聽聞太子有間食蝦煲嘅餐廳,今日和友人行完花墟,趁還早就同友人揾下間餐廳,餐廳原來就在花園街尾,去到6點鐘,剛剛開門。在門口已經見到幾個魚缸,養咗好多蝦。牆身用白色,感覺餐廳好光猛,乾淨。一路播著國語歌,好relax.原來這間是台灣餐廳,餐牌見到有多款台灣菜。枱面已經有個筒仔,方便客人食蝦後拋蝦殼。叫得蝦棧,這裏做的蝦煲有好多款式,唔單止有平時見到嘅奶油蝦煲,椒鹽蝦等。我和友人就揀了辣椒檸檬辣蝦煲 .平時少見,仲有滋補四神湯 ,醉雞卷,蒜蓉高麗菜 。魯肉飯 ,薄荷柚子梳打 和薄荷檸檬梳打落咗單後,就見店員在魚缸撈游水蝦,夠晒新鮮等了約10分鐘,第一味餸就嚟啦~檸檬辣蝦煲,我因怕辣,所以叫了小辣,鮮橙色的蝦配上青色嘅青檸,胃口大增。每隻蝦都標準大小,蝦頭唔少蝦膏,一啜落去,有青檸的鮮味,肉質彈牙,好鮮味,因我叫了少辣,所以我食得好滋味,加上檸檬,所以好開胃,不消一會,就食晒。另外和友人叫了個四神湯~原來係著名台灣小吃。四臣神湯是以淮山、芡實、蓮子、茯苓四味中藥,加入豬肚或豬小腸,煮成湯來食用。在台灣,為減少藥味、增進口感及成本考量,通常以薏仁來取代茯苓。餐廳都用了薏仁取代茯苓。雖然湯不是太多,但用料就好多,好多腸和豬肚。豬腸和豬肚都好淋,湯不會太大藥材味,反而有淮山,芡實等的清甜味。嚟台灣餐廳又點可以唔叫魯肉飯,魯肉飯大小適中,有半隻溏心滷蛋。肉碎混和白飯一起食,就算大大碗飯都無問題,肉碎不會太咸,味道剛好。和友人叫了醉雞卷做小食,雞卷加了杞子做點綴,買相靚晒。有8 件,每件都啖啖肉,皮好薄,沒有肥膏,好香嘅花鵰酒味,食完有啲醉嘅感覺,哈哈。食咗咁多肉,梗係要叫碟菜,高麗菜炒得好青綠,好爽口,蒜蓉不是太濃味,味道較清,同之前較濃味嘅雞券,蝦煲。清清地唔錯。最後和友人都叫了杯薄荷檸檬梳打和薄荷柚子梳打,好大杯,梳打加了薄荷葉,令到味道都好清新,又不會好甜…Read More

我和男朋友都喜歡食海鮮,朋友介紹呢間蝦棧,專食蝦煲,話相當不錯,今日經過附近決定一試。蝦棧裝潢以白色為主,燈光明亮,牆上掛滿台灣地圖,菜式的油畫等,令饑腸轆轆的我們更肚餓。醉雞卷經過十幾分鐘的等待,店員首先我們奉上醉雞卷,十分有驚喜。醉雞一件件切片整齊排好,以藍色小花,綠葉和橙色杞子作伴碟,簡約中透露心思。醉雞卷酒味香濃,花雕酒完全滲透每件雞件,食落啖啖都是酒香,雞肉肉質意外的嫩滑,好像零脂肪,完全不覺肥膩,而且浸酒前已經去骨,食落十分方便,啖啖雞肉。胡椒蝦蝦棧招牌菜當然是蝦煲,點餐後,店員隨即從大魚缸挑選大頭蝦,蝦棧選用越南大頭蝦,每日從供應商新鮮取得,養在魚缸內,所以隻隻都十分生猛新鮮。等了大約二十分鐘,蝦煲終於上菜,大蝦顏色鮮橙,整齊地展開擺放著,上面擺了幾顆芫荽增加香氣和一朵紫色小花作裝飾,濃濃的胡椒味在空氣中彌漫,香氣撲鼻,令人食指大動,等待總算值得。夾起一隻細看,大蝦背部切開,蝦腸已清理乾淨,可見小店十分用心。整隻蝦外殻沾滿了店鋪調製的胡椒醬汁,十分惹味,卻一點也不會蓋過大頭蝦的鮮甜,蝦肉爽口彈牙,十分美味。生燒海花螺花螺屬中型大小,肉質較軟,感覺是烚熟了,沒有加調味料,只有花螺本身的清甜,配上甜醬吃,又是另一番風味。生燒海花螺清淡,相比起口味濃郁的招牌蝦煲,我當然更愛後者。一口炸豆腐一口炸豆腐四四方方,即叫即炸,上菜時還熱得燙咀,外面炸至金黃色,食落口感特別,豆腐似是平時吃的凍豆腐,比較結實有咬牙,又有點像吃魚蛋,相當有趣,亦是跟著甜醬一起上菜,沾著甜醬更好吃,稍稍減低熱氣。魯肉飯到台灣特色的食店,又怎能錯過魯肉飯呢?蝦棧的魯肉飯雖然不是吃過最好味,但一點也不遜色。平時吃魯肉飯只有肉碎,但蝦棧再加多半隻鹵蛋和黃瓜。鹵蛋溏心,鹵得入味,兩片小黃瓜酸甜開胃,生津解膩。米飯煙韌有嚼勁,魯肉肥瘦適中,和魯肉汁一起拌飯吃,十分滋味。薄荷檸檬梳打薄荷檸檬都十分清新,正好清洗一下濃味的口腔,再挑戰下一道菜。菠蘿雪葩飽飯一頓,看見旁邊客人點了菠蘿雪葩,原隻菠蘿十分吸晴,於是亦點了一客,菠蘿雪葩香甜清新,為這頓晚餐畫上完美句號。臨走先發現門外易拉架寫著八時半後八折!下次一定會約八時半後,抵食好多!menu…Read More

去台灣釣蝦是近幾年到台北必做的事,上年香港也有釣蝦場,想不到香港開了一家專吃大頭蝦的台灣精品菜,如果釣蝦驚一隻都釣唔到的話,黎呢到有經驗多年的師傅為你這店的重點是蝦鍋,這裡有10款有辣有唔辣,食唔辣的話,店員介紹奶油蝦,隨即店員從蝦缸裡取出大頭蝦,每鍋份量是300gms, 所以數量及size是每鍋不同,其後取出的大頭蝦在廚房清洗重點菜未煮好就先點一些前菜生燒海花螺,上檯時一陣聞到花螺的香氣,每一粒都算大粒,由於是生燒,所以花螺殼會好熱,花螺螺肉煙韌,保留原汁原味,只要用手一拉螺肉便走出來,沾上海鮮醬,令味道提升每檯檯面已放上小垃圾桶,把海鮮殼掉下去醉雞卷一客八件,多人享用沒有問題,圓碌碌一卷帶雞皮,酒味濃郁,酒味浸入雞肉內,而面層雞肉亦好爽,每一件雞卷之間有粒一杞子相隔樹子冰菜,冰菜不是太多地方有售,之前吃過的都是當沙律菜吃,但現在把冰菜炒熱吃,又是另一翻風味,冰菜依然好爽脆,充滿水份重點奶油蝦,當晚一鍋6隻大頭蝦,香噴噴,用了大量洋蔥煮成,呈半生熟口感,奶油蝦汁較為杰身,沾在蝦殼上,夾起後一口把多餘的奶油汁吸走將蝦頭及蝦身分開,可見蝦頭有滿滿的橙黃色蝦膏,更可以把整隻蝦肉可拉出,蝦肉肉質爽彈新鮮,再沾上鍋中的奶油,美味滿分最黎多來一碗魯肉飯,肉醉唔會太肥,唔油但食落口幾香,還有半隻半生熟雞蛋,份量幾大,兩個人share 都可以最後,當然點一份甜品,餐牌上的菠蘿雪葩賣完,店員便介紹餐牌上沒有的水蜜桃雪葩,完整一個水蜜桃,入口清甜,好似食緊日本蜜桃一樣,沒有介紹錯…Read More

※本文以用餐當日的環境、服務和食物質素為準,口味亦因人而異,文章只作參考之用。-估唔到係眾多車房之中竟然藏身左這間餐廳「蝦棧」,就咁睇門面好似一間Cafe,但望真少少佢有設置魚缸架,缸內有好多隻生猛大頭蝦!原來餐廳係主打「台式蝦煲專門店」,仲有提供其他台灣菜式,岩晒小妹呢個台灣控。餐廳的環境不大,佈置卻舒適整潔,貼上部分菜式相片。清澈的魚缸內有圍數不少的生猛大頭蝦,即撈即煮,確保新鮮。餐牌除左主打多達十款口味既台式蝦鍋外,仲有不少台式食物,如麻辣臭豆腐、麻油雞、魯肉飯、台式腸等都有。糖心滷蛋 $15/隻滷蛋比想像中滷得入味,中間蛋黃夠晒糖心,好食!台式香腸 $88分別有墨魚汁腸同蒜香腸,味道都唔錯,咀嚼中會覺得很惹味,但就覺得定價有點高。醉雞卷 $88愈黎愈多餐廳都有推出小食「醉雞卷」,好唔好食取決酒味重唔重同肉質夠唔夠滑。平時唔太鍾意食有骨雞件,無骨醉雞卷啖啖肉就岩晒小妹。用上花雕酒、杞子等所製,未入口已聞到濃烈酒香,食落更甚,不過今次既肉質就較為實左少少。香煎墨魚黑白卷 $98用上腐皮包住黑白墨魚滑再拎去炸,炸過既腐皮好香脆,同中間彈牙既墨魚滑真係好夾,食唔到口,差唔多成碟比我食晒。麻辣臭豆腐 $78好驚喜呢度有臭豆腐食,一大碗入面有唔少件臭豆腐?枝竹同豬紅等;因為係台式臭豆腐,所以個種臭味唔會好強烈,但會食得出臭豆腐個種質感,有點似食緊麻辣臭臭鍋。可惜師傅可能今日調味重手左,食到後面略為偏鹹。鹹蛋黃蝦 (港式限定)$208其實睇到個魚虹咁多大頭蝦都知道主打食蝦,有成十款唔同味道選擇,見到有唔少人試左奶油蝦,所以小妹就決定來個近來大熱既「鹹蛋黃」蝦。用上燙手既鑄鐵鍋上枱,裡面分別有八隻大頭蝦被鹹蛋黃圍住。初時仲諗住去晒殼既話會唔會無晒鹹蛋黃味?事實上又唔會,食落仲係陣陣鹹蛋黃香,而且蝦肉很爽口彈牙,食得出係新鮮蝦!蝦頭入面仲有不能放過的蝦膏,好邪惡!…Read More

從小到大都很喜歡吃蝦,但年紀壞大體質越差,漸漸對蝦敏感,每次吃也只能淺嚐,否則皮膚受罪。但既然弟弟難得蝦有興趣,可以讓我無後顧之憂地解一解蝦癮,便與他來這裡一試特式蝦煲!主打台灣特式的蝦煲,用上新鮮大蝦,一進店舖便可看到一大池缸養著活潑的蝦,已令人十分期待! 除了蝦煲,亦提供不少台式食物供選擇,小食,蔬菜,主食,甜品都有,絕不單調! 我亦點了數款小食試一試。先來的是小食拼盤,有雲耳,枝豆和滷蛋($58)。因自己較愛吃豆類,故想認真地試一試其味道。枝豆要試咬開外殼,豆的質地較實在和硬身,感覺用來送酒還不錯,但這樣吃原來不合自己口味。雲耳有麻油香,有辣勁,口感爽脆;滷蛋的蛋黃柔軟,味道不錯。再來是醉雞卷 ($88),一上桌已傳來濃郁的酒香。果然,吃下去酒香豐富,雞肉味濃,肉被捲至口感扎實,味道是不錯,但我與弟弟還是偏愛滑嫰口感的醉雞,如喜愛實在口感的,這會是不錯的選擇!台式香腸($88)是弟弟至愛,怎會不叫呢? 最特別的是除了較常見的紅腸外,還有加上墨魚的香腸。兩者甜度十足,充滿油香,外脆內軟,而墨魚腸也很有驚喜,墨魚味突出,又不失台灣腸的風味,推介!然後是主打奶油蝦 ($188),熱力和香氣十足的奶油蝦大煲,真的令人十分期待! 一鍋有八隻大蝦,平放於洋蔥奶油汁上。蝦肉完全吸收了奶油精華,入味非常,口感十分爽口彈牙;奶油汁加上洋蔥真的甜度十足,幼滑豐盈,以汁送飯一流! 連一向不算太愛吃蝦的弟弟亦大讚呢!最後亦點上一杯薄荷柚子梳打 ($38)解解渴,淡淡的柚子香,甜度剛好。可能當晚人手較為不足,想叫多一碗熱甜品似乎要等很久,最後亦取消了,下次有機會再試吧! 但整體來說味道質素確不錯!…Read More
