差不多隔一個月都會來吃的中菜館😊首先環境舒適,空間感足夠,平時多數四個人來食,坐長方枱。今次六個人,第一次坐中間圓枱,都不會覺得擠迫。雖然門口貼住天下第一豬,但是燒豬都不是我的最愛,相反西班牙栗子豬焦香叉燒每次都一定要order~外脆內軟,再夾少許肥,香氣十足❗️每次帶家人來吃,都必定會稱讚👍推介大家必試‼️如果喜歡吃魚的朋友,可以試一下近期新推出的韭菜方脷球🐟🐟已經是第二次食了,依舊保持了水準。肉的部份完全沒有骨,吃落啖啖肉,加上魚油的香氣和微辣的感覺,超級惹味嫩口。魚骨的部份炸到像魚皮一樣脆,就算魚頭都可以吃,用來餸酒,絕對100分😍😍還有一個推介必吃的就是無花果蜜絲咕嚕肉🤭🤭很多人認為這款咕嚕肉應該是主角吧~但我偏偏獨愛他的密絲無花果,很難用文字來形容,大家都可以試一下🥰當然外脆內軟再加上甜甜的咕嚕肉也不遜色💕💕雖然這裏只寫了三款,但在這間店就算是亂點餸菜,也不會中伏呢🤣🤣廚師的高水準,加上貼心的服務質素,令每位家人都吃得很高興~很滿足…Read More

之前喺Times Square購物然後換咗一堆美食消費券,消費滿$400就可以用兩張$100優惠券兩張🤩。而自己一直想試Times Square幾間餐廳,其中包括粵藝館,今日決定用商場嘅美食消費券去試試粵藝館嘅天下第一豬。麒藝館樓底超高,令客人毫無壓逼感。另外裝潢有別一般中菜餐廳既傳統氣息,麒藝館裝潢時尚,充滿活力。從茗茶已經可以感受餐廳既專業程度,茗茶多達五種,我地揀左杭州胎菊。- 鰹魚醉鮑魚前菜用既鮑魚一啲都唔細隻,爽口彈牙,加左酒同鰹魚別有一番風味。- 瓦𦉘啫啫唐山菜唐山菜非常爽脆,用左蝦醬炒非常惹味,入面仲有大量肉碎同蝦米。不過味道略嫌太鹹,同埋煲底仲有好多汁,唔夠乾身。- 不時不燉湯燉湯入面有金華火腿、花膠、瘦內等等,材料豐富,味道清甜滋補。第一次見到咁薄身既金華火腿,切到好似巴馬火腿咁!- 花膠天白菇菜膽花膠好大片,大到要用剪刀剪開四份先食到。天白菇好厚肉,菜膽亦好清甜。- 金沙鳳尾蝦鍋巴相信設計理念應該係來自蝦多士🤣。鳳尾蝦鮮甜爽口,沾滿鹹蛋王金沙更加惹味,再配上配上脆卜卜既鍋巴,整體味道比蝦多士有過之無不及👍🏻- 一蟹兩藝一蟹兩藝指皇室焗釀蟹蓋同炸軟殼蟹伴陳醋野菜沙律。蟹蓋炸得非常酥脆,而且入面釀滿蟹肉,非常滋味。至於炸軟殼蟹外脆內軟,配上陳醋可以減低油膩感,同時突然蟹肉既鮮甜。以上兩款美食送酒一流(可惜無叫酒🥲)。- 即燒無花果天下第一豬香脆外皮猶如紙咁薄,皮下脂肪適中,肉質鬆化,醃料味道啱啱好,仍然食到乳豬既味道,天下第一豬果然名不虛傳🥳以上咁多菜式之中,只有瓦𦉘啫啫唐山菜比較失望,其他都好出色,尤其係天下第一豬同金沙鳳尾蝦鍋巴,令人一試難忘😋…Read More
