嚟緊就係農曆新年呀,大家揀左餐廳,同屋企人食團年未?上星期就食左一間位於調景嶺既新派嘅中菜。我覺得價錢份量都合理,而且餐牌有提供各款海鮮,岩哂同屋企人食飯。小神燈新派飯館位於彩明商場,附近就係連接都會駅既天橋,都幾方便。餐廳以大排檔作靈感,唔同角落都有各種舊香港既場景,例如鐵皮檔口、街市吊燈、電車卡位、電影院燈箱,都幾有特色。今次我哋又試咗幾款推介海鮮,都幾惹味!賣相最靚一定係「爆膏奶油蝦」。餐廳用左大蝦🦐,用埋奶油落去炒,厚身既蝦肉再配埋奶油香氣十足,而且蝦頭都好多蝦膏,食落夠香濃。「椒鹽瀨尿蝦」食落惹味,拆左出面D殼,瀨尿蝦蝦味都幾香濃👍🏻。「沙薑焗海花螺」份量都幾多,螺肉入口幾彈牙,同沙薑味都幾夾,同朋友邊傾邊篤螺肉就岩哂😃。另外,呢度既炸點做得幾出色。我幾鐘意「懷舊蝦多士」,表頭蝦肉幾大舊,而且幾彈牙,整體炸得幾脆口,食落唔會好油膩。再想邪惡D,就一定要試埋「金沙鬼馬百花釀油條」,喺油炸鬼中釀墨魚滑,外層金黃香脆,食落爽口彈牙。上菜前仲放係鹹蛋黃醬中返炒,食落好惹味😌。食完咁多款小菜,當然要叫碟飯填一填肚。「哈哈哈大笑炒飯」米飯粒粒分明,唔太油膩。除左有蝦仁,上面仲有好多櫻花蝦,口感豐富,夠哂香!整體而言,我覺得呢度D海鮮味道唔錯,每碟份量都好足,價錢都合理,同親戚朋友、多人食飯食飯就岩哂。大家有興趣都可以嚟試下~…Read More
