較早前食過板燒鐵板灣仔店的鐵板燒料理令人一食難忘,知道銅鑼灣都開設旗艦店,而且位於銅鑼灣信和廣場,有「米芝蓮星級商場」之稱的廣場,當然都要再次品嚐那美食。不愧為板燒旗艦店,香港首間最大型鐵板燒料理店,那種獨樹一格的裝潢,配上巨型螢幕顯示著日本美圖、美景...甚有氣勢!話明旗艦店,環境超大,佔地過萬呎,他們還把不同區域分格,如炭火燒、鐵板燒、壽司吧、日本酒吧、WineRoom 五大區域...真是每一個角落都花盡心思,淨係聽都知幾有氣派!壽司吧 - 因這裡邀請到日籍殿堂級主廚 - 大倉正考,一位具有42年豐富經驗的壽司師傅,而且技藝嫻熟,當然想一試其手藝。中午時段:有自選十多款日本空運新鮮壽司晚市時段:當然要食Omakase,由殿堂級主廚大倉師傅廚師發板Omakase - $1600水雲水雲口感黏滑,味道酸酸甜甜,非常醒胃!靜岡溫室蕃茄聽到是靜岡蕃茄已經知道佢嘅會有一定嘅甜度,而且蕃茄味極濃,多汁無渣,配以酸汁啫喱,入口更加清新無比。北海道厚岸真蠔厚岸真蠔足足有手掌咁大 ,肉質肥美,蠔味濃厚,口感甜美,啖啖Creamy。石鯛卷海膽以石鯛卷著北海道馬糞海膽,再添上竹炭鹽、芥末、香蔥,頓覺神美。石鯛入口細膩,清新爽口,配上馬糞海膽,味道濃厚甘甜,回甘強,現在夾在一起進食,味道層次更豐富,令人一食回味。深海池魚深海池魚加上即磨柚子皮、紫蘇花、賣相都攞哂分!其肉質鮮嫩肥美,脂厚油香,入口魚油甘香。粒貝粒貝加入檸檬汁,有種清新感覺,而且入口爽脆帶咬口,味道清甜,更有種清淡海水味👍🏻。牡丹蝦牡丹蝦晶凝通透,厚身肥美,入口極甜美,豐腴甘香,還有細綿帶爽的口感,讓人印象深刻。油坊主魚皮微微火炙,令魚味更香,但又食到其爽口嘅鮮味。活赤貝赤貝肉質爽口,經師傅拍打後,令口感更鮮甜,有彈性。中拖羅中拖羅顏色粉紅,油分恰到好處而無筋,入口即融而魚味濃厚。帶刀魚帶刀魚經過鹽燒後,魚香味濃厚,口感有彈性。金目鯛金目鯛肉質細膩,油脂含量適中,味道鮮美。瀨尿蝦瀨尿蝦賣相討好,肉質厚肉,沾上醬汁,更顯鮮味。黑目魚黑目魚肉質細嫩鮮味,甘香甜美。鯖魚鯖魚油脂豐潤,肉質細緻嫩滑。沙甸魚沙甸魚加上香蔥,肉質爽甜,油香鮮甜。象拔蚌象拔蚌肉質脆嫩爽滑,爽口清甜。小肌魚小肌魚肉十分薄,再經師傅巧妙制作,變成好味的極品壽司,入口有爽彈,清香。掃羅拖羅有入口即溶的口感,鮮味十足。海膽看到他們用的是大極上海膽,北海道中最頂級的,味道清甜,質感幼細,回甘味強。蝦頭味噌湯香甜的湯頭中,帶點濃郁的蝦味,融在香甜的湯頭,簡直無得頂。靜岡密瓜最後送上靜岡的密瓜香甜多汁,令人齒頰留香的感覺。真是一頓令人回味的Omakase!…Read More
