呢間酒店喺旺角開咗之後我都想試吓鷹巢,根據我爸爸敘述呢間酒店同中菜廳以前係喺中環。所以諗住復活節長假期同爸爸去飲中午茶。公眾假期星期日,為咗免等位,所以一早已經預約定。當日去到其實客量唔多。裝潢嘅感覺好似大陸嘅酒樓。點心選擇唔多,而且冇乜太大特別,唯一可以講嘅係錦鹵雲吞,而家喺出面嘅酒樓比較少見。總括嚟講我只可以有兩個點心,覺得唔錯之外,其他都完全敗筆。比較好食嘅有:-第一款金巢香酥帶子芋角,口感表面香酥,芋蓉香綿,味道清香。第二款金牌叉燒皇,叉燒嚟講佢唔係特別好,只不過係成餐飯嚟講佢都算OK,切到成3cm厚,女士見到有啲卻步,始終女仔都係鍾意細細件咁食。但係食落去肉質鬆軟,有一貫叉燒嘅質素。其他當日點咗嘅點心同菜色有:-1. 蜜汁燒脆鱔 - 勁咸,咸到食唔到任何味道,鱔皮都算脆嘅,蜜汁完全唔多覺。2. 韭菜蟹肉酥 - 一般過一般,完全食唔到有韭菜味,莫講話蟹肉,蟹味都唔多覺有。3. 福建炒飯 - 都係一個字《咸》,完全食唔到其他味道。4. 錦鹵雲吞 - 好失望嘅一道餸,首先個炸雲吞,一啲都唔鬆脆,仲好似潮咗咁,咬落去濕濕淋淋一啲都唔脆。仲有塘油喺底浸住啲雲吞,食到成口油。濕料方面,汁嘅色水同味道都一般,裏面嘅海鮮料全部好似浸咗漂白水咁,得過爽字完全冇嚟味道。5. + 6. 蝦餃同燒賣,一般貨色。7. 鮑汁鮮竹卷 - 莫論飽汁味完全欠奉,而且都係實咸,咸到食唔到餡料係咩。8. 方魚炒芥蘭 - 呢個完全唔可以係喺任何酒樓出現到嘅餸菜質素。芥蘭又黃又老,食落口完全係渣,根本吞唔落肚。只有咸味,方魚味當然欠奉。(同當場侍應反映呢個菜嘅質素「食咗2條菜」,佢哋淨係收咗碟菜,最終帳單照收我錢)。9. 酥脆蘿蔔絲腸粉 - 其實美其名,實質係炸兩,食落口感就知道條油炸鬼番炸好耐,係硬脆,蘿蔔絲見到係有啲,不過食落完全唔覺有蘿蔔絲嘅存在。總括嚟講,普通酒樓質素都未達標,如果係屬於酒店食肆嘅話,價錢同服務都唔入流,而且CP值低。所以唔會有第二次。…Read More

新春前後飯局特別多,剛剛上星期同舊同學團拜飲茶;今天又到同我的美女同事們食「新春開年飯」有同事提議這間位於油麻地新開的「希爾頓花園酒店」2F 的中菜「鷹巢」~~~因為其家人食完評語不錯聽個名多麼有氣勢,所以刻意中午飯食少一點,留肚品嘗~~~++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++來到「希爾頓花園酒店」,乘升降機按2字樓,一出𨋢就到達「鷹巢」鷹巢環境尚算寬敞,燈光明亮(影相都不用打燈)在Facebook 讚 Hilton Garden Hotel 專頁,可享晚餐九折及送糖水由於上「鷹巢EAGLE'S GARDEN]的網頁可看到菜單(鷹巢網頁:http://gardeninn.hilton.com.cn/zh-hk/hotel/hongkong/gardeninn-hongkong-hkgmsgi/dining2810.html)我們早要預訂了部分菜餚第一味先來個signature 「金牌叉燒皇」例牌有8大件~~~真係大大件雖然咁大件,而且肥肉比例很少,但想不到一點都不「鞋」,肉質鮮嫩彈牙;味道調得非常好,咁厚肉但醃料都可浸入肉中心,每一淡都食到叉燒的味道,必食推介!!「蜜汁燒脆鱔」HK$198的價錢來說,就有點失望。雖然調味不錯,鱔肉鬆軟但沒有咬口,鱔皮燒得很"硬",機乎咬不開,看來還有進步空間主角「富貴金豬」來了 職員都好識做,都給大家的"相機食先"再幫我們"刨丁解豬"~~~~賣相非常"吸睛"連豬頭同豬腳仔都幫我們解埋,非常細心!!味道方面:釀在豬肚內的"牛肝菌糯米飯"非常好味,糯米飯有臘腸、臘肉、蝦米、瑤柱⋯⋯味道調得很好,但牛肝菌的份量少得機乎找不到,如果牛肝菌的份量多一些就更好了!!乳豬烤是得很香很脆,可惜豬的脂肪同肉的比例接近9:1, 美女們吃完脆卜卜的外皮後,只淨下一大塊脂肪,令人吃不消,那一成的肉集中在豬的四條腿~~~HK$868的富貴豬,豬的來貨竟然如此,這方面扣很多分「花膠菜膽龍皇杏汁白肺湯」這個湯是我的至愛 ,今次還有養顏花膠~~~花膠的分量不吝嗇,每六人份量(分到12碗),每人都有一至兩塊、大大塊,用的是一般"扎膠",但本人卻覺得花膠跟杏汁豬肺湯好像有點格格不入,有點"畫蛇添足"的感覺。杏汁湯的味道都不錯,湯料都煲得很"林",夠火候~~~只是之前在「旺角海鮮菜館」飲過我人生中最好飲的「杏汁豬肺湯」,相比之下,這兒的就比較湯味不夠濃、而且有點油膩😅由於另一位美女不飲豬肺湯,所以我們為她點了「原個椰皇花膠雞湯」看來這個湯比「杏汁白肺湯」出色,塊花膠超級大,朋友都覺得不錯由於之前點的都是肉類菜式,我們另外點了兩個蔬菜中和一下「啫啫蝦醬唐生菜」以HK$128來說,這個菜太普通了,唐生菜雖然都新鮮、味道都OK,但啫啫菜式來說,獲氣不夠,不過不失吧!!「魚湯鮮蟲草花浸時蔬」HK$138的魚湯浸菜,白菜仔雖然新鮮、洗得乾淨,味道跟我自家煮的差不多;但魚湯不濃,喝不出魚味,只屬OK!!因為金豬分量很大,所以我們7位美女,只點了6個菜式都已經很飽了!!我們Like 了 Hilton Garden Hotel 的Facebook 專頁,所以有「甜品」送每人一碗「紅豆沙」我倒覺得「紅豆沙」不錯,不太甜,很香"陳皮"味,而且煲得很"溶",完全"起沙",但朋友覺得如果多點"紅豆"的質感就更好Like 了Facebook 專頁還有9折優惠,Total HK$2280, 人多除開7份,每人HK$326++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++總結:「鷹巢」位處油麻地酒店內,地點方便,座位寛敞,環境都幾舒服食物味道都OK,但以這個價錢來說,質素應該要更高,性價比不高職員有禮、Helpful, 雖然不算好醒目,但都有盡力務服我們,不錯…Read More

每天返工都是隨便吃,到了周末都想吃得舒服點。在OpenRice 找飲茶的地方,看到旺角希爾頓花園酒店的鷹巢,周末都有優惠,食評也很好,立即訂座去試。進到大廳,十分開揚,樓底很高,落地玻璃窗,檯與檯的間隔很寬敞,沒有嘈雜的聲浪,也沒有壓迫感。開了一壺普洱,水滾茶香,只有茶味沒有苦澀味。餐牌內除了一般點心,還有廚師推介,就點數樣試試。食物到:牛肉球 - 最常吃的點心,彈牙有肉味,不是一般的牛肉溝粉金牌叉燒皇 - 肥美嫰滑多汁,又不失燒烤的香味,啖啖肉,伴碟的是我最愛蜜味蠔油豆,對上一次吃是在鏞記酒家,估不到這裡也能吃到。金錢脆蟹盒 - 炸得香脆不油膩,包著鮮味蟹肉燒汁野菌爆蝦球 - 味道濃郁,蝦球爽口,野菌吸收了醬汁,非常可口蛋白杏仁茶 - 很少吃到出色的杏仁茶,坊間很多都用粉或香精製作,香味太誇張,這裡的味道就來得自然,甜度適中。吃完還可以繼續慢慢歎茶,沒有催埋單的情況,舒服的過了這個周未的下午。…Read More
