌小籠包,價錢$75。味道就同出面食差不多,冇乜驚喜。第四款,瑤柱蛋白炒飯,價錢$142。都係跟一般中菜廳差不多,炒得一粒粒,算乾身。合格。第五款,上海粗炒,價錢$128。這款差左少少,比較多油,同埋份量比較少。第六款係甜品,高力豆沙,價錢唔記得。味道唔錯,唔係好甜,內裡夠熱,彈牙。總結係廳牌仲有好多嘢想試,希望下次有機會試埋其他菜式。門口都整得時尚。…Read More

平日總是忙著工作嘅學弟襯新年有假期,專登抽空相約食飯兼派利是,地點由佢揀咗間方便佢泊車嘅「十里洋場」。上海菜館門面開揚,接待處擺出桃花及水仙之外,木造屏風亦掛上不少應節小燈籠,新潮中不失中國色彩。XO仔比店子開門時間早到,服務生明顯仍在忙碌準備中,不過未到六點已可埋位坐,咁就要讚吓。步入用餐大堂必先經過最闊落嘅皮櫈卡位。餐廳面積寬廣。兩邊擺出半梳化合併式散座。中央則排出兩行圓枱。小師弟訂位時早已講明會帶同兩位小朋友,中菜廳就安排好大人版及小童版嘅齊備餐具,另加鮮花點綴,感覺衛生,且十分周到。散點餐牌及飲品餐牌均屬厚本,主打菜式都附有彩色相片對應,首頁及尾頁仲印有卡通插圖,都幾得意。多頁餐牌可於官方網站搵到,小肥唯一想提嘅就係餐牌最後一頁有明確地列出茗茶、小食、額外切餅等收費詳情。餐前小食($20/碟):三款小食中小朋友最愛彩色代表嘅彩絲豆干,三個大人當然係俾佢一個人獨享啦!其餘因為XO仔怕辣就冇試,不過哥哥話都幾惹味醒胃。富貴糟肚尖($108):因為三口子都係第一次黎幫襯,為安全起見都係揀咗啲餐牌上有記認而又有彩圖嘅招牌菜式。透明碗內嘅所謂豬肚尖不單厚硬,肚身極為乾嚡,即使係用酒醃過也難掩其豬餲味,細佬好少會喺食評用上「難食」二字,今次真係唔用唔得!記得兒時於「崩牙成私房菜」食過嘅豬肚尖如何爽脆巧薄惹味,食後更有幸聽名廚講解其出品之豬肚尖每隻豬只可取出最尖頂之部位,價格高全因每碟炒出嘅足料豬肚尖要用上幾十隻豬取出,以確保菜式美味,合格標準極其震撼。$108作為前菜一啲都唔平,質素仲要咁低,個人覺得即使「十里洋場」將菜名改為「富貴糟豬肚」都唔夠班做招牌菜囉,最簡單嘅解決方法就係喺餐牌刪除咗佢。黑松露珍珠燻溏心蛋($68/兩隻):連玻璃蓋上嘅燻蛋由傳菜生即場開蓋,造出煙燻效果,席上大大小小都睇得咁興奮!燻蛋色彩鮮美吸睛,溏心蛋黃柔滑流心,外層蛋白又夠厚彈,無奈師傅喺頂面加咗同樣擁有濃郁氣味嘅黑松露,蛋蛋同時發出嘅煙燻味及黑松露香即產生沖突,出哂事。。。黑松露脆皮上素鵝($108):素鵝皮薄餡足,除咗真如其名般脆皮鬆巧之外,咬落口中慢慢滲出嘅黑松露味非常芳香清新。之前道燻蛋撞黑松露就有畫蛇添足之嫌,此味素鵝混入黑松露則有畫龍點睛之效,証明食材組合配搭真係好考廚功架!清炒江蘇野生河蝦仁($252):細細隻嘅河蝦仁白滑有光澤,炒得又夠爽脆鮮美,加上明顯每一隻蝦仁都去哂腸,一絲黑條都冇,衛生討好。清炒萵筍絲($98):萵筍絲翠綠爽潤,唯一調味不足,因淡而無味而變得略為失色。龍鬚桂魚($372):桂魚連炸咗嘅魚頭魚尾上,有頭有尾意頭好,外觀亦甚有睇頭,可惜嘅係桂魚只限睇得,唔係咁打得。白雪雪嘅桂魚絲偏咗少少嚡,唔夠幼嫩,最慘就係魚肉又咸又腥,狂點醋食都難以補救,新年想有「腥」氣都唔洗咁重口味掛。。。金牌小籠包($75/五件):熱辣辣嘅小籠包皮層巧薄輕柔,餡心軟嫩甜滑,湯汁量足清香,個人十分欣賞。脆煎灌湯小籠包($68/四件):所謂脆煎灌湯小籠包即煎版小籠包。煎小籠包以辣手嘅鐵板呈上,熱力相當強勁,真係要小心燙傷舌尖!包品除咗皮薄餡嫩,其底皮當真好似薯片咁脆卜卜,!金釵銀絲(大煮乾絲;$142):雪白嘅銀絲乾絲幼身得黎仍不失煙韌彈性,最正就係碟內金黃濃甜嘅雞湯底,有陣時傳統菜唔變先可顯出簡單美。嫩雞煨麵($58):睇相都可能睇得出,嫩雞煨麵個湯底好稀,麵條更加係浸到腍哂,雞肉一啲都唔嫩滑,淡到好似冇落過鹽咁,超級失敗!上海粗炒($128):上海粗炒就剛巧成為對比,麵條雖則夠彈,但卻過份油膩,味道同時過甜及過咸,唔係細佬杯茶囉!雪綿豆沙香蕉($80/四件):甜品個樣就幾得嘅,但就只有外皮鬆綿,少許甜意都冇,唔講絕對食唔出入面有豆沙香蕉作餡,小妹妹居然以為自己食緊冇味麵包,問可唔可以加花生醬食,果真童言無忌夠率直。原桶黑豆腐花($78):黑豆腐花約十分鐘就起到,木桶屬細桶,可裝出四個半碗。另配金橙色嘅糖粉,供貴客自行調味。黑豆腐花質感軟潤滑溜,清香可口。「十里洋場」環境時尚,闊落舒適,格調高尚,服務亦細心周全,反而食物質素就有所參差。其實確認訂座及入座時,接待生已重複提醒五人要八點前離座,但當餸菜一窩蜂咁一次過上哂就有少少糟蹋之嫌囉!餐廳為菜式所訂下高企嘅價位,某程度上應該係要應對返利園昂貴嘅粗金,不過個人覺得最唔抵就係食咗啲弄巧反拙燻蛋、勁腥嘅「貴」(桂)魚、肥哂佬嘅豬肚尖同豆沙香蕉甜品。由於XO仔對廚房精心炮製出嘅兩款小籠包、素鵝、蝦仁等都十分滿意,綜合各方面嘅評分最終就決定俾個「OK」佢,希望鼓勵餐店可作出調整。…Read More
