流浮山的海鮮酒家賣的菜式大同小異,在自己無法判斷下,早就到某網站找出排列第一的海景海鮮酒家。​這家店下午一點半停止點菜,大概三點關門休息,我下午一點才下班,飛車而來。在車上已經想好要吃什麼,紅燒炆斑頭腩本來是我想吃又不敢點的,因為我們只有二人,點一條大魚怕吃不完,點小的做紅燒又怕不好吃,所以打算改吃蒜茸蒸扇貝。然而,侍應推薦紅燒炆斑頭腩,他說這是招牌菜,二人的份量也不會過多,這就不可錯過了!斑頭腩經過油炸,外層香脆,內裡的魚肉不差,但的確不夠鮮甜嫩滑,魚汁略少。重申絕對不是說它不新鮮,但並沒有遠道而來吃到特別新鮮的感覺,而且芡汁不夠,不過這道菜的確是我當天最喜歡,不至於敗掉招牌菜之名。椒鹽瀨尿蝦的炸蒜過咸,蝦肉不能沾太多蒜,但油炸的食物少有不好吃,我連蝦頭都吃掉。瀨尿蝦跟斑頭腩一樣,沒有不新鮮,只是不見得特別新鮮,肉質欠一點爽口彈牙。豉椒炒蟶子是當天最不滿意的菜式,芡汁的味道未能與蟶子融合,吃起來就像蟶子蘸豉汁吃,肉裡未能入味,而且欠鑊氣。朋友質疑蟶子是否新鮮,因為殼已被去掉,而且肉質有些過份結實。酥炸生蠔做出來的效果完全對辦,外層脆而酥化,生蠔美味多汁。唯一美中不足是蠔體偏細小,未能營造飽滿口感。我愛吃蟹黃多於蟹膏,而且不能沒有蟹肉,所以奄仔蟹有黃有肉正合我心意,不像大閘蟹有黃無肉,或其他蟹多半是膏與肉。這裡的奄仔蟹體形不大,但蟹黃含量不失禮,沾上一點鹽味道就上來,完全不用蘸醋,不用任何花巧的配料或做法已經好吃。當然,蘸醋另有一番風味,但無需用它來掩蓋任何問題。朋友對此店的質素不太滿意,因為沒有讓客人自行挑選海鮮,感覺食物新鮮程度平平,就跟一般市區飯店差不多。我並不執着於要自己挑選海鮮,但的確遠道而來沒有感覺比一般出色,然而我們二人都沒有感到不值,因為收費遠低於我們預期。五道菜的單價沒有列出,餐牌上也沒有展示任何收貴,不過加上兩支啤酒、一個白飯、飯後果(橙一個),$1200不算貴。我倒是希望花多一點,換取更優的質素,這家試過一次就好。…Read More

去食海鮮, 好快諗到去流浮山, 雖然香港好多地方都出名食海鮮, 但始終係元朗人, 冇理由有近唔去而走去遠嘛? 決定咗去邊區, 都要選擇邊間, 食海鮮最怕比人劏, 咁當然第一時間周圍問人邊間好, 呢間係有2票勝出, 話係平靚正之選~雖然過咗母親節, 但呢日都仲係公假, 所以都係早食有着數, 所以book咗6點, 但原來我地都唔算早, 我地去到見到隔離枱已經差不多食完, 可能5點已經開始食早飯~入到去坐低, 淨係比咗茶我地, 但冇比餐牌, 只係好似大牌檔咁, 淨係响牆上面有十幾款推介菜式, 之後問返門口個叔叔, 佢話陣間會有人嚟招呼, 叫我坐低等就得架喇~ 我真係大鄉里, 人地咁好服務, 只係一時太多人一齊入座, 未招呼得切啫~過咗幾分鐘, 估計應該係老闆娘埋嚟招呼我地, 問我地想食乜, 當我地每講一樣海鮮, 佢就會介紹咩size咩來源, 到我地決定咗之後, 就會推介可以點煮, 仲幫我地預埋份量, 唔會話夾硬嚟, 或者老屈你, 非常老實~ 仲話送個魚湯比我地飲添~ 魚湯由於太急開餐, 完全冇諗到要相機食先~ 雖然話係送, 而且都知係用d魚毛或者頭頭尾尾煲成, 但都好濃味, 夠哂足料, 有魚肉同白菜仔, 不過要小心魚骨, 要慢慢飲, 食魚肉要慢慢食~ 酥炸生蠔雖然唔係大大隻, 但反而細細粒仲冇咁濟, 仲有一打咁多, 可以一人分到兩粒~個皮好脆, 但又唔會太厚, 最勁就係你唔覺佢油淋淋, 所以完全唔會食濟~ 乾煎蝦碌好似有7-8隻, 隻隻大大隻, 乾煎得好香, 又唔會令到D肉好乾, 依然好juicy, 啖啖肉, 爽口彈牙又多汁~ 上湯龍蝦伊麵底老闆娘介紹我地食本地龍蝦, 雖然唔係咁大隻, 但起碼唔會好似澳龍咁得個頭, 又貴又冇肉食~ 果然係一個唔錯的介紹, 一人半隻開邊, 真係啖啖肉, 又爽又彈牙, 起碼唔會頭大過身, 一人半隻都好滿足, 而且比起澳龍平好多好多, 就算一人一隻本地, 都比叫一隻澳龍抵, 又平又有肉~伊麵唔會煮到一pet pet, 個芡看似好杰, 但原來又唔算, 雖然話係上湯, 但依然有少少芝士味, 唔會好膩~ 椒鹽瀨尿蝦老闆娘話中size低食d, 話大size只係大1", 已經貴好多, 既然佢介紹平d的中size, 咁梗係信佢抵食過大size啦~ 瀨尿蝦只係椒鹽最好食, 根本唔駛講都一定係咁煮~ 椒鹽味剛好, 唔會太鹹, d蝦腳基本上都可以食埋, 好食到差連手指都食埋~ 炆斑頭腩呢個係推介, 不過又真係值得推介, 腩肉外表有薄薄一層炸到脆的粉漿, 肉質依然保持嫩滑, 就算凍咗都唔覺得腥, 味道又唔會好濃, 更加唔油膩~ 蒜茸粉絲蒸扇貝當然新鮮又大隻, 不過唔係好夠粉絲, 通常呢味都係配菜粉絲較出色, 豉油亦要調味調到剛好, 不能太鹹或太甜, 呢度盡對做到~ 薑蔥炒蟹唯一最失望係呢味, 雖然老闆娘介紹奄仔蟹, 但家人要肉蟹, 不過點都估唔到隻肉蟹細隻成咁, 兩隻炒埋都唔係好多, 頭先沿路行入嚟, 都見人地檔d肉蟹好鬼大隻, 同埋味道偏鹹咗少少~ 炒菜基本上每枱都會要你叫返碟菜食下, 而且佢都唔會問你要咩菜, 我估佢只係入一種最方法處理的唐生菜, 不過碟菜就油令令, 唔知佢係咪油浸唐生菜, 因為淨係問我地要唔要菜, 基本上係冇問點煮, 而且我見廚房出嚟碟碟都係油泡唐生菜囉~ 甜橙每枱基本上都會送一碟, 碟橙係完美句號, 因為真係好甜, 差d想問佢可唔可以送多一碟, 不過唔會咁肉酸囉~下次嚟流浮山食嘢我識路, 唔駛再問人, 難得遇到一間又老實, 價錢又公道, 味道唔錯的酒家, 當然會記住啦~同埋呢度睇佢都知係行實力路線, 所有上菜都唔靠外表, 完全冇修飾冇伴碟, 好似屋企餸咁~…Read More
