又到月頭家庭聚會時間,記得媽子話過荃灣間新斗記食過覺得唔錯,就帶佢黎食多次。因為之前都食過啲特色菜式,今次就食返啲家常菜享受下鑊氣嘅滋味。先黎係白灼鮮豬肚,雖然係凍食但一啲豬內臟嘅羶味都無。煮得好爽口同入味,咸咸香香咁好開胃。薑蔥魚頭煲,上枱時醬汁味道已撲鼻而來。因為係以瓷煲生炒而成,鑊氣一流。薑蔥同醬汁都有少少焦香,加上魚頭都多肉食落好惹味。尤其係魚皮位都夠香口,連同蔥薑一齊食好啱送飯。燒汁爆牛仔柳同樣又係送飯一流,牛仔柳好嫩滑同入味而且大大件咁,口感好豐富。萵苣好甜同爽口,配上牛仔柳個口感唔錯。再黎係呢度嘅金牌即燒乳豬,依然保持咁高水準。乳豬酥脆嫩滑集於一身,因為中間嘅脂肪片走左不少所以唔會好油膩,沾上酸梅醬味道變得更清爽食多兩片都唔覺滯。咕嚕肉做得酸甜啱啱好,而且全部都啖啖肉唔使吐骨。咕嚕肉只係包上少少生粉去炸所以面衣唔會好厚,食落肉味更出,酸酸甜甜嘅味道令人一口接一接飯都食多兩啖。最後一道係碧綠蝦子柚皮,柚皮煮得好軟腍入面嘅纖維完全化開晒,入味之餘仲保留到柚子皮本身嘅香味。輕輕嘅甘味以及蝦子嘅咸香作出點綴,令味道更豐富。飽餐過得食返個紅豆沙糖水同喳咋,清甜嘅味道大大將成餐嘅飽滯感一掃而空。特別係芒果布丁冰冰凍凍又酸酸地,作為今餐嘅飯後甜品真係一流。…Read More

唔知幾時開始慣左每個月都會約屋企人出街食一次飯,一黎做下孝順仔二黎屋企煮少餐碗都洗少一隻。荃灣廣場真係由細行到大,一知道新斗記係呢度開分店就已經想試下的了,所以今晚就同家人過黎一齊食返餐。雞公碗筷,一貫廣東菜酒家嘅經典配襯。見晚市套餐幾抵食就點左個B餐再散叫左幾樣。麻油木耳入口微酸麻油味香,開胃非常。先上枱係啫啫生菜煲,因為係直接用瓦煲製作所有菜式,所以上枱時店員再三提醒個煲好熱要小心。生菜清爽脆口,配上惹味醬汁,送飯一流。之後係薑蔥鮑魚滑雞煲。又係上枱時嗞嗞作響,焦香嘅味道撲鼻而來。雞肉入口滑嫩尤其係雞皮部分嘅油脂零舍香口。而且鮑魚粒又多,兩者煮得夠入味食多幾件都唔覺太油膩。金牌即燒乳豬,真正係皮脆肉嫩。每塊豬皮都好似食緊薯片咁香脆非常,筷子大力啲都可以夾斷。加上師傅早將豬皮同肉中間嘅嗰層肥膏片走,所以食嘅時候油膩同脂肪羶味大減。原味食到乳豬嘅香脆同嫩滑,而沾上梅醬,當中嘅酸甜同醋香更令人食唔停口。呢度嘅燒味果然名不虛傳。薑米蛋白蒜香蟹飯。米飯入口都乾身,配上炸過嘅薑米同埋生熟蒜茸,令到個飯嘅口感同味道十分豐富,但就因為咁樣唔係咁食得出蛋白嘅香。雖則蟹就得一件,但都夠甜同多肉仲有少少膏添。不過份量真係唔講得少咁大,我諗我地三個每人都平均分到兩碗咁多,但配上其他餸菜都一樣清得晒。豉椒味菜炒豬大腸。又係一道非常好送飯嘅菜式。豬腸煮得咸甜得宜又無過老。加上腸嘅肥膏清得好多食落雖然都有少少羶味,但豬腸就係要有呢陣味先吸引人。配埋爽甜嘅伴碟味菜,肥少少都要食多兩件。最得食埋個材料豐富嘅木瓜雪耳糖水,呢餐就完滿結束了。總括黎講除左價錢貴左啲之外,食物質素同環境都幾好。值得下次再同屋企人過黎食多次。…Read More
