This is a popular restaurant that served few old fashioned dishes.Came on a Sat and brought my friend from USA to try the restaurant. We had 8 people in total and booked for 20:00, we didn’t need to wait and got our table right away. The restaurant was considered pretty full at 20:00.We ordered 6 dishes and 6 bowls of the restaurant signature pig oil mixed rice. Overall, I’ll rate this restaurant 4/5 and recommend people to must try the pig oil mixed rice. 舊地重遊,有點掛住豬油撈飯添。都有幾年無黎喇,主要都係想食魚腸蒸蛋同豬油撈飯啫。驚見 menu 上有奇怪的菜色,各位食家請問咩叫做炒長遠呀?又長又軟既是什麼來頭呢?五味雞,新嘗試招牌菜,超讚!香味十分,煨得入味之餘,雞肉仲非常嫩滑,堅係皮香肉嫩又唔肥。雞皮滑滑微黏,豉油味清香無比,加上不知名香香醃料,使我越食越想食,骨頭都損到唔肯放口。應該係三杯雞既加強版,必食!紅燒排翅,非常強差人意,比預期中相差甚遠。以為魚翅會滿滿的,但竟然一半係生芽菜墊底,係全生囉!搞到碗翅又淡又稀而水汪汪,湯汁散發著極濃芽菜草青味呢,吃不消!諗住勁落醋蓋過陣味,但完全無效,點解唔將芽菜分開上呢?唔想浪費,挑走晒生芽菜後,唯有硬著頭皮灌落肚啦。砵仔雞蛋焗魚腸,魚腸真係唔係人人啱食,只加上芫茜、芹菜及大量胡椒粉蒸蛋,難免有點腥。熱辣辣新鮮出爐還可以,但一凍左,魚腥味提升百倍,完全入唔到呢。都係爆炒或打邊爐好食好多,下次未必會再叫喇。梅醬一字排,比燒排骨更出色,因為肉多骨少啖啖肉,不乾不鞋又不硬,軟棉彈牙既質地充滿肉汁,梅醬芳香飄飄,味道濃而香甜。一定要趁熱食,食快一點,凍左變得咸了。豬油撈飯,主角進場,我為左您先山長水遠由北區走到九龍灣架乍,我要食返夠本。最緊要既豬油及豉油送到,起動!吸引力無可抗拒,未食過都唔知。真係無需任何餸,只要豬油、豉油撈,撞出黎既化學作用可以使我食幾碗飯都唔夠喉架!人生第二次食豬油撈飯,超香呀!熱辣辣砵仔蒸飯,粒粒飽滿乾爽又嚥韌,撈埋豬油同頭抽,欲罷不能呀!…Read More

10月1月15日(星期五)晚,是晚檸茶兄相約看電影,之前當然約埋一起吃晚飯,地點選擇在九龍灣的「大榮華」。約七時許,儘管我比茶兄早一點到,取了飛後仍要等上約四十五分鐘才有檯,這時女友剛好收工,還趕得上一起吃飯。等到茶兄友人也來到,我們便先行點菜,邊吃邊等,但萬萬想不到這裡的上菜速度非常驚人,落單後不消五分鐘全數菜餚已悉數上檯。五味雞(一隻)幾乎是吃圍村菜必點的食物,但全檯人吃了也分不出有哪五味,感覺上似豉油雞多一點;雞肉尚算軟滑卻雞味欠奉,不過份量頗多;芥蘭炒臘味有幾塊肥膏臘肉和兩、三片臘腸和潤腸,芥蘭很翠綠,不過整碟菜頗油膩;乾隆一品豆腐原來是漁香肉鬆炸豆腐粒,不過送飯不錯;砂鍋紅酒燴牛仔骨很入味,雖然吃不到有紅酒味和牛仔肉頗韌;豬油撈飯又是一項“親親膽固醇”的“壯舉”,在香噴噴的砵仔飯上,下些頭抽豉油和豬油撈勻吃,其實是享受整個過程多於味覺,坦白說,我實在吃不到豬油的香味;奶皇馬拉糕應是整頓晚飯的主角,上檯時新鮮蒸起,入口香綿軟熟,真的嚐到蛋香和奶皇的味道,四人都同聲讚好,還將其中一件留給因工作而來不到吃晚飯的食友太公。此店雖然地方不細,但檯與檯之間的距離頗窄,坐得頗迫,幸好服務尚算勤快,埋單時還會放個『多謝惠顧』牌,以之識別,真是有趣。…Read More

今日係wing 肥嗲 ge 生日, 而慶祝食飯 ge 地點就係我一直都想去試晚市 ge <大榮華圍村菜>. 因為知道呢間野晚市特別巴閉, 無得訂位, 要親自黎攞飛. 所以同wing 5:45pm 就去攞位,一上到去竟然見到門口已經坐滿晒等叫飛入去 ge 人, 唔係掛, 6:00未夠就食晚飯, 呢間野真係咁好食. 由於5:45 左右剛剛入左第一批晚市ge食客, 所以要到7:00pm 左右先輪到我地.(留意: 此酒家門口等飛地方係無冷氣ga~~~ 仲要超多人~~~ 無位坐~~~ 所以如果夏天黎等位, 可以到樓下百佳及一間型零食店嘆下冷氣及買下小食, 因為係度呆等真係好易會暈ga.......)終於入到黎la, 地方唔算好大, 但環境及裝修唔錯, 呢度真超多人係點菜之前, 梗係先視察下環境先la, 睇下最多人食咩ma, 咁先穩陣, keekee~~視察完後, 得出以下點菜名單:1) 圍村五味雞: $48.00 - 基本上10枱會有6枱會食, 有薑蔥及辣醬點. 好好味, 雞肉好嫰滑, 好大碟. 推介!!!!2) 大榮華炒飯: $48.00 - 睇落去唔講你以為係福建炒飯. "錯" 佢個名叫大榮華炒飯, 如果你鐘意食炒飯及糯米雞, 你一定會好鐘意食. 而我係極度鐘意呢個炒飯. 3) 冬瓜火腩白鱔煲 : $48.00 - 由於我唔食魚, 所以對呢個菜無咩期望. 但黎到出乎意外地 " 好食 " 個芡汁好味, 撈飯一流, 冬瓜好甜, 火腩肥瘦均勻, 最緊要係呢兜一d都唔腥. 正!!!4) 鳳凰蟹肉炒長遠 : $48.00 - 阿wing 誠意推介. 此菜亦係呢度必食首選. 材料有粉絲/ 蛋/ 蟹肉/ 芽菜. 我覺得味道略淡, 但食落幾爽口, 感覺特別. 而阿wing 都話今次比上次差左. 但係都ok! 5) 陳皮涼瓜煎魚腸 : 48.00 - 本身想食焗魚腸, 但發現有呢個菜, 所以叫左呢個黎試. 不吃魚腸者: 勿點. 喜魚腸者: 必食.(6) 豬油撈飯 : $6.00 - 材料: 白飯 / 豬油 / 頭抽就係咁簡單, 就係咁好食. 以前窮人食ge野其實好有水準, 呢d配搭, 有錢人你懂嗎???7) 西芹炒斑塊 : $48.00 - 今日視察下見到有人食西芹炒斑塊, 勁勁勁大碟, $48.00 唔駛諗實叫la. 碟野一黎發現係另有故事..... 原來人家食ge 係石斑兩食 約 $300.00. 而我地叫 $48.00呢個只係例牌, 當發現黎到咁細碟ge 時侯. 大家ge目光即時投射在我身上. "唔好意思, 各位" . 雖然例牌, 但味道唔錯, 西芹爽口, 連我唔食魚都覺得正. 自已諗下叫唔叫la~~8) 菠蘿生炒骨 : 48.00 - 無特別. 講完9) 奶皇馬粒糕 : $48.00 - 如果五香雞10枱有6枱食ge位, 呢個糕就係10枱有9枱食. 好鬆軟, 又有我鐘意ge奶皇夾係中間. 就算食飽後食2件都唔覺"漏"食完飯後仲有甜品送, 今日有紅豆沙及麥米粥. 連個甜品都咁足料同有水準. 掂呀!…Read More
